Hop Citys outpost in the Town at Trilith development is a little out of the way, but definitely a hidden gem. Located inside Barleygarden, there are hundreds of great wine and beer options. Plus, youve got access to Barleygardens dozens of draft beers, which is a plus.

Went there for dinner sat down with drink menus and waited almost 15min for someone to acknowledge us at the table. We were able to order my daughter a lemonade, before the server promptly left without taking anyone elses drink order. We observed the same server visiting tables in front of and behind us multiple times never coming back to take our order or check on us. After 10 more minutes of being ignored we got up tried to pay for daughters lemonade and left..... if they are slightly busy but not full (still open tables) be aware service may be extremely slow and make sure if you want to sit outside make a reservation ahead of time.

Hop City is one of my fave go to spots, not only for beers, but the food is excellent too!

Not a bad selection on beer. Im a little spoiled living in up state NY for 8 years,. You could throw a rock and hit at least 3 micro breweries. Im just glad I found a place to get craft beer. Its worth the drive from Mcdonough.
