Called ahead asked if 9mm was in stock they said yes, I get there buy 100 rounds for 70$ when I get home they had put the wrong ammo in the bag. A child knows more about firearms do not go here.

Rude staff and high prices (even before the pandemic). I wouldnt recommend transferring a firearm there either. They are very slow at processing, especially when you consider they are standing around not doing anything when you walk into the store.

Love these guys. Always great service and good people that take the time to educate as well as serve. My go to gun shop.

I have recently moved to the area and was excited to give this range a try. Had stopped in a couple of times looking for a certain handgun that was never in. Prices are fair to high and for the most part I was always asked if I needed help. The door on the shop said they were open to 7 and the google add said they were open to seven as well. So at 5:30 I packed up my new Kimber and headed on to finally try this new range.Walked in went up to the counter and was told the range closes at 6 and the last person cut off was 5:45. Promptly looked at my watch and it was 5:47. I asked him why it states they close at 7 if it is indeed 6 and his answer was that was for retail and they can not change it with google. (FYI that’s a lie you absolutely can change times with google as i do it 4 times a year with the 9 restaurants that I run). So I walked back out a little stunned this guy wouldn’t let me shoot by barely missing the mystery cutoff time even those door hours say 7. As I was walking away he offered me a pamphlet that I refused and informed I will never be back. Went to Jim’s Gums who also closes at 7 got their at 6:15 shot 150 rounds thru my new kimber and all is well with the world.I understand Guns Plus Too will not close down because they will not have my business. Nor do I really think they care. It’s a shame as I’m a collector and avid shooter and being new to the area I was looking forward to establishing a good relationship with a new range and shop. Some times you just should do the right thing and take care of people. The world is very cyclical and when things change those relationships are what keeps business going thru the hard times.

Awesome people working, they can multi task also. It was very busy when I went but they got around to everyone in a timely manner my handgun (Glock) was actually priced lower there than online or other stores. They were very informational when explaining everything. Customer service is amazing. I highly recommend this store for the purchase of handguns.

Definitely recommend this shop! The staff was courteous, professional and helpful. The store is a bit small but still managed to carry a good selection. Cant wait to swing by again in the future.

New to the gun game, and these guys took the time to really help me play around and find out what made me the most comfortable. Really appreciate the customer service and the help. We will certainly be back.

Had servers guns transferred there. Constantly checking the ups tracking status. Most recently transferred a gun in and saw it was delivered and signed for right away in the morning. Called twice and told both times they said they never received a shipment. I called ups and was put through to the driver himself and he verified that his shipment was delivered at 11am and I wasn’t called till 3pm.Most everyone there isn’t very happy to see customers when they come in and several times I had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to come out of the back room.Pretty pricey too, they want new gun prices for used stuff with no box.

Went in midday on a Tuesday and had a poor experience. I was the only customer in the shop and the two older guys working were clearly uninterested in talking to me or selling me anything. One disappeared into the back room never to be seen again and the other was too busy scanning inventory to answer a few basic questions. Had either of them shown even an ounce of interest I probably would have purchased what I went in for. Instead I left empty-handed and wont return.

First off they are over priced, secondly they have had my FFL transferred item for over a week and have told me to wait for their phone call, which I have yet to receive. Lastly the younger guys who work there sometimes are great! Very knowledgable and down to earth. If you have the misfortune of going into the shop when the older guys are working, they seem to have a problem with dealing with any kind of customers. They are rude, and make you stand around and wait while they handle other business. What could have taken 5 minutes to do by explaining a FFL transfer paper, they had me in the store for over 2 hours waiting for them to help me. I was also mistaken for another person of color and was made to feel like it was my fault for standing around waiting for them to help me as it was my first time filling out the transfer sheet. They will never get my business or my friends business again right after I get my transferred item

Last time I set foot in here. You can always count on encountering a rude employee (todays employee was Mark). Their prices are generally high but right now they are price gouging. Ammo is getting a little scarce but $42 for a box of 20 rounds is highway robbery. Thats over $2 per round. Generally they cost $1.20 per round give or take for 45acp.

Great staff. Very helpful. I came in to purchase some very specific ammunition, which they carried but had low stock. I bought their last case of bulk ammunition, but they were kind enough to connect me with a local, veteran-owned ammunition manufacturer who could ship me more.

Waking into this business, you will be greeted with a friendly welcome, and treated with respect and kindness. The staff is very knowledgeable, with decades of combined experience in firearms and related subjects. They are free with their knowledge, and quick to offer any assistance they can to help you find exactly what you need.

Way overpriced across the board. Guy at the counter was super rude and was delusional when informing me on what i needed for my own defense. He told me I would go to jail if I fired more than three rounds in a self defense situation and tried to sell me a CA compliant gun because I dont need more than 10 rounds. He also said that he carries a 7 round gun and that he would never miss a shot no matter the situation. If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would.

I didn’t even get to experience the store. I called to price a handgun and the man that answered was rude and abruptly answered my question. Customer service is key, take him off the phones.

Went in yesterday and was welcomed by two very informative sales staff. Answered all my questions and made the purchase process effortless. Satisfied customer that will return.

Called up there to ask if they had a specific product and got told yes they did have it in the store, turns out they didn’t have the item. Then got sent to the spring lake location only to be told wrong again.... guess I’ll never get that 2 hours of my life or the 25 dollars worth of gas I burned back.

Really knowledgable guys. I bought an AR lower here and they helped me after I assembled it to get a part together the right way. Really friendly and willing to help. I will definitely use them for my guns needs.

Very small selection, prices higher than other local stores, staff is rude and caters toward good ole boy customers. Save your money and go else where.

Best gun shop in Fayetteville in my opinion. The guys that work there are down to earth really cool people. Will definitely be buying more Lowers and Firearms from these guys.

Bought a low profile gas block and hand guard for my AR 15. They installed it free and were generally friendly, though one of the guys there forced me to leave to store to clear my open carry weapon. Not really sure why as I had no intention of taking it out or buying anything for it. This was a bit insolting as all of the employees were also open carrying. Im sure they get a lot of dumb people come in, but no need to treat everyone as dumb.

Stopped by on Saturday. This store is awesome they have great stuff. I was able to find one specific glock part I need for 3 gun competition. As for customer service I cant say much. The dude treated me like he didnt have time for me. If they had better people this place could do well!

These guys are great at what they do I would recommend them to anyone please go and see for yourself...

Stay away from here unless you can get them to price match . Every weapon here is about 100$ over retail and about 150$ more then jims and if you buy accessories make sure that its 100% what you need they will not exchange it or refund your money and also I would price check them on that also all the Blackhawk stuff is highly overpriced.. I hope this helps someone save time and money

Very informative and helpful. Bought Glock night sights and they installed them for free. While i was waiting the other guy seemed happy, knowledgeable about everything (well of course right its a gun store), uplifting, and very respectful. I will definitely continue shopping there.One fawl they dont answer their phone. But the experience still is a 5 star
