Come on over and try the homemade biscuits.... Like rolled homemade biscuits not Pillsbury biscuits. So good. The wait on Sundays is worth it.

I ordered grits and one dark brown, well done country ham biscuit. Grits were fine but biscuit was not dark brown and ham was no where near well done. Disappointed and I am well done.

This was our first time here. The order greeter that met us outside in drive through was very nice and helped us place our first order. The process was quick and easy. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the ultimate sausage biscuit and the ultimate bacon biscuit combo meals.We will be back.

Had to get a replacement because of an accuracy issue the first time, then the replacement they did not make one of my meals correct. Do better please your staff needs to focus on reading the orders better or something because its always an issue or something missing from the bag..

This review is for the Biscuitville Drive thru. We ran through after our visit to the dog park. A happy dog hanging her head out the back window prompted the smiling window employee to offer a “dog biscuit” literally a bone shaped biscuit! It is super cute and free! I loved it and so did my dog! The food was just as we ordered. The service was prompt. The employees appeared to be happy. Our experience was good!

The cashiers at the drive thru were extremely polite taking our order and very well behaved. Their professionalism is excellent.

This is my first experience at the chain, and it was a good one. There is a brief wait for your food which is a good thing. (Very brief). I had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and it was excellent. The egg is fried with the crispy edges which is a rarity. The servers are very friendly and pleasant. Be sure to check out the biscuits being made in front of your eyes every 15 minutes. You won’t be disappointed here.

The food is good, but the last 3 times my wife and I visited this location or orders were messed up. And today they forgot to add the egg on our grilled chicken and egg muffins, a time before that they forgot the strawberry muffin, but the first time they gave us someone elses order and we didnt realize it until we got home. Dont think well be going back.

My family and I shared a great time together at this restaurant . Bree and her crew (sorry we didnt get all the staff names☺️) are just awesome! We enjoy our family and Bree(crew😊) felt like extended family! Service with a smile that feels like a hug... genuine people here working hard and tirelessly! Cant say enough and foods good,too!

Visited here a number of years ago in Greensboro NC, while traveling south again so this location on my route. Sausage definitely taste different and not in a good way, seems theyve cut back on spices. Pepper Corn gravy is still great, poured over Buttermilk Biscuits is fan.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuits. I waited twenty minutes inside and I never got 😪 it because I had a appointment so I left, but before I left l gave my receipt to a lady that was waiting for her ordered as well. They are 🐌 slow

Got the fried chicken club with country fries and a honey bun. Wasnt too too busy so I ate inside which was a nice change. Love me some Biscuitville, wish there was one in Dunn, Id be eating there EVERYDAY!

I had the sausage and egg biscuit, home fried potatoes and a soft drink. The food was served hot and fresh. If they were having first day glitches I didnt notice any. How can this Biscuitville be so much better than the one on Raeford? Friendly staff, quick order and service, biscuits made just right.... wish I could give an 8 out of 5.

The place is clean and modern which is good, but you’d think a place called biscuitville would have better biscuits… the biscuits were flat and looked like they were smashed, nothing like the biscuits they advertise in their posters and billboards. Food was alright but we could just go to bojangles and get the same biscuit sandwiches. They do have a breakfast platter option which is a plus to their sad biscuits.

First time visit....Very friendly staff and food was quick. Biscuits were very good, but the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was kind of small. Gravy wasnt bad, but could use some sausage chucks and a bit of spice to give it a little kick, like cayenne. Definitely will visit again

I was served the toughest shoe leather chicken biscuit of my lifetime. The biscuit was smashed flat as paper, the flavor and texture of my $7 chicken biscuit was like eating shoe leather. I want be back to see the flys all over the counters and disorganized lazy staff. Very disappointed. Management, its time you get it togethet, clean out the flys and organize your staff, no reason for poor service in off peak hours.

Came here to order some breakfast and the line for the drive thru was super long. So I decided to walk in and place my order. (I have never ate here before my first time trying it)As I was standing in line a young lady that works there walked in the door and looked at me and asked if I had a mask. I said no, cause I can not wear one. She told me that I can not be inside unless I had a mask. I told her I was getting it to go. She said well you still cant be here without a mask. She then told her manger that I dont have one. They kicked me out because I cant wear a mask. They were not nice about it at all.

I ordered 2 breakfast platters, 2 grilled chicken egg and cheese english muffins and a loaded bacon biscuit. The breakfast platter appeared like the food was tossed in it and it should have included pancakes, but didnt. The food was lukewarm and unappetizing. My children also complained about the taste of the food and they usually love Biscuitville. If you want the Best of Biscuitville, dont go to this location. The Biscuitville on Raeford Road is 100% better. The food is always fresh and tasty.

