If you like your Chai powdered (not liquid, or syrup) like I do this place has it. I had 1 w/2% & 1 w/oat milk. My 1st time trying oat milk & I liked it much better. Clean, roomy and the staff really nice & helpful.

A tiny little corner cafe. I stopped by to pick some coffe and munchies through their drive through. The service was fast. I got a cup of ‘nutty buddy’, a house special Latte with hazelnut infused dark chocolate. It was just decent, nothing very fancy! A toasted bagel with a generous dollop of regular cream cheese is one of my staple option, which was again nothing over the top. However I would definitely go back to try some other coffee options.

I was pleasantly surprised! I had never been here but what a it was. Excellent front end service, perfectly hot coffee do with care.

Went through the drive through, was the 4th car in line. When I pulled up to pay, they asked if I had a 16 oz some other drink that wasn’t mine, I said no and said what I ordered, no big deal. The girl leaves and says that she needs to check on my drink and then comes back l, I pay and she tells me I need to pull forward and wait. I saw my drink waiting on the counter, so I asked for it because by now, it’s been about 15 minutes already. Another employee comes to the window and gives me my drink that had been sitting on the counter the entire time, and tells me she’s going to go ahead and give me my drink and not worry about charging me. I had already paid! Apparently the previous girl at the counter charged me for a smaller drink than what I had ordered. I didn’t even realize that she miss-charged me. This girl proceeds to explain how I messed up somehow and made the girl miss charge me even after I ordered my drink at the speaker properly. Like really? You’re going to take up more of my time after making me wait 20 minutes for a cup of coffee to explain to me that it’s my fault that someone else made an honest mistake. And make me feel guilty for it? I finally had to tell her I had to go because I was already going to be late for work and her sitting there talking was not helping the situation at all. Understand that training new employees cost money and they’re going to make mistakes and it is not your customers fault.

I have tried this place many times, ordering different styles of drinks. I feel like I really gave it a good effort. Everything Ive ever gotten has tasted awful.The one caveat is that I have visited and ordered from the Fayetteville location more often, and more recently, which is where I have had my worst tasting experiences. The syrup is always funky tasting and too strong.

The staff here are always really polite and friendly, and the coffee is decent (looooove the thin mint mocha!!). This location is right on my way to work on campus and so its really convenient. Lately, however, the service has been MUCH slower, and it appears to be the computer. It cant read my reward card--the poor staff have to stand there swiping my cards for minutes, wasting precious time and clogging up the line. Get this location a new computer system and Ill come more often! (Ive had to get OUT of line some mornings because its just that slow.)

This place turned what I thought was a ordinary chai tea latte into an extraordinary one! It taste amazing, not sure if they added extra flavor or what but I will definitely be coming back!!!

Great service, great pastries. Unfortunately, the plain coffee here is just bad--it tastes weak and bitter at the same time. If you like specialty drinks like lattes, youll love this place. If youre a black coffee drinker like me, I would not recommend it.Edit: Im bumping my review up to 5 stars because management responded to me helpfully and promptly. Taste is subjective; good service is objective.

The beans are roasted locally and theyre fresh and tasty! The workers are good at what they do and the management works hard.

Friendly staff and delicious drinks! Got the Vanilla Cream Cold Brew and aptly-named Game Changer; the latter blew our minds because of how unexpectedly delicious it was. New go-to coffee place in Fayetteville.

Only had kind experiences here and fantastic drinks - if one was a major miss they remade it immediately.Customer service and spirit of service is excellent. Theyre also really fast and the inside atmosphere is warm.They are dog kind too. Friendly through the drive thru with treats EACH TIME! and kind when I needed to bring my pup inside for a little bit.Ive loved this place since they opened and so happy they survived the Covid year.Their Dirty Diana drink and service is worth popping off the interstate into Fayetteville, even if it costs me an extra 30 minutes in travel to somewhere else.

Tiny little coffee shop. Not that much room for studying but if you are lucky enough to get a table you can study in peace without the added noise of too many people. I love that they offer a drive through because it also keeps inside traffic to a minimum. I wish they had more food options but their coffee is reasonably priced.

Very chill place. I think the location is great. The coffee is good! Bolder coffee has a ton of options to quench your thirst. I dig it...Was recommended the Cinnamon Toast Latte. Amazing.

The PSL and Twisted Vanilla Lattes are my faves here. They are much more rich and vibrant than Starbucks, and made with love. They also have a drive thru so dont be afraid to go around behind the building!

Atmosphere is nice, they have a awesome copper wall thing that I adore. There art is cool and there coffee is pretty good. Especially if you need that bold coffee 😉 Id suggest trying oat milk if you dont like regular creamer its so delicious especially with the maple or cinnamon drinks👌 only issue I had was a table near the area you order wobbles so bad, it knocked everything over on my table, luckily my drink didnt spill!! There customer service is great though and they make their coffee well.

