Called to ask for copy of my receipt of work done on my car after an accident and the woman was so rude on the phone. Made some comment about she only hand writes receipts, when I asked does she have anything on her computer she said No one looks at my files. What a rude person. I didnt ask to look at your files!

If I could give this business negative stars I would. Working with this business was a horrible experience. Very unprofessional in customer service as well as work. A job that was quoted to take a week ended up taking almost 2 months---paint job was bad and cracked within a week or two-parts that were paid for never came in. Communication was terrible. Calls were never returned-wed have to call and call and hope to catch the right person. Would never use this company again or recommend them for anything-If you are considering using this business PLEASE consider other options.

They did A Bad Job All The Way Around And Told Me That It Was Like New And Was Far From It!!! They Got Me For 5200 And Wanted More!!! I Was Very Disappointed With Them And Then They Kept My Strobe Control Box And My Rear Strobe Lights In The Box They Took Off The Truck!!! Bad People They Were!!!

The did an amazing job on my 2003 Dodge Dakota. I had some major repairs done to it and when I came back 4days later it was a brand new truck. The best part of this experience is, I had left $30.00 dollars in my drink holder and when I picked up my car the cup holder and everything inside was detailed and the $30.00 dollars was still there. I want to say thanks to honest workers of that business.I recommend this body shop to anyone who is looking for an honest business, friendly people and reasonable prices.

Showgun consistently took 3-4 times longer to complete work then they said they would. Their metalwork was questionable and they sprayed a very poor paint job. There is clear coat drips in the fender wells and undercoat sprayed on the interior panels. I dont expect it to last more than a 3-5 years before it starts peeling or bubbling. Surface blemishes are already showing up on the brand new panels I had sprayed. They left my car out in the rain to rust when it was mostly bare metal, than just sprayed it with a rust removing product and called it good. I would never come here again and would never recommend it to anyone for any reason.

I brought my vehicle in with damage to my driver side front Fender. They had my vehicle looking new in 3 days. They have good customer service and they are professional kind people.

So we had our daughters 17th birthday party this past weekend at which time we revealed the 1996 Pontiac Trans Am that we had restored for her. The party went great and we were able to surprise our daughter. She knew she was getting the car but thought we were only doing a couple of things to it. She would always say I love blacked out rims on a car. These rims are amazing! Its unreal what yall can do to old rims making them look like we custom ordered them from a rim manufacturer. So when we removed the sun visors and headliner, the headliner broke in half because it is so old and was not in good condition. We knew we would either have to find and buy an aftermarket headliner or find one in a junkyard and have it recovered. So I went to Joe Barnett at S.E.A.T. and told him what happened and asked if he could order a new one for us. To my surprise, Joe said let me see the broken one first. Once he saw the broken headliner, he said there is no need to buy a replacement headliner that he could restore that one to be as good as new. To be honest, I was a little doubtful about his comments. Well, he showed me!!!! Yeah, Joe knows his craft and has skills. The headliner looks great as well as the visors and they look like a new car. His turn around time was impressive as well. Thank you Joe for helping us when we thought we would surely have to buy something new.If anyone needs any of these services listed above, I proudly recommend each of these businesses. They are kind of pricey and takes a while to fix my car...no fault of their s, otherwise they are the best in town...

Did not finish my paint job when they told me they would. After telling me I had a lifetime warranty, my hood latch stopped working and my hood flew up and hit my windshield. When I had called to let them know this happened and that I need it repaired since I have a warranty, the woman said Well, you have had the car for this long and you havent had any problems. DO NOT go to this place.
