READ BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING! Spent $300 on items that my relative intended trying on at home. When we went back to return the items with original receipt we found out you get store credit only. Also, one item had a tag that fell off and they wouldn’t accept the item back even though it was shown on the receipt and still on the floor. Once this store credit is used we will not be giving them any more of our money.

Bewildered husband on errand from wife was rescued by Paulette Smith. She even included a note giving me full pardon to return the item if it was not what my wife had wanted.

How odd it was to read a review from two years ago with the same experience. I went to this store while on vacation with my family. We were not greeted when we walked in. However, we were followed around by a tall, older employee. She never once asked if she could help us in any way. She simply kept showing up and adjusting items near the areas where we were. What an unpleasant shopping experience. In times like these, one would think small boutique stores would be bending over backwards to help customers. Decided to spend $500 at another store on Centre Street.

An awesome shop to see in historic downtown Fernandina. They offer a wide variety of items from jewelry, candles, childrens items, housewares, scarves and even clothing. The sales assistants are courteous and friendly but mostly leave you to your shopping until you need them. A great place to find that great gift or little something for yourself that you didnt know you needed!

I loved this store! They carry Mud Pie, which is one of my favorite brands for home decor and gifts. The staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable.

Twisted Sisters is the Coolest Store I have shopped at in a long time. If youre ever in Amelia Island this store is a MUST! They have high quality clothing and accessories at VERY reasonable prices. I absolutely Love their decor items and the dress I purchased there is one of my favorites! I also want to THANK them for finding my lost earring in the dressing rooming and being gracious enough to mail it to me and all the while being so kind and helpful. Wish I had a store like this in my town!

Saw many items in the window I was interested in purchasing, once we saw sign at door that all customers must wear a mask we walked away. Shame that businesses are going to loose a lot of customers, we werent the only people that walked away for the same reason

The store has an eclectic mix both gifts and clothing. Its often my very first stop when I need something special.

Affordable, fun, trendy, and cute items from personal care, wardrobe and jewelry, to home decor and kitchen items. This boutique has something for everyone. They even have a couple of chairs and a TV (usually on a sports channel) for the gentlemen that are waiting on their ladies to finish their shopping. I think this earns them bonus points in my book!

This is a fun store to spend time browsing through so many interesting items. Cute clothes & shoes as well as candles, soaps & perfumes. The variety of unique items makes it easy to shop for gifts.

I spend A lot of money while on vacation, but this place acts like they are doing you a favor by having their shop. Guess what I buy all of the close you sell online. And also in St Augustine when I go there as well in the Keys. Love Fernadina, but not your store!!

It is my kind of shop. You can buy gifts and has ladies clothing. It has baby items, candles and holiday items and so much more. The store even has a little area that has a tv area so if you are shopping with your partner, they could sit there and watch the game.

The store has a lot of cute clothes and home furnishings. I actually found 4 items I wanted to purchase. However, I will not spend a dime in a store who has their employees follow you around the store as if youre going to steal something. I came in without bags, not even a purse, but I was still followed by 2 employees. The employees didnt even try to hide it either. Terrible.

Horrible customer service!! Bought a necklace here that the stones immediately fell out of that was supposed to be a gift and went to exchange it and they refused!!! It still had the price tag and was still on the cardboard! Never even touched it and the stones were falling off!!! Will never return here and am telling everyone I know not to shop here!!! Save your money and shop someplace that has excellent customer service like Lemongrass! Worst experience!!!
