This store has good options, fully stocked and properly tagged when I went. Staff are very helpful and nice despite the store being so busy.
I love shopping at CVS because their Extra Care program saves me so much money! The pharmacists are very knowledgeable, and the cashiers are always friendly.
They never could find my name had computer issues good people without the tools they need!
Most unorganized pharmacy I have ever seen in my life
Jan 2021 I dropped off 31 films to be developed. Woman told me it would be about $300 plus free cds with each. I called many times to asked about my films. In March I was tiktok they lost all 31 films. These were films my late brother had. We needed to see them. In April I call to get an update. They finally found all 31. But, instead of the $300, they charged me $900!! Wth? What can I do, we needed these. So without a choice and no fiddling for losing them, I didnt get the cds either. I had no other choice to fork that over. I will NEVER EVER go thru CVS again!! My advice stay away!!!
Dont even bother calling, Im pretty sure the phone is just disconnected 🙄
CVS on 13th in Fargo ND is the absolute worst CVS to go to! Extremely rude crew! Both in the pharmacy and up at the front desk! I don’t know what kind of drama you have going on in your work place but it’s not very professional to take it out on your customers! They will slam your items on the counter and roll there eyes at you after making you stand there for 10 minutes while doing absolutely nothing! I will not be going there again if I can help it! I am surprised they are even allowed to act the way they do there! Mind you my friend has also had this same exact experience! I’m just mind blown!
The lady working the drive-thru pharmacy the last few times Ive been there is SO kind & helpful. I had a negative experience with the ladies working at a different pharmacy, so it was refreshing! CVS is my favorite... for shopping too!
They are constantly running out of medications. I end up on the phones with multiple pharmacies which ends up being and hour or two just because someone there can’t order enough to supply their demand.
Took over an hour to fill a common prescription and they didnt even have all the quantity for the prescription so I need to come back again tomorrow.
I love medicine
Never had a problem worth complaining about!
They are slow at filling scripts. If you go through the drive through they put your ID in the bag without telling you so you then you can throw your bag away not knowing your ID was put in there. Thanks for telling a person this.
They overcharge and are poor at explaining things.
Fairly fast service
I just picked up a package I had shipped there. I had an email confirming my package arrived and the lady at the register was ready to get into an argument with me on my package not being there... Good thing i have eyes and saw the shipping branded box. Then she took unseasonably long to sign for it. I feel bad for anyone that actually USES this CVS.
I frequent CVS quite a bit, whether it is for prescription needs, first aid, toiletries, or a quick grocery item. The staff is always very pleasant, and the store is bright and clean. I enjoy making CVS my go to just picking up a couple of things on the way home from work store!!
Fantastic
I (very nicely) called the pharmacist looking for side effect information on a medication and he hung up on me!
The pharmacy does not answer the phone. Always long lines at the pharmacy. They are short staffed. Go to a mom and pop pharmacy if you want good service. One time I was at the register and the pharmacist told me I had an issue with my insurance and they didnt fill my prescription. They told me to contact my insurance. So I call my insurance company (while at CVS) and they told me there was no issue with my insurance. My insurance tried calling CVS while I was there to talk to them.I told the pharmacist that my insurance was trying to call them and that pharmacist looked at another pharmacist and they shrugged their shoulders and did not answer the phone. I had to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy to get filled!
This CVS is very busy, but they really try to keep the line moving smoothly. They also have some pretty good deals.
Extremely rude and unhelpful staff time to review your employees and trim the fat.
Waiting at the window now for over 20 minutes without being greeted... one greeted staff in nice but then it took another 15 minutes to get my prescription. I guess if you have over 35 minutes to wait around to just pick up a prescription, you should go here.
