Just stopped down there to Inquire about how to get a new vehicle the rep was very rude,very short, treated us like we were poor and couldnt afford anything on the lot I would never recommend buying a car off them. They had a a terrible condition asking 8000 for it ridiculous.

Minnesota motors went above and beyond my expectations and what they needed to do!I had to bring my vehicle in for an insurance claim because I got rear ended. They put a new bumper on, which looks great, but they also touched up some scrapes on the driver side of my car from a prior accident. They also popped my front bumper back into place really well because the snaps kept coming loose. They vacuumed this whole inside and washed the whole outside.I am very pleased with them and I will continue to do business with them. I went in to start looking for a car, not thinking I’d actually buy yet, Dan was very helpful and readily admitted if he wasn’t aware of something instead of trying to make up an answer and I found that very comforting. I ended up trading in my vehicle and purchasing a 2017 Kia Sorento the next day from him.

Would love to get this resolved to leave a better review.I brought an 05 buick terreza in to check and change all fluids, oil filter with synthetic oil and brake pads. 8 hours later I got it back with a $500 dollar invoice and plump full of conventional oil. They wont even give me my old parts back.Breached our verbal agreement, never called the owner of the vehicle to okay anything no communication what so ever. Negligence on their part.

Wow! I am fully impressed with their lube and service center! I have been using a different place in town for years and was recommended to go to Minnesota motors by a friend. They are far cheaper and you get more for your money. They vacuum your vehicle, change your oil, fill your tires and do a full check list inspection of your vehicle! And fast and very friendly and helpful staff!

I will add an additional update when I receive this key.I recently purchased a 2017 Buick LaCrosse with 7,000 miles on it from MN Motor Co. The process was quick and painless, the price was competitive, and the staff was very friendly.After signing the paperwork I was only handed one key for the vehicle. I asked my sales person about an additional key (Ive always gotten two keys when purchasing a vehicle in the past). He said they didnt currently have one and would mail one to me.Its been a month and MN Motor Co still has yet to send me a key. Im very disappointed.

Started out good with Dan Rovang, even wrote a letter praising him. Then things fell apart. $800 bill on rear end repair less than 2000 miles later. I was told by Dan to go to Ford Motor Co. Really? I didnt buy it from Ford, I bought it from MN Motor. Now it is going back into the shop for more repairs Monday with just barely over 2,000 miles on it. Would never recommend anyone to trust them. And I have saved the emails if anyone doubts this.

Recently I had occasion to use Minnesota Motors body shop as I had an accident that broke my windshield. The fellow from the body shop was great. He told me about how long I would be without my car. Always well taken care of at this store. Staff make sure you get the vehicle you want, from everything to color to if you want blinkers in the mirror. They make sure you get the vehicle you need and want.

Routine oil change and tire rotation. I wasnt there more than 20 minutes. Plus, I had Buick credit points to redeem. They took care of issuing the credit even though I didnt know how to do it.

A huge shout out to Minnesota Motors. I was here in Fergus for a funeral. I live in Buffalo. I drove my convertible...beautiful drive along I94 to Pioneer Pointe. I was picking up my mother, and out of courtesy was going to put the top up for her and turn the air on. Well, the top stopped half way up and I needed to be at the church right then. I called Minnesota Motors and they were going to come where my car was to take a look while I was at the funeral. Boy, making a house call in the auto business is unheard of!!! I got a call from Paul. The service tech got the top up!! And...no charge!! This place is the very accommodating.