Rude manager.. Were 6 hours away from home dealing with bad attitudes. If you cant handle management, you shouldnt be a manager. After waiting an hour Denea was completely rude to our group. We had over 10 orders, and while were waiting there was 1 person who came in with a messed up order from the drive-through. They asked him for his receipt which he left in the car but if he had the bag with the food and they just saw him in the Drive-Thru why would he need the receipt. That whole situation turned into a very long and unnecessary situation when they could have just remade his food and sent him on his way. He ordered a chicken biscuit but didnt get the chicken. They wouldnt remake his food. They called the police and lied about the guy being threatening. He didnt get disrespectful until she did. And as Im typing this now and were getting ready to leave their getting into it with other customers too. You cannot have a bad attitude and a short temper working in fast-food. One of our members mentioned to each other that maybe we should just get our money back and go. The manager came from around the counter asking for the receipt when the comment was not directed towards her. When I asked for her name she yelled that I could come and read it off her shirt. One of our members also asked for the corporate number and she refused to give it. We just wasted over an hour with no food to show for it when we could have stopped somewhere else and got breakfast and got back on the road. That whole experience should have been way better and smoother than that

Fast, friendly, and fresh. This place is nothing like that greasy mcdonalds breakfast. Real eggs and real bacon and the biscuits are never dry !!!

I used to drive 10 miles to get biscuits from this restaurant, but not anymore. I went there on a Sunday morning at 11:15 am and the drive-thru line was all the way around the building. I sat in the same spot for 10 minutes without moving, so I decided to go inside to order. I parked and walked to the door, but it was locked even though there was a sign that said dining room was now open. I looked through the glass and saw nobody inside the dining room. Obviously, they didnt have enough employees who showed up for work to open the dining room. Will not be back.

The food is outstanding as usual, but the wait time at the drive thru is a high zero. Very slow service is becoming the norm at this Biscuitville.

Their gravy is amazing 🤩 and they could give chick fil a a run for their money when it comes to the biscuits lol. If you haven’t, you should try the spicy chicken sandwich. Their drive through is quick and everyone was friendly and cheerful! Great service all around, this may be our number 1 breakfast spot when we come to Fayetteville.

Assisted by Nyesha at drive thru 0701 AM, Apr 30 2021. Cleared up a confusion at window 1 about my breakfast order. It was suppose to be a sausage and egg combo with a hashbrown and ice tea. She thought it was a sausage and cheese combo. Nevertheless, she communicated to the 2nd window. I know I should of checked my order before I drove off but I did not. I had trusted the staff at the window. My ticket states sausage and egg but thats not what I received, it was a sausage and cheese biscuit combo. I appreciate services rendered, however attention to detail especially at drive thru should always be a priority. I dont like cheese and I was already too far gone to go back.

Food is great, but drive through at the location is extremely slow at lunch time. Not sure if all have same drive through issue. If you are at grove street location be prepared to sit in the drive at lunch time

This is hands down my favorite restaurant but honestly cant stand this location... my work truck is too big for the drive thru so I always call in ahead of time to pick up at the front door just to avoid holding up the drive thru during my lunch break. I normally get a friendly staff member over the phone that brings it right out within seconds but today around 12:38am the person basically said pull up come to the window and order, it will fit...but obviously it wont.. when I did pull up there was a car at the window having a conversation so I tried to wait but before the car pulled off about 3 more cars pulled in behind him which left me in a weird situation whether to walk infront of the cars that had already ordered or to wait until the line cleared again....so to avoid messing up the flow of business I just left hungry. If will never come to this location again too much of an inconvenience for no reason at all never had problems at the other ones on hope mills and raeford road just this one ....

Its not Karina like I corrected her . So its pointless to have girls out there taking orders when you dont have a line of people, (your not Chick-fil-A), and it defeats the purpose for new customers or customers such as myself to even see what you offer on the menu. We felt rushed from the girls taking our order. The cars behind us knew what they wanted so they had to wait so we can look at the menu .

2nd time here, first time was missing half my order and even had items in my bag that I didnt even order, no surp straws or napkins in bag, so I decided everyone has a off day so Id give it a 2nd chance, same out come missing items and getting items I didnt even order, no straws napkins or surp again, staff was arguing with each other and unprofessional, dont think Ill be coming back again, would rather go across the street to Vickys.

I think downtown is pretty shady and I definitely worry about where to eat and if it’s safe any time I work in this part of town. Heard a co worker mention your company and said next time I was in this part of town I’d try it. Building looks like a city of gold compared to most of the buildings near it. Line was short at drive thru. Food was ready by the time I pulled up. RACHEL WAS EXCELLENT. She had the biggest smile on her face. She seemed genuinely happy to help me. She made sure I had everything I needed. Food was delicious! SWEET TEA WAS LITERALLY PERFECT! Thanks you breakfast !

Talk about efficient... there was a huge line at the drive through plus a lot of customers inside but they took care of everyone very quickly. Plus a bonus... Their biscuit sandwiches are delicious too. Country fries are amazing as well. We will definitely be back.
