While everyone I have spoken to was great, Austin was outstanding!! This is my second experience with them. CPR orders the parts, call u when they come in unless the have what u need on hand. Drop ur phone off and it is ready in a few hours!! I did notice a small scratch on back cover, they without question.. Ordered a new back and will replace it at no charge. I would highly recommend them. Depending on the cost of your phone it can be a little pricey to fix. CPR will do a great job and give u the best price. I have shopped around. IPhone X with a cracked screen. Don’t bother going to your cell phone carrier for repairs. They just send them off to a 3rd party or send you to Geek Squad, up charge you and it takes forever to get your phone back.CPR Cell Phone Repair Festus answered my questions, they were really fast, In and Out and $100 cheaper for a new screen.Glad there are local small businesses that take pride in the services the provide. Seems these days customer service isn’t a top priority. Back your local small businesses!

I have taken 2 ps4s here I for overheating and the other for a port replacement. Both times they were super nice, knowledgeable, fair prices, and super fast. I picked up 1 of the ps4s the same day I dropped it off! I highly recommend CPR!

I called as soon as CPR opened & desperately asked for help. My phone couldn’t be charged due to a grain of rice blocking the port. The phone had been bagged in rice overnight, after I was caught in the rain on my mower. The young expert was heroic with the proper tweezers. He replaced my glass protector & new cover. I spilled water on my almost new Samsung A71 5G. T-Moble suggested I get a new phone. They will not open the case or attempt to fix one. I put the phone in rice an it restored everything except there was water under the camera lenses. I took the phone in to our local CPR. The technician said there might be water in the camera too, but they would try. He told me it would take about an hour ( I was thinking DAYS!) It was fixed as promised and the camera is like new! Plus the tech noticed I was wearing a Navy hat and offered a Veterans Discount. I highly recommend this store!

Gone here multiple times for screen repairs, 125 for a iPhone xr. It got my phone back within a hour each time. Only problem I have with them is there is always a issue. The front camera doesn’t work, the screen is glitching out, the screen is popping out. They offer to fix it free of charge but it’s ridiculous how this is a everytime thing.

They were very friendly and worked quickly. I had my computer files the next day. Very reasonable prices!! I would highly recommend this place!

Good place just not what I needed

I’ve done business with this company a few times, each was a good experience. The repairs were probably fairly common, but the technician still took the time in explaining everything. I didn’t feel in the dark or uncomfortable with my decision to have them do the work. My most recent trip to the store was for an iPad issue. Once again they took the time to explain to me the diagnosing process and what charges could potentially occur. They recommended the most conservative approach to start which is exactly what I was going to suggest. While in the store multiple customers came in for business and I observed them receiving the same prompt attention and receiving the same level of information as I received. To be honest, I was a little shocked there was no up selling tactics being used. This industry is similar to taking your vehicle in for repairs in that the work is complicated and most people wouldn’t know if they’re being given poor information or getting taken advantage. That’s a shady practice that unfortunately is used by numerous businesses, but not these guys. I find their prices are very reasonable and they have integrity. I rarely, if ever, leave reviews online. This group deserved a good one and they’ve earned my business.

Hubs phone screen was broken, they got him up and running for a fair price and pretty quickly. Longest part was waiting for the specific screen to come in.

They were unable to get parts for my phone (not their fault, its a newer and cheaper phone model) but were very professional, kind, and responsive. They offered to clean it and see if that would fix the issue (charging port problem) which I greatly appreciated.

The first time I called CPR they were super helpful and friendly. I called a second time to schedule a repair for my Nintendo Switch and their customer service was great. I brought my device in to be repaired and once again the customer service was excellent. I was surprised at how quick they were able to repair my device. CPR Cell Phone Repair in Festus recently replaced the cracked screen on my iPad. When I picked it up I noticed that the new screw had a dead zone (not responsive to touch in one area). They were apologetic and replaced the new screen. I recommend them for your repair needs.

I had my phone screen fixed here once before. They were very polite and courteous. I just made an appointment to have my screen repaired tomorrow. It’s quite a drive for me, however they will always be my first choice when needing phone repair. I live almost an hour away, but it is so worth it just to know I am leaving my phone with good people. I had no issues last time. My uncoordinated behind just tends to break my screen lately. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Nothing but a pleasurable experience. I called and they gave me information over the phone about my cracked iPhone 7 Plus screen. I drove up there right away the same day & they fixed the screen in an hour and actually did a better job than expected as my phone was bent & the screen was popped out of the back pan a little. He replaced the screen and got it close back in place, more than I expected. The man who helped me went above & beyond and did a phenomenal job with what I gave him to work with. And it was a very reasonable price. Very professional, fast and friendly. I highly recommend & will use them for all future repairs!!!! Thank you guys!

You get what you pay for. CPR was the lowest quote. Service was quick and only took an hour. The night after having my phone repaired, I took a soft cloth to clean a couple finger prints off of my screen. It cracked. This is something I do daily. There is no reason why the screen should have cracked under such slight pressure. I called the very next day. Explained my situation and if there was anything they could do since it had not even been 24 hours. I was even willing to pay half for a new screen. The guy said no, that they wouldnt do anything and hung up on me. I have tried called every day since and the phone just rings. Terrible customer service. Just terrible.

I took my iPad to CPR due to a cracked screen. They gave me the best quote, and by far the best service too! My iPad took a little longer than expected due to the first screen malfunctioning but they called me every step of the way to give me updates. I will definitely be returning for any future phone or iPad needs!

The guys at The Screen Spot are AWESOME!!! They went out of their way to help me retrieve the data from my phone after the people at the AT&T store told me it was impossible. They did so much more than just transferring my contacts and photos... They were able to transfer everything, including existing text message conversations. They charged me a very fair price and were so friendly while I was there. I very highly recommended them.

Service turnaround was slower due to them not having a part but every else was awesome hope to never have to use them again but if I do Ill use them versus any other competition.

They gave me a quote for $160/phone that I wanted done. Had my fiance go there to drop off my phone to be repaired. I received a call from her because they tried to upcharge the quoted price by over double. The guy was extremely rude and arrogant and told me tough luck I was quoted wrong and that theyd never quote that price even though I had the emails from them stating otherwise. Words were exchanged and the employee after cursing and mouth stated that if I didnt shut up that Id be in trouble with the law. Also reporting to the BBB. Never do business here!

Everybody was friendly and my screen was fixed within the hour and it was a very fair price. i’m happy that i got my screen fixed. the only problem is that there are parts of my screen that you either have to press on really hard to work or it doesn’t work at all. also the screen doesn’t seem like glass. i’m happy with the result. i just like that it’s fixed but it also seems cheap.
