Lost package, never saw it, called fedex. They never got back to me. Had to call again and explain all over and still no help or answers. Basically told me that IF they could figure out where the driver placed the package they would A) retrieve it if it was delivered to the wrong place. Or B) have me contact the seller if the driver confirmed it was delivered to the right spot. Zero help after the package has been missing over a week. Not impressed. Worst service ever and would have my packages delivered any other way if possible.
This location have lazy lady at desk, dont want to take out my package to pick up, I have called 1800 number they told me is ready to pick up but, I couldnt get it its second time happen with same lady. not recommended at this location. I have my a/c with fed Ex but I am kind a regret now . one star is more than enough for this kind of service.
Have 6 boxes with about 10 grand worth of merchandise. FIrst 3 boxes are delivered on the 16th perfectly. The second 3 they said they tried to deliver but they didnt. Even checked my security camera. Then they promised it would be delivered today. Nope. Went to the wrong address. They changed the address on 3 of the 6 boxes when we never requested it to be changed. Now its the weekend and no boxes. Really bad. Its now impacting my business

Always an excuse why packages aren’t delivered on time. Pay for 3 day shipping and always late. Same excuse every time. “Truck broke down. Sorry about that.” Done shipping through them. Worst shipping company I’ve ever dealt with and never again.
Horrible service. Wish I could choose who is going to deliver my packages. Setting packages worth $700.00 on a street/road is wrong. Ive complained and it continues. So this was my next option. DONT USE FEDEX. So far theyve left a victory Secrets bag, 2 tupperware orders, herbalife order and the list goes on.
For the last two days, their driver has claimed he attempted delivery but no one was available. I work from home & have security cameras, so I know for a fact that delivery has not been attempted. No door tag left either. Ive tried to get help from customer service, but all they do is apologize & say the delivery will be attempted again soon. I am going to stop ordering from businesses that ship via FedEx, its just not worth it.
I gave a 1 because I had to. Laziest delivery people EVER!! I watched a driver walk in my building with a sticky note, didnt attempt to buzz the apartment and deliver an ENVELOPE! I know because it was my envelope. And, they continue to post their sticky notes on the back door..see pic. The note from a resident in our building has been there for MONTHS!
It was one of the worst experience I had anywhere. The staff asked me to wait so they can finish chatting. 15 minutes later, they told me the document I need to send can not go to individuals! I walked out and drove to UPS. I will never used FedEx again. The staff on this site should look for other line of work they enjoy rather than being so unhappy there.
Drop off a package to send and they will just throw it away. Didnt even scan it to send out.

Boyfriend paid for two day shipping on a gift for me and it’s now been 6 and we have to go pick it up. We work and we’re not home at two everyday when there was “attempted delivery”. Our building has locked parcel boxes for this exact reason! Not only did they fail to put it in the parcel boxes but not even a door tag!! The only reason we have an idea where it is is because of my boyfriend having a tracking number. So now I have to call and figure out which of the many fedex buildings in town has my gift.
Love never having the ability to do delivery manager in Fargo with fedex. I go to school and work part time so I’m never home from 6:30 AM to 6:30 at night and fedex is notorious for delivering literally minutes after I leave my house for my lunch break. Fedex closes at 6:30 so it looks like I’ll need to take a day off for a damn delivery. Ridiculous.
Tried to tell me that something that shipped on the 2nd from California had been attempted to be delivered 3 times and they wouldnt be trying again so I have to pick it up. What kind of a business is not open for business at 11 during the day! UPS has those hours! So I went to FedEx instead ! The lady at the counter was very helpful in assisting me with my package. Was the first one Ive ever sent, even though Im 59 years old. But my older brother needed clothes cuz hes fighting cancer and I wont have my outside without a good coat. You better not be running the second shift if you want to send UPS stuff from the location on 12th Avenue North.
ZERO STARS. I have been waiting on a package that was suppose to be delivered yesterday nov 19th. I Specifically put a note on the door saying to LEAVE the package by the door. The driver then took it upon himself / herself to take the package back to the facility which is an hour away. I work over nights and sleep during the day. I do not want to have to drive two hours to do THEIR JOB I demanded they re deliver and leave it where I said to put it. I have contacted fedex numerous times to tell me where and when my package would be delivered and they couldn’t even tell me that !!! All they said was it’s on the truck... that’s cool I don’t care it’s on the truck I want my packages delivered. Very poor customer service. When someone tells you to leave a package you do what the customer says ! Will never go through fedex again.
Didnt knock, didnt leave a note, and upon finally calling me, when I asked where I could pick it up, they didnt have the address to give me and just said it was right by your place. Didnt give store hours and said that they might have left a note on my door about the package, but maybe not. Awesome when a 2-day delivery takes 4-days consistently.
Horrible experience with FedEx. Ive had multiple times where the driver just makes a slip and leaves, I got the app for a reason with notes added and still horrible service. Ive had packages delivered to the wrong door multiple times. Can you read? Seriously. This is why I rely on UPS and shockingly even USPS. So irritated.Update: had another package that was literally: run and post a sticky note on the front door and no phone call even though in my notes it asks for them to call me. Extremely frustrated and I cannot understand why people cannot follow simple directions! Im going to request going through UPS next time. At least I can actually talk to a physical person at the store instead of getting linked to a 1-800 number. Despicable.
Fast delivery, unique postal service. Customer service is awesome especially when youre receiving a live delivery from an Agent who walks in the snow and cold just to get your package to you on time. Thumbs up to all employees.

