I love shopping at State Beauty Supply. The girls in there are so sweet and kind and I’ve loved getting to know every one of them. From full-time students to one of them working more than one job, I can see why these girls enjoy their time spent with professionals that shop there. Tiffany is so sweet and always makes sure to find me what I’m looking for, backorders have taken a while lately due to pandemic shortage but I always know I’m one their list. Yvonne is extremely timely in getting back to a salon professional as well.

State beauty is always professional and nice when I come in, they are always so helpful!!

When I entered the store I was looked up and down like I didn’t belong there followed by a rude “Can I help you?” When I told her I was there to return something she said in an unprofessional tone with a surprised facial expression, “Oh? You’ve shopped here before?” To which I responded, “I may be dressed in a t-shirt and leggings but I am a professional.” I felt judged by my appearance and treated incredibly unprofessionally by the girl with purple in her hair. It’s the only place to get good products as a stylist but the employees are so rude!

Workers can be disrespectful . I go in as a regular and 2 of the workers would be unprofessional except for Tiffany shes helped me alot and remebers me as a regular and does not rush me while im shopping and also helpful when im looking for specific product.
