I seriously never had a problem with FedEx until I moved to the Fargo Moorhead area. Every single package that ships through them is always followed with a delivery problem or a hold or a lost package! Then it is followed by me on Hold for an hour until I get to talk to a rude costumer service worker…. I will pay anything extra just to make sure it doesn’t ship through FedEx here. I Hope that their management system or whoever is in charge treats their employees better so that their employees will do a good job… I really don’t mean to be rude but it has just been one thing after another with every single thing from Fed Ex in the Fargo Moorhead area.

Who ever I talked on the phone with to figure out what facility my package was at- was very rude. I get working in customer service isn’t fun, but you could try a little harder and not interrupt me.

Came here to return some linen sheets I had bought. I didnt have the original box because I had tried to wash my sheets multiple times to soften them up as they were very scratchy per the website directions. The company had a very easy return policy that stated in their email no need for a bag or box, just bring your items to a Happy Returns location to a Returnista. Thats were this Fed Ex location came into play. The young gentleman that was helping me was very polite. He just scanned the QR code the company provided and grabbed the bags to put the items in. This is where Dawn came in to the story. She appeared to maybe be the manager? She asked from afar mam do you have a box? When I said no, she rolled her eyes so hard they almost when into the back of her head. I told her what the email said, then she came up to the counter and said next time bring in the box. My employees dont have time to try to fit these in bags. She was very rude and annoyed even though her employee was doing a great job and very happy to help. Disappointing experience. I hope Dawns day turns around.

FedEx driver stole my $650 package and the company did nothing to help me. I’m currently opening a law suit against them.

Professional and fast service

I drove to this Kinkos to drop off a FedEx package on Saturday 12/26/20 at 900am. I thought it was odd that 3 cars and a FedEx van was parked out front standing in front of the main door. It turned out the Kinkos employee did not show up to open the store. I dont think there is a worse scenario for a business than no one there to open the business. I waited 30 mins and no one arrived. Clearly others were waiting and disappointed also with me. Whats going on at this location? This is absolutely uncalled for. I had to take my package to a Walgreens drop off instead. I have had very rude employees there also in the past - I avoid this kinkos when ever possible.

Cost to print is so expensive!!Spent 50$ just to sit on the computer and print out some statements.I could buy a printer. Not worth it!What happened to 15cents for a black and white xxThe cost is 60 cents per page. That adds up fast. Seems over priced

I had a fairly complicated and expensive print job. A staff member, named Rhiannon, reviewed my order before printing with the specifications Id entered. She called me to ask if Id like it done with a few tweaks that would save me a ton of work later. Incredible, thoughtful, and competent customer service. They had my job done and to me a day early, and the free facilities they had let me finish my work in the store.

Awesome! We had an absolute terrible day until we came here. Staff was helpful, patient and went above and beyond to help us. And if thats not enough they also helped an elderly gentleman find his phone...turned out he never had it with and it was safe at home with his family... but its the thought that counts lol. Made me feel a little better about people after being there. Thank you.

This place is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend getting any printing/projects done here! I had a very large project I needed done and they were so patient with me and took the time to listen to my vision and get everything 100% correct! I am so impressed by them and will definitely be going back for any future projects!! :)

I would definitely recommend FedEx on 13th. I have used them for several different and unique projects, including printing, binding, shipping, and laminating. I have found the staff to be knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate the services they provide and the manner in which they provide them!

My LEGO Technic Lamborghini Sián didn’t come at the time it was suppose to and it made me upset because I have been waiting for it for weeks and it still hasn’t come, otherwise it’s not bad.👍👍

Clean, easy to use copying machines and needed supplies. Its my go to place for making copies as the equipment is high quality and Im knowledgable of how to run the copiers.

A bit pricey but convenient location for me. More often than not a helpful staff. Have not used the printing options they offer... yet.

You can do it all here. Everything is set up so you can complete your projects without having to wait on someone. If you do run into issues the staff is friendly and informative.

If something on your printer doesnt work. Like for instance any of your new features on your self serve printer. Put a note on the dang thing. Just wasted an hour and a half driving back and forth getting different usb drives and waiting for loading screens that never lead to anywhere. The worst was when the employee acted like it was common knowledge that half of the self serve printer didnt work. Nice FedEx. Thanks for nothing.

I have been going here for work related printing for years. I have had a very good experience there. I email the order, and they have my order ready the same day, usually within a couple hours. Very good customer service here.

Terrible place of business. Don’t bother calling they won’t answer and hang up on you if you keep calling back. When asked in store why he didn’t answer said he didn’t have to. Too many other places to do this stuff where you don’t have to deal with A$$*#^%!

Manaha (hope I’m remembering that correctly) was awesome! Quiet but patient and super helpful when I was packing my shipping.

Wow awful customer service!!!I was attempting to place an online order for multiple posters using the store WiFi. The on-site manager & team members were 100% unhelpful and condescending when the internet was not stable for uploading. Telling me “tough luck it’s free what do you expect”. Service companies survive or fail from interactions with customers - this group needs significant help.Never again will I use this companies services after 20 years of doing so. Many options in Fargo Moorhead area for print services.

Called in to verify trackng. Representative was rude and seemingly upset to have to answer a simple question.

The employee was extremely friendly and helpful, helped me choose a box, pack my item, and ship my item. The hours are also excellent!

I have been using this location for over a year and find the staff to be professional and helpful.

They were very helpful and I was able to quickly send a package.

2 days in a row one of the drivers, dont buzz my door they just knock on the security door and walk away.

13th Ave location has a bunch of lazy workers who sent me to a location where I cant pickup a package I missed so I called voice messaging said I could pick up at 13th Ave location called them back for them to rudely say no I had to request that. I hope I never go thru them again.

Good service and open pretty much after when needed most.
