Went in to get some tires take it off some rims and put my tires on the other rims and very politely the person that was doing my rims come out said that my rims for 16‘s and their rims for 15‘s so they couldn’t change them over but that’s OK had them change the tire for me fix the tire and put it back in the truck it didn’t take them 30 minutes to do this they’re good. The person who change the tire and fixed it is name is Rob very nice very good he knew what he was doing

The gentleman who did my alignment was very helpful. He told me some of the parts I needed to get. He couldnt do a full alignment however I was charged for a full alignment. That may be the policy there. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

I stopped in yesterday morning on the way to work with low tires. They check for leaks and aired them all up to where they should be. They responded pretty quickly and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks so much!!!

Im from Tallahassee florida,it is 14 hours away from Arkansas, before I left Tallahassee I went to a local used tire store to get 1 used tire because mine had a plug in the upper sidewall which is not safe,when I got to Arkansas and spent the night in a hotel the next morning the tire was completely flat,so I took the tire off and seen there was a plug right in the middle of the sidewall( they obviously knew it because they put the tire with the plug facing inside,I found Tire tracks,was very impressed with everyone that works there, the place was well organized and the people were so friendly I literally am probably moving to Fayetteville Arkansas, they sold me 2 beautiful Michelin tires for 60 a piece mounted and balanced on their state of the art new machines, made it back to Tallahassee safely and confident, I am soooo glad I found this tire shop,very professional and Im more then pleased, Tallahassee people are just absolutely terrible nasty people,thank you Tire track very mich

Customer service was good the guy behind the counter let me look at the tires before they put them on.. it was relatively quick.. This is where I go to get used tires. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 is the place is dirty and the bathroom was disgusting.. the white walls were a yellow/ brown and the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month.. people with kids go there. I wouldn’t let my daughter touch anything in there.. Guys clean the bathroom!!!Other then that it was a good visit

Needed a flat fixed. Went to Walmart and they told me my tire was bald and said they couldnt fix it. My tire was not bald. I went to Tire Tracks and they fixed it and did it quickly! Great work! Will be back when my tires are really bald!

The gentlemen here were very fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Both of my front tires were showing steel belt even though they were fairly new and this had caused us to have a flat. We limped it to Tire Tracks on the donut and found out that I had a bad alignment issue. They put 2 new tires on and fixed the alignment so that my car isnt eating tires anymore.

Tire Tracks is always professional, courteous and has the best prices and service around! I have gone to them for all my tires needs for the 5 years I lived in Arkansas and have sent many people their way. I would have given 5 stars, but the tire tech messed up my spare. I was in for a tire replacement and he took it upon himself to try and fix the spare as well which was not why I was there. Now I have to replace my spare. All I can say is stick to the paperwork next time. Now I have to spend another 50 to fix that too!!!

Tire Tracks was really awesome. They fixed my tire fairly quickly and the price was very reasonable. Normally, I have to brace myself for men mansplain or talk down to me (i.e., “are you sure it’s flat? Let’s check”), but Tire Tracks treated me as every other customer. I definitely will shop there again, but I really hope I don’t need to for a while!

(Posting on behalf of my mothers poor experience today)I understand that you need to train the new guys. But this is absolutely unacceptable. He used a screwdriver and shop hammer to get my lug nut out that was stuck inside the socket and knocked a hole in it. I questioned them just to be told it still drives and we aren’t responsible for doing what is necessary to change your tires. Come on. Even I know he messed up. That’s not the proper way of fixing the problem. Now I have to go purchase more lug nuts because of them.

I appreciate the guys I dealt with yesterday. I was a smidge high maintenance trying to get quotes on new tires for 4 or 2 (Im a single mom and gotta ball like that) then asked to look at used tires and he was very nice and didnt make me feel like a nuisance to go look and see. I ended up going with 4 used and alignment bc the price was right and the used werent bad at all. I then left to get my kid and came back to get the work done. They quickly got my car in. And my daughter was starting to get fussy so they even rushed a bit.(without me requesting) they were all very professional and it was an overall very good experience.Ps. I have always taken my car to Tire Tracks on South School St in Fayetteville AR. Normally I try to set an appointment but sometimes I just roll in and hope that they can tend to my cars needs. Whether it be alignment new tire mounts tire rotations or brakes and shocks I’ve had most of it done at this location. Almost always they’ll tell me an approximate time I will wait but they do a fantastic job and I’ve always been satisfied with their prices. They worked on my Mustang my Dodge Journey my Ford F1 hundred and my Taurus SEL and each time their work has met my satisfaction.I couldn’t say enough for the guys over there but they’ll go out of their way for you if they need to. Got a used tire yesterday and had a bit of a wait but the price was great and I got 5 dollars off somehow! Employees were friendly and helpful! I would definitely be back!

The worst tire shop ever. Maybe it is bad only for people with foreign appearance. I went to the shop asking for replacement of my left rear tire with used tire, then the cashier wrote a ticket stating replacement with a used tire on it, then I waited one hour and the machanic with the blonde hair did something looking like he is doing the right job. After twenty minutes, he drove the car to me saying its been done, then I paid 42 dollars with my card. And when I took a look at the tire, and found it is still the same tire without being replaced with the used tire, and it is still leaking the air with the tire pressure of 29! Then the front desk person refunded the money to me and said maybe the blonded haired mechanic misread the ticket. How rediculous! Being charged with 42 dollars with the same leaking tire. What a great shop for a foreign born.

It was crazy all of the sudden air was leaving my tire and became flat. We couldn’t find where or how my tire became flat. But that tire had already become not good anymore and glad one guy was able to better explain the details of that tire and why it also could have explain the pulling on my car. Now my car actually drives a lot better! I also had my baby with me and was needing me.Thank you guys for the help/knowledge and being patient with me and my daughter.

I went to replace a flat tire and one of the guys was a little rude - acting like its inconvenient for me to wear a mask because its harder for him to hear me. Also noticed that there were signs all over saying face coverings required yet no employee and barely any customer around me was wearing a mask, so, that was interesting? They did give me a new tire after about 40 minutes or so though and helped get it to my trunk so I appreciate that at least.

I went to get a flat tire repaired on a car my son had given me. I knew all 4 tires looked well overworked and all were dry rotted. All 4 tires were different sizes!!! The guys at this location were extremely helpful. They replaced all 4 tires with the proper size tires. The used tires look brand new on my car!!!! I was treated with the utmost care and respect by all employees yesterday. I would recommend this location to anyone needing help with tires. Fast service too.

Got tires from wal-mart bc I get employee discount tires were out of balance took it back for them to rebalance them and still didnt get them balanced right..said I needed front end alignment? Took them to these guys at tire tracks and they fixed the problem no more vibration when Im going down the road. These guys know what there doing and will do the job right the first time.

I walked in to get a tire patched and they were friendly and the service was a reasonable price. I also wasn’t hassled about needing to get all new tires, which is always my fear when anything happens to a tire. I would recommend and I will go back.

We blew a trailer tire yesterday and I was in a huge time crunch. I had no spare, of course….The crew in South Fayetteville squeezed me in and out in less than 30 minutes! When I checked the tire at my house it was a small pinhole and they said the tire was unfixable but they did give me a nice tire and exchange considering they didn’t have that particular tire in stock but now my car has three matching tires and one that does not

They were very helpful 6 months ago or so when we needed 2 new tires. Now were had one of the tires we bought from them losing air semi-slowly. They patched the hole (made by a large construction screw) under warranty at no cost to us.