I ordered a dog kennel online. Package weighed about 45-47lbs, and the delivery guy just left it right in front of the main door and stairs of my 12-plex condo building. Im lucky the $200 kennel wasnt stolen. Granted I do live on the third floor, but talk about lazy! Pretty sure the job requires their delivery men to lift 50+ lbs. I hope the delivery driver reads this and is humbled. I carried that box (big enough for me to fit in myself) up three flights of stairs in 6 inch heels! Oh, did I mention Im 55 and about 125lbs? Seriously dude... LAME!

This is the worst delivery place Ive every experienced. Been over a month and still havent gotten my package I was suppose to get in like a week. Staff will say anything. Some say come pick it up some say theyll send it. Doubt Ill see me package because of this staff.
Ive had several experiences where the driver says that nobody was home and they dont even attempt to deliver. It would be nice to get at least one package on time from FedEx. Extremely frustrating!
I am posting this review from the perspective of a former employee. I worked at this FedEx Express location for a year and a half, and had a positive experience. My co-workers were professional and friendly, management struck me as being high caliber, and the job was rewarding. I was not a delivery driver, and cannot speak to the delivery failures mentioned by other reviewers except to say that this FedEx Express location delivers thousands of packages to Fargo/Moorhead residents every week. This is no small task and it is guaranteed that mistakes will occur. If you have a problem, give them a call. And if youre looking for a job, send them an app. FedEx Express is always looking for high quality couriers and handlers.
Ive had two terrible experiences with this center. Last month I signed the slip allowing them to leave a package at my door, yet for the next several days the slip was still on my door as they had not even bothered to come back and try again. I finally got a call saying I had to pick it up or it would be sent back. Today I got a notice saying that this was the final attempt to deliver a package and I had to pick it up today or it would get sent back, even though I never received any previous notice about this package and I was unable to pick it up due to my work schedule. The clear incompetence of this store is astounding and I will do my best to avoid having packages shipped through them.
Package received in town 4 days in advanced of scheduled delivery. Called to see if I could pick it up, 1st rep said sender said it could not be picked up, in town rep said could not be picked up because its in a container with thousands of other packages yet it was just scanned an hour ago. If I come get it, wouldnt this be one less delivery? And to go along with it all, local persons customer service was terrible as she didnt want to try to help or even talk for that matter.
Clerk wasnt too sure they were able to print a label from my phone, but she ask someone else and she showed her how it is done. Kind of a win-win!
Came here for my package that was “Delivered When i arrived there was no one at the counter which was not a surprise for me considering i read the reviews on this location. Took them ten minutes to track where it went (the lady was looking for the manager) which all took ten minutes. She came back to tell me oh hes looking for it now. Mind you i was in a hurry. Another ten minutes later they only came back when someone else walked in the door. She pointed to me saying still working on yours I asked how it takes ten+ minutes to track a number. To which she replied with bs responses with a burst of attitude. (as the other person was beside me) I missed my ride, so now im stuck here. As soon as my ride left she told me it was delivered to your neighbor I asked her to write it down for me she says Well im gonna ask if i can give you that information (she literally told me the address as she told me where it went to)so im waiting here RIGHT now unfortunately its been 30+ minutes If i wouldve left they had given me the wrong information. Oh never mind there was a package delivered there too meaning they dont know where the heck my stuff is :) 0 star if i could/ horrible customer service. Small oxygen deprived space which does not have a public bathroom either. If you can get your stuff shipped literally from anywhere else. (I thought UPS was bad)
We screwed up by not being home all day 8-8 to meet our elusive driver-on-the-go. We missed him by 8 minutes because we had to get something. The door tag was fine. But the follow-up to pick up the item at the local FedEx was horrific. The website they gave us had no information on how to retrieve the item at the local FedEx store. I ended up calling the 800 number and going through phone tree hell before just pressing 0 on my phone and getting a real person. After affirming my name, Door Tag number, address, I finally got the information I hope is right. I am headed to the store now. Pray for me.
Waited all day by the door only to find out that they just stuck a door tag on the door saying the delivery failed. Worst experience ever. No knock, no bell ring, no anything. And then I want to go and pick up my package, and they are closed on Saturday. But can still deliver from there on Saturday, which makes no sense. So I paid for express shipping on Saturday, only to get it on Monday. Never have I had problems like this with UPS or USPS. Terrible service.
Literally hit My buzzer and left. Its like the guy was playing ding dong ditch.. Left no note. So I had to trouble shoot what to do. Look up the place call. Ths whole 9. This happened twice. I paid 22 dollars for the damn shipping and I still have to go pick it up.. Pathetic
Horrible. Had a package over nighted to arrive Friday, then see on website not scheduled to be delivered until Monday. Called and get run around, and then told its at this terminal as of Saturday, but they are closed on the weekend. They said the container my package is in is not scheduled to be unloaded until Monday. But at least they get paid, even though I dont get my package. Sweet deal for them.
They make it extremely difficult to receive your package. Always dread seeing that a shipper is using FedEx to deliver a package. Drivers never try to deliver, just leave slips. CSAs are rude and on power trips. Which makes no sense considering literally anyone with a pulse can do their job.