Every time i go they are very under staffed. the lines are insanely long, and it usually takes me a half hour just to pick up a script even if i call ahead and am told it’ll be ready for me to pick up when i arrive. (by the way i’m usually on hold 10-20 minutes every time i call ahead). i also needed a prescription refilled and they said they’d fax a request to my doctor.. 2 days later i called my doctor myself and was told they never received a fax from the pharmacy requesting the refill. in addition, i once had a prescription faxed there and after waiting 30 min on hold, then being hung up on, called back and was on hold for another 15 minutes before i hung up... then drove there and waited in line for 10-15 minutes, i was told when it was finally my turn that they didn’t even carry that medication and they couldn’t fill my prescription for me. they offered NO help or suggestions for me to get this medication. i called my doctor and had them send the prescription elsewhere and was able to get it filled that day with no trouble at all. so, in short, i will probably switch pharmacies soon. i understand it is hard to do so much without enough staff and the workers have probably done their best, but it isn’t really worth all of the hassle and wasted time.
The staff here are always helpful and friendly. They have a high work load but never take it out on customers.
If your looking for a quick stop to pick up a prescription pass on this pharmacy
No one ever answers in the pharmacy when I call. I have called several times and have not gotten an answer yet. Today I decided to not hang up and as of now I have been on hold for 28 minutes and no one has checked in with me yet. Time to find a new pharmacy!
Wish I could give no stars. What is the point of listing a phone number if no one answers? Was on hold for 35minutes, so I drove there to find staff (average busy) but acknowledging to each other there are 10+ calls on hold but no one answering anything. I had like a 30second question. I wish Walgreens could still obtain the medication I needed. VERY Unprofessional
I think its funny that the MOST COMMON REVIEW is 1 star. Tried to call, nobody would pick up. Had to drive all the way across town to see if they had the item I was looking for. (It said online they have it) guess what, they didnt. Waste of my damm time and I will never spend money again
Ive had decent luck so far but recently I got my prescription refilled and they ended up giving me 3 months of the generic brand without checking with me first. I didnt even know they gave me different medication until I got home. I called them and they ensured the medication would work the exact same as the name brand but after using a couple weeks I found that it definitely does not have the same effects as the name brand. I called to see what they could do and they told me I had to pay $150 for a one months supply (usually a one months supply of the medication is $45) for the name brand medication since my insurance is tied up with the generic 3 month supply that they never told me they were giving me. I was told there was nothing they could do. I will never get prescriptions through them again.
If I could give 0 I would! Get a text my prescription is ready.go get it and start to tell her (Amanda ) that they auto filled another one I did not need she rudely interrupts me and says you have to go over there. So I go over there and they dont have my insurance in that I have been using for 8 years! 3 of which here! So he FINALLY gets it in and says have a seat we will get it ready.WHAT?? THEY TEXT AND SAID IT WAS READY! so I wait and This Amanda says my name and says so I go up and she says no no you have to go to the end of the line! With her attitude she days yep right back there. So by this time I am livid! So I wait...I get up there and she just says date of birth? While glaring at me..so she says any questions? I said yes do you have to work at such a poor attitude or does it come naturally? The ONLY reason i have gone here is because it is close to my house. I have had nothing but problems for years..I dont care if i have to drive 10 miles for my prescriptions I will not be going back..calling my doctor amd having everything transferred tomorrow..this Amanda should not be working with people..I feel sorry for the elderly that have to deal with her
Three times I have requested for my prescription to be refilled over the phone and it is never ready when I go to pick it up. Constantly busy and its never treated as a first come first serve. I will definitely be going to a different pharmacy from now on.
Friendly and helpful staff. Always quick to fill a prescription. A nice store with a little bit of everything. You can even grab a gallon of milk. The driveup is fast if you hit it on a slow time of day. Ive never had to wait more than hour for any rx.
Been going to this location for monthly medications for 10+ years. The customer service has gotten horrible. Just this week alone Ive spent 2 hours on hold just to talk with someone about THEIR error. Nobody will answer the phone for myself, or my prescribing Drs phone calls. Avoid at all costs! Im taking my business elsewhere.
Staff are rude, they dont answer phones, and theres always big lines to wait in. Plus I checked for prices elsewhere and quite a few places are much cheaper if youre paying out of pocket. I wish i could rate a zero.
