I came in after work with my family to transfer phone data to new phones, they were super busy and I felt bad but they were all still super nice and helpful. Logan was the individual who helped us all with the purchase and transfer of data and the process took longer than expected and he even stayed after closing to help finish it all. He was super nice and very very chill and even though we all know staying at work after close absolutely sucks, he was still very nice about it and said it was no problem. Definitely fantastic customer service oh his part and by the other individual there too, I believe his name was Dustin. Overall great, would totally recommend.
While we unfortunately did NOT have good customer service when we called Sprint about an issue with our bill and questions regarding an upgrade (after being loyal customers for many years)… I can tell you that we had a GREAT experience with the employees here at the Festus location; Preston was phenomenal and helped us for THREE plus hours along with Dustin who jumped in a bit as well. We went back in the following day to resolve the issue (not their doing- because of sprint) and Preston was again super helpful.While we are still unfortunately waiting for our phones (due to popular demand) I can assure you that the upper management for this store has made sure that our account was straightened out even when Sprint refused to (THANK U!!) I can assure you that once our phone come in we will be T mobile customers for life; this store is definitely worth the trip!!
Im writing to let people know that T-Mobile is the best phone service anyone can have. Im working with two employees at T-Mobile. Preston and Dustin atStore 900D1160 W Gannon DriveFestus, Mo 63028They are very knowledgeable about the phones and will take the time to help and show you what ever you need. We spent 3 1/2 hours with them Saturday 9th of October 2021 and on Sunday to try and get new phones. They helped us with our Sprint account and got us fixed up and I will never go back to Sprint. So please if you have a chance go by and see them or any employee at T-Mobile and switch your phone service. Im telling you their company has a better service and better employees.Thank youT-Mobile.I also want to thank Scott for all his help today. T-Mobile its your the best.

Was giving information on one visit when I returned with my phones have 4 lines was told all the phone were not compatible. Want me to upgrade and charge me a activation fee on phones that are all ready working .I was with sprint for 10 years never had a problem. I feel they were trying to just get me to buy nNew phones when if they wanted me to switch over they should give me new phones .
We had Preston he was a absolute joy. Preston showed he loves his job and answered every question we had he made sure we was fully set with our phones before we left. I highly recommend going through T-mobile and having Preston to help you with any of your needs he went above and beyond with customer care

They are very slow. I waited almost 20 minutes just to buy a charger thats way over priced in the first place.Only 2 reps were working. He was nice though.

I was told to go to T-mobile and get a free Sim and then when I get to the T-mobile store I was told that my transunion credit card has a lock on it! Wonder why
We just switched from At&t to T-Mobile. Preston and Deandre have been so helpful getting everything switched over and made my life so much easier. They went above and beyond. Definitely recommend this store and these associates.
Jensen worked with us for 3-4 hours to get our phones activated. This sprint/ t-mobile merger is a disaster (we have sprint). We were ready to give up, the corporate office couldn’t help but the customer service from Jensen was excellent from start to finish. She tried and tried even when the corporate rep said it couldn’t be done and made the 4 hour visit worth it as we did get our phones activated. All’s well that ends well. Ish.

Ive been here twice in the last 4 days, the first time to swap out my old sprint phone and the 2nd to swap out my daughters phone. Both times the employees have been very knowledgeable with every question and or want we had and every single one were pleasant to talk with and just all around nice people. I definitely recommend them for all your cell phone needs.

Thought i would give the T-Mobile store another chance, and once again they dropped the ball. I have a Samsung S10 and went in to get my screen protector replaced. The guy working kept telling me that I was wrong when I said that the S10 came with 1 pre-installed. He kept saying no that is the packaging film from shipping, when i would point out that there is clearly a screen protector on the S10.So out the door I went. I just dont understand how someone can represent their products when they know nothing about them.I am really disappointed in Tmobile. They talk you into purchasing Jump telling you that you can upgrade after 12 months and only pay the taxes. Not true just tried to get the new Samsung S20, it would have cost $700+ out the door.

Yahhhh. Cluster...Issues with price and upfront cost of phones/ lack of knowledge of credit scores and customer options.Talked to customer support and they dropped ball 3 times due to training issues. I had 5 accounts setup by representatives... so they had no idea when i called the 6th time to clean it all up.The 6th customer rep got it right and had my phones shipped to me on Christmas eve only to have one of the phones DOA... a A11 samsung.... well its been quite the experience leaving verizon.....Positives are the reps are are willing to help even with 5 accounts and looking through multiple notes

Switched from Verizon to T-Mobile here. What a great experience. Jesse was super knowledgeable and had us all converted in about an hour. If your considering T-Mobile as your new service do not hesitate to visit this location. Good store, highly recommend.
I used to hate coming to this store. Reluctantly, I came in to upgrade my phone on my way home from work the other day and was so surprised! The staff there was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me choose the best phone for me. I met the new manager Mike and he was most helpful in making sure I was taken care of. Thank you to the team and new management there, you guys are the best.
I came in on a mission to switch carriers and get the best deal. My mission was accomplished thanks to Mia. She was very personable made sure that me and my guest were taken care of. Her partner even made us popcorn and gave us drinks. They were both awesome and I know if I ever needed anything they will be more then happy to help!
I was having an issue with TMobile regarding the SyncUp I purchased in-store, and the issue dragged on for 3 months.My wife & I went to the store yesterday, hoping to get this solved once-and-for-all. We were fortunate enough to meet Megan, who we hadnt dealt with before; she was kind, up-front, and within minutes had the issue resolved. Im very appreciative of her help!
