We are back to a staff that is completely incapable of making a simple drink even when I explained it to them and its exactly how it described in the manual. Must be a tough job! I really cant wait for robot Baristas, but the cashiers are excellent. Unfortunately we come for coffee drinks not conversation.

Overall good experience. Had to remake my drink as they made it hot instead of the frap. But they were very apologetic about it and fixed it . The drive thru is always busy so I ended up putting my mobile order for pick up inside

They’re always out of food items and they never make my drink right. Drive to another one. Not to mention the drive thru is so inconvenient and hard to maneuver through.

They made my order so quick and they spelled my name right and normally many people spell it wrong they were so nice and patient with me and my drink is absolutely delicious

I went in to get sweet cream cold brew but come to find out they are not only of if all creams but also several other items and there were at least 5 flies landing on me while I was trying to pay. The lady who took my order asked me about 10 times about it because she couldn’t remember.

Starbucks is deteriorating. Many years ago it was cool place.Now everything looks dingy and coffee is plain bad.

Just walked in and was told they don’t have decaf (I wanted a half caff coffee) I was offered a fully caffeinated pike place instead. Didn’t offer to make a pour over, and they were quite rude about it. I don’t think it’s unreasonable for a coffee shop to have a decaf option.Thankfully, even the gas station across the street could accommodate such a request, at a cheaper price.

It was very busy, but they got me through the line super fast with a butter croissant white iced mocha with breve. I think there was a little too much milk in it though.

I went in for the first time and the cashier was rude I was tying to tell her what I wanted her attention was else were. I told her what I wanted and she pointed over to the coffee creamers and I step over to look and she rudely asked me are you gonna pay for your order and i just left I already waited in line for like almost 10 mins her customer service was not good at all

Love this location!! If I am locating this Starbucks correctly this is the one next to Walk Ons. I work next door at Walk Ons and they always have my beverages or snacks ready to go for me! Always prompt and helpful when it comes to questions. Only Starbucks location I absolutely love!!

Why in the world does Starbucks in U.S. serve everything in styrofoam cups even when youre staying in, instead of mugs. It makes you feel like youre in McDonalds not a coffee shop. But the coffees good

Imagine having a business inside a business, where every yt woman shopper HAS to not only get herself a caramel frappuccino, but ALL 7 of the kids she leashed in with her caramel frappuccinos as well. I don’t get coffee unless I’m dying, and if I find myself within target, and dying, I have to wait in a long line to get a simple drink, and everybody in front of me is preparing their speech of what difficult drink order they’re about to place on the poor worker who’s scraping by.

Always great service, they make your drink like you ask without any attitude or rudeness, some places or workers act as if you are asking to brake the rules or get something for free

Two people working behind the counter. No other customers around. Employees for three minutes ignored that we were waiting to order while carrying on a conversation. We asked if they were closing. One of the two said no we’re not and went back to talking to their coworker. We never got our order taken and left. Acknowledge your customers

I love Starbucks but this is the slowest location I have ever been to. No matter when you get here, only 2 people are working, and you should plan on at least 15 minutes to get a coffee. During the holidays it is worse. Sad considering how much you have to pay for it

It is a typical starbucks but they are not as eco-friendly as some locations. They freely give out plastic straws and do not even try to promote the strawless lids. In addition, they have improper trash mixed into their recycling. I will not return to this location.

This Starbucks was the boom!! Had a great time and the staff was amazing!! The Star King aka Star Lord really made the experience there extra great!! Love StarBucks, but this one was top notice!! Ask for The Star King, he makes a mean latte!!

I constantly give starbucks chances... everytime im disappointed... coffee always taste old and flavorless, or like its made of sugar. They always gotta correct you with their made up sizes.And they teamd up with oprah and ruined a great tea company.

First experience here. Got a latte double shot half and half. She forgot the half and half, and when asked nicely if she can put the half and half in, she was a bit rude about it. I even told her I was sorry to trouble her but she said nothing... just grabbed the coffee and put the half and half in. Then over filled it so that the cup was messy. This is however pretty normal in Fayetteville.

Not a very accommodating location. Unable or maybe unwilling to fulfill my request. Also, this location unfortunately doesnt use the strawless lids for iced drinks. Please stop using plastic straws Starbucks!

I use this location purely out of concenience. The customer service is hit or miss. I have never been disappointed by the quality of my purchases.

Used to be a great store, now one of the worst I have been to. Been going for many years but now I will never step foot in that store again. Its filthy, look at the ceiling. Kids who work there are rude and have zero respect . Avoid at all costs, youve been warned.

Polite, but definitely the slowest Starbucks Ive ever been to... and consistently make orders or drinks wrong. Its coffee and not worth the 20-30 minute wait to have the drink made correctly.

Impossible to get through this drive through in under 20 minutes. I dont understand why it takes so long to just pour some coffee. If you go inside the wait is just as long as well. I dont even order a specialty drink, I just get a plain black coffee thats pre-made sitting in a canister behind the register. Apparently thatll be $2.25 and a half an hour of my time.

My wife loves this pricey place so 4 stars it is.

This store used to be great. However, the last few times I have come it has taken WELL over 20 minutes to get my drink and the staff acts like they were never even trained.

I went through their drive-through.They got my order wrong and a Reggae haired african american woman yanked the coffe out of my hand and said you didnt say decaf. And started gossiping about me with other coworkers right in front of me.She was very rude and disrespectful.Was told her name was Tenisha or Kenisha.I will never be going back to this starbucks.