I had 5 items on the counter and she- Wendy it says on my receipt-double charged me for the most expensive item. Then she refused to say thank you. Its too bad- the store manager is awesome but the pool of employees, are on the most part, not very bright. I wont even start on the pharmacy because I only go there because of my insurance. Sometimes I have paid a cash price somewhere else, just to not have to deal with them.
The convinence of a drive thru does not make up for the incompetence of the employees and the system they use. I have again had a delay in a prescription due to some filling of insurance needing a code or something that was supposedly resolved last month. When it comes to a medication that I need on a daily basis for my diabetes I would expect that a medication that I have on auto refill to be ready when I need instead of having to go ask for it to be filled and a week later still not have the situation resolved. Needless to say after years of being a customer today was the last straw. Also the long wait time and hold tines and just a general lack of customer service skills is just another reason to look for a better pharmacy.
I just love this store staff know me by my name and greetings always with a nice cordial smile, never see or smell cigarette smoke what else can I say. Prices are always very competitive .
I need my regulated medication refilled. I’ve tried calling every day this week and have been on hold for almost an hour every single day. I can’t request the refill through the app. I need to speak with someone. At this point it’s almost like you’re denying my medication. I don’t have time to spend hours in line at the pharmacy just to place an order, then come back later and wait in line against to pick it up. Figure it out.
Very unhappy with service at pharmacy. Never have my meds. Always have to be ordered. Get auto message that meds are ready for pick up but when I get there they havent even started on them and tell me to come back. Very frustrating. Can never get a hold of them. I did ask tech if there was a problem with the phone line and she said that they dont have enough staff to answer the phone. Taking my business elsewhere.
I am from central Iowa and was in Fargo (8 hours away) for a 4-day convention...15 minutes into my journey I realized I had forgotten my blood pressure medicine. At age 44, my diastolic is usually around 100, so I needed this medicine. Walmarts in Fargo apparently simply do not have pharmacies. The Big Kmart across from my hotel had no pharmacy. I was put in touch with CVS and it was terrific. I contacted my local Walmart, then called CVS and gave the contact info and within 45 minutes they had my prescription transferred and ready for pick up. I could not have been happier. I absolutely recommend this store and am sorry the previous two reviewers had bad experiences. In fact, when I came in and asked, Did one of you speak to a desperate man from Iowa about his blood pressure medicine? the girl who was at the drive-up window looked across the pharmacy, smiled, waved and said, HI, LONNIE! I cannot believe she remembered by name and I had never stepped foot in there before. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and smiles from EVERY employee I saw! THANK YOU, CVS!!!!!
The reviews about their phone answering abilities are true. My husband picked up my meds and they gave him the wrong dose. I tried to call but they left me on hold for 30+ minutes until the store closed. My app told me I has to call to have a med filled and I waited on hold for 20 minutes. Ive tried to call to see why my meds havent been filled yet/when theyll be filled because my doctor already sent in the scripts, and twice now ice Ive waited on hold for like 30 minutes before giving up. Their specialty pharmacy told me they couldnt fill my meds and hung up on me. Its unfortunate theyre the only pharmacy thats open until late in the area.
Best CVS in metro area. The store manager will do anything to make your visit successful!!
I decided to fill my prescriptions at CVS thinking it would be cheaper being they are big company and I can save some money. I also wanted to give them my business since CVS stopped selling tobacco products. I had no pills left and it was after 9pm so I had to fill there. I have two generic prescriptions, each with a 90 day supply. I had been doing business with a locally owned pharmacy and paid $55 for both, total. I was shocked that for the same generic meds, CVS charged me $135! Needless to say, Im going back to the locally owned pharmacy. Luckily I had a health savings account otherwise I didnt have to money to pay for it right there on the spot. EXPENSIVE!
Waited on a phone line for 2, 5, 15 and 30+ mins on a same day at 3 different time frames : morning, afternoon and before they close n no one answered. I called it again n selected non pharmacy call n asked the lady if pharmacys phone is not working because noone is answering n this is my 4th time. She said, they r busy n I just need to wait on a line. If they r busy in the morning, afternoon and evening then what f...king time r they not busy? So frustrating. Worst customer service ever.