This is my go-to coffee shop! I can’t wait for the new locations and expansions into other areas. The coca bean shake is the best and if you say no to the espresso whip cream then you might as well just order a water! My daughter really loves the gusty gal smoothie but we honestly have never had anything we didn’t like here.

Its only my second time going here, but I tried their coffee and it will blow your taste buds away.

I absolutely love this place, it has been my go to place for coffee since it opened. I go in so much I even know a couple of the workers by name and let me say BJ is by far my favorite. He always is so happy even if he is there very early and he is always eager to give suggestions for coffee or food. I absolutely love this place and I highly highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. All of the staff is friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your time that and that your coffee goes above and beyond your expectations.

I come in pretty frequently (at least once a week), and Ive been meaning to write a genuine review for a while and just now got around to it. I typically come in the late afternoon/evening, and the staff that typically works during that time is awesome and they always make sure I have a good experience. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the music selection is perfect. Id recommend everyone to stop by!

The experience was wonderful. Great customer service, clean establishment and fantastic coffee. Decided to give Bolders a try on my way to work one morning. I was surprised how good their coffee drinks were and how wonderful the staff was. My first experience was so awesome I decided to try to make my way through the whole menu. Im halfway through the menu and have enjoyed every coffee so far. Will keep everyone posted for the second half the menu.

My Americano and my girlfriends Sweater Weather were both fabulous, and the employees were cheerful and patient! This store is a nice place to get work homework done; Just bring headphones cuz the tunes they play are catchy enough to distract you from reading.

I sat in the drive thru 10 MINUTES before someone bothered to come tell me there was another window around back. I told him that would great to know before I sat here 10 MINUTES.. letting me know would have taken 5 seconds.. he said yeah I was too busy to do that. Love the Bolder brand (in Rogers) but I left without ordering.. There are too many coffee places in Fayetteville to ever come back to this one.

I’ve been wanting to try Bolder Coffee for so long and when I did this morning, I was incredibly disappointed. First I want to say how kind the staff was. There were two people working, which I thought was ridiculous considering it was Friday morning and they had several people in the drive through lane. The guy was incredibly nice, but he was working both the window and the front counter. The girl was making drinks and I didn’t have any converse with her at all. I orders the Ethiopian coffee, because the guy said it was their lighter coffee, my husband got the Brazil and we shared a cinnamon role. My coffee was DISGUSTING. I didn’t finish it because it was that bad. We’re from Washington State.. so I know coffee pretty well. It left a horrible after taste in my mouth even after several hours after drinking it. The staff forgot about our cinnamon role. I waited 10 minutes for it and I eventually went up and asked for it. And he said he forgot about. He zapped it in the microwave and handed it to me within seconds. The bun was ok, but it was stale on the outside and barley warmed.

If you want a caffeine kick, get the coffee bean shake. It will not disappoint. Im fore warning you though, if you are too susceptible to caffeine, dont drink it in the later part of the day. It will have you jumping off the walls and hyper as hell

Drinks were alright, service was absolutely awful. Incredibly rude while ordering. Overheard the 2 workers insulting customers, including our own group, for coming and staying to do homework. We were ordering multiple drinks and only stayed for about an hour and a half. Dont know what they expect since they are right next to the university but overall not a place to go and do homework apparently. They also charged 2 people in our group different prices for the exact same drink and then didnt do anything to rectify it when asked.

Good coffee, good price. Ambiance is a blend of a Starbucks theme with influences pulled from Onyx and Arsaga’s. Drink menu can be a bit overwhelming on your first look but don’t worry, any choice is a good one.

The coco bean shake is biggity biggity bangin. 10/10 would devour again.

We came here 4/20/19 and had an excellent experience but when we returned on 4/21/19 there was different staff. Sydney, who was working the cash register answered our questions as if it were a burden and after we specifically ordered 2 muffins and had an entire conversation in front of her about splitting the two between my wife and I, she only charged us for 1. I don’t ever pay much attention to how much people are charging me and honestly I didn’t even know how much the muffins were so I would not have known they were under charging me. They brought out 1 muffin and when it took a while for the second one to come out we asked about it. BJ looked at us as if we were crazy and they stated they did not charge us for it and wanted me to step back to the register to pay for it. I never mind paying for what I have ordered but the attitudes this morning were unacceptable.

I came in on April 20th. The service was exceptional! Sydney, BJ, and Tyler were working. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. I always have wonderful experiences here. 5/5 stars for customer service.

I normally dont leave bad reviews but this girl at the window friday night was terrible.I pull up at the window she takes 5 minutes to answer then when im on the phone she interrupt s me and says these customers behind you in drive thru should be served first totally rude unprofessional and im taking my weekly bussiness somewhere else.Tried to reach out to management no one would etheir answer the phone or they said at other location manager isnt here or any supervision i will not be a customer here no more😞