Needed to ship a 75in TV, and the FEDEx Shipping Center was unable to help and sent me to FEDEx office, because they had the necessary equipment to ship my item. How does a shipping center not have the necessary equipment to ship my item, but the FedEx office does??Seems to me that SINCE, YOU ARE A SHIPPING CENTER THAT PROVIDES A SHIPPING SERVICE, you should be equipped for my item as well.Horrible Services...

However, our Fargo team has advised that we were unable to access your building, so we could only leave a door tag, and the shipment was returned to our Fargo office.It appears that you spoke with our Fargo team to dispute the attempt and have advised that you placed delivery information on our website; however, our representatives have been unable to locate this information. The records also reflect management of our Fargo office took your call that afternoon; after that call, the package was returned to the sender under package tracking number: XXXX.I trust that this communication will be of assistance.Respectfully,Steve Steffens”FedEx,I am going to point out a few discrepancies with this letter. Firstly, I was contacted by the Fargo office on October 25 and spoke with two representatives, one a manager and another a representative. (This letter was sent after I provided my phone records of those two incoming calls which apparently had zero impact on the outcome of this complaint). You say it was attempted once, the first representative from the Fargo office told me they attempted to deliver the package two times on the 25th but the letter states there was only one attempt. The letter also fails to mention this employee also disconnected the call which is why there was a supervisor callback request initially requested.Secondly, the last paragraph contradicts itself: “It appears that you spoke with our Fargo team to dispute the attempt and have advised that you placed delivery information on our website; however, our representatives have been unable to locate this information.” I never mentioned the website and I was never advised to fill information out on a website so I guess there is nothing to locate? “The records also reflect management of our Fargo office took your call that afternoon; after that call, the package was returned to the sender under package tracking number: XXXX.” The reason why it was sent back (per my request) was because the Fargo location literally told the supervisor from the call center they didn’t want to deal with me.It is clear that your records are unreliable. And this letter is a testament to that.Lastly, the complaint has nothing to do with the package; Amazon sent out new products that day because of the unwillingness from your representatives to deliver a package. The only record you have is management calling me? Well, it should be noted that he disconnected the call after I attempted to get his name and position multiple times. So now I am left with no names because they wouldn’t provide them and no records because apparently it isn’t required to document when you interact with a customer. Plus a lovely letter that doesn’t communicate anything. So thank you Steve Steffens for confirming FedEx’s incompetency.

Delivery date for 1/2/2020- Thursday. I put on a vacation hold for package to be delivered 1/6/2020- Monday. Cancelled my vacation due to weather, so cancelled vacation hold. Package is at the center here in town, but cannot be picked up, cannot be delivered 1/3/2020- Friday, and has to be delivered on 1/6/2020. All holds and cancelling of the holds were done before New Years Day.
Nothing like waiting around all day because you called and they said they would be attempting delivery. Not to mention its Friday, you paid for express and now they havent came, they are now CLOSED and are closed until Monday. What a joke. Fed ex sucks
They attempted delivery on a Saturday at 6 a.m. No note was left on the door. The reason Ive not given them a single star is because they managed to make the delivery on the following Monday, though I suspect that I was very lucky in this regard.

They left one slip on my door telling me this was the third attempt to deliver my package and I wasnt home just after noon. Of course not! Most people work during the day! Then they told me I had to call the company I ordered from to change the dropoff location. That company told me I needed to go to Fedex online to change the location. I tried to do that, but that requires me to make and account, but the site wouldnt let me. Never again will I use Fedex!
Terrible. Paid to overnight a package and the driver never even came up to my door. Just placed a door tag on my mailbox saying come pick up your package.Then when I arrive to pickup the package they proceed to tell me the driver isnt back yet and they will try again tomorrow. I didnt pay you $40 for overnight shipping to get it two days later.I guess Ill have to use UPS from now on.

After signing the door slip and leaving instructions of what to do with the package they still ignored to deliver it because I couldnt be home to sign. Drivers dont knock or try to deliver if youre in an apartment. They take it back to their facility which is closed on the weekend.
FedEx drivers are the worst. They refuse to knock on my door or ring the doorbell. If a package requires a signature they dont even bring it to the door, the driver fills out the door tag while sitting in the van then runs up and puts it on the door to avoid having to stand outside and wait for the 15 seconds it takes for me to get to the door. This results in me having to wait an extra day or two before getting the package that I paid to receive on a specific day.
Had too much to fit in my suitecase after visiting so had to mail stuff home. They were very helpful to me and I received my box on the date given.