Absolutely HORRIBLE about answering the phone. Every time I have to contact them I’m on hold for about an hour if not longer. It’s extremely frustrating and ridiculous there’s no reason for that. Going in to resolve matters is no better either. I shouldn’t have to drive across town to another location just to receive better service. By the looks of the reviews I’m not the only one either. Clean house or tighten up your crew!
I have been trying to reach the pharmacy to refill a prescription that I cannot auto fill allll week. No one answers. I am currently still waiting for my phone call to be answered and it has been 50 minutes exactly.
The wait times have become horrendous. I few weeks ago I had a prescription ready for pickup and waited an hour in line before I finally had to leave without the prescription to get my kids. Today I called at 3:19 and waited 18 minutes on hold before having to give up to get to a meeting. Right now I have been on hold for 35 minutes. Does anyone work here??? Time to try Walgreens I guess.
Never had a problem. The prices are great, too.
If negative stars, were an option i would. always a huge line no matter what. I have been given the wrong information several times. Even my doctor said they have trouble with this pharmacy. Plus a few rude staff.
Biggest crap show pharmacy in town. Talking to a human on the phone is impossible. Lines and waits at the pharmacy are crazy. I waited on the phone over 30 mins without an answer to check on a Rx. Gave up and went to the store. Waited in line for 30 min only to be told they did not have the Rx. Dr did send it but CVS lost is somewhere. Black market is better than CVS!
I swear this has to be the worst pharmacy ever!!! You wait for 30 + minutes to get a rude stuck up pharm tech at the end of the line!Glad I never have to deal with them again!!!
Absolutely EVERYTHING that is on sale in that store is not on sale unless you sign up for their stupid little membership club(which you dont get told until you check out). Dont bother.
Terrible, horrible, awful. Tried to fill prescriptions for 2 of my kids - each time they claimed there wasnt something right with my insurance. First time, after I made several calls, finally figured out CVS had something wrong in their system. Second time it happened I just went to another pharmacy instead and that pharmacy had no problem getting it to go through my insurance. Both times the CVS staff were super unhelpful.
More expensive than Thrifty Drug & White Drug for prescriptions, stop in to get specials once in awhile. Reviews complain of long lines, long phone waits, call in orders not ready when time to pick up & drive up window slow.
This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy i have ever been to. They never have the perscription done on time, they are rude and they billed me for something i never got and told me that they werent going to give my money back. If you have to go somewhere dont go here they are crap
The pharmacy is a joke. Dont come here unless you have an hour to spare. Its absolutely ridiculous! And dont let the drive through fool you, it takes just as f***ing long as waiting inside.
Told me my prescription would be ready in ten minutes and theyd call my name when it was ready. I waited 45 MINUTES before I walked up and asked if it was ready and it was ready!! Horrible service. Do not come here!
Went there and my prescriptions wasnt even ready n they suppose to be on that auto refill thing n I always call to refill on the auto message thing. Its like really and i really need one of them tonight its like i got other things to get done then sit around and twhirl my fingers around. So now Im out of prescriptions till tomorrow bc I had other crap that i had to get done n they suppose to be already filled.
I would avoid this pharmacy if you can. They are very slow at filling and will put back your prescription within days of it being requested. Very slow at check out. They do not recycle pill bottles either which is shocking. I should have read the reviews before going here.
IF IT SAYS I HAVE TO CALL THE PHARMACY FOR A REFILL ON MY MEDICINE THEN IT WOULD HELP IF THEY WOULD EVER ANSWER THE DARN PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST PLACE EVER
Never have I called them and waited on the phone for less than half an hour. It is almost insane.
Good deals but some employees are rude
Lots of medication in bags on the floor at least 50
BEWARE of sale item ! Prices only apply if you join their clubDont want to give them personal information .... they charge you more!
Cant ever get a hold of anyone
Very slow service in the pharmacy
Sat on hold for over an hour
In out
