I went to get a book spiral bound and was helped by Abbie. She was knowledgeable and fast. My book was done being spiral bound in just a few minutes.

The people in the printing department are amazing! I decided to move my wedding up two months due to COVID so I had 1 month to plan a wedding. In two days they had 400 invitations printed and ready for us to send out! They printed my programs and folded them within 20 minutes and the customer service was outstanding! Highly recommend!

Had so many issues with print jobs getting botched by office Depot. Will seek elsewhere for future projects.

It was back to school time when I went here, so there were things in places they wouldnt normally be. I did have some trouble finding what I wanted. However, two associates came up to help me. Id like to have seen a well stocked and well organized area (I was shopping for back to school stuff, actually). However, Im not upset. I got what I came for and they were helpful in finding it.

Fast friendly service. Just what I would expect from the Office Depot franchise. There needs to be a greeter, however. Also most employees do not map you across the floor, and tend to not approach you. This is not the norm for these kinds of stores. Being an employee at one point myself I know how the experience is supposed to go. The ask for your rewards card was never done at the main cashiers register.

John came right up to us, helped us find exactly what we needed, and even gave us a tip try out on our printer that is acting up. We where in and it fast and had a great experience. Thanks John!

HORRIBLE!! We bought a computer during a sale that had 5 years of McAfee with it, our McAfee quit, we brought it in to find out whats going on and they said we should have gotten 4 McAfee gift cards. We didnt, and now they wont honor that sale. I will never step foot in there again.

Spacious and clean store. Not a lot of workers or available workers. Okay variety. Cashiers offer insurance and/or cards to you every time you check out-that gets old and most likely for them too!

I always get the best service when I go here for my printing and copying needs. The print center manager, Lee Ann, can always squeeze in my print jobs, and she knows me by name and knows how I like my printing!

I like that I can run in quickly whenever I need to send a fax. I always get help and prices are cheaper than other copy stores Ive tried. I also go there for scanning and printing contracts or documents.

Prompt and courteous help when asked for. Didnt bother me while shopping. Easy checkout with email option for receipt!

Never ever drop packages off here. My fed ex overnight package will now be two days late thanks to them. Save yourself the hassle and go directly to the source. Not to mention I was lied to about fed ex pick up times.

Used to go to this location to make my posters for every single event for our community run charity organization, go in there today to make 10 posters of two different designs and Im told its going to take 48 hours. There was nobody else in line and they had three employees behind the counter in just a print shop alone. I have come here 25 times and never had to wait more than 25 minutes, very rude employee very disappointed will not go back to this location

Went to Office Depot as needed black ink. No one greeted me as I entered, nor did anyone offer me any assistance in finding what I was looking for. Did find myself, saw they were running special buy 1 get 2nd 30% off of which I got. Went to customer service to ck out as I also had empty cartridges to turn in. Got cked out quickly .

Today we went to get some copy paper. The ones in the ad so our salesman gave us another box at the advertised price. He was very helpful after the sale by taking the heavy box to our car.

Store was clean, organized & well marked, easy to find the products I needed for such a big store. The staff was amazing, very prompt & helpful. I was greeted immediately as I walk in the door & was directed to the area I needed, the associate not only directed another to help me in that area but told me about the current promotions, which saved me a bundle of cash. I love their rewards program! I got a great deal on paper & the toner I needed! They even carried out & loaded my cases paper for me, now thats 5 star service. I always shop at the Fargo OfficeMax & they have alway been top notch when it comes to their customers & the service they provide. Took my computer I for cleaning of viruses and malware. Took 2 days and 130.00 later I got my computer back nothing fixed! Went on to their online support they fixed the problem. Next day something more advertisement and pop ups. Again, online support and they fixed it for now. Dont trust their computer services.

Dont go here to print stuff. I paid $7 but none of the machines were able to print off my USB and their own computers also couldnt print for me. The computers charge .33 cents/minute to use them only for you to print something and then have the printer to be out of service. So you pay for your time on the computer and it charges you for each print. But the machines are out of service. So I paid $7 for...nothing. On my way to FedEx now.

I went in to simply print an image and the customer service was terrible. The staff member who assisted me was not friendly or personable. I was there far longer than necessary to print an image. The image then turned out pixelated and not very good quality. Would not recommend.

This review is directed at their print shop. I regret getting into the bad habit of bringing this store work over the past several years. I will be happy to never use this staff again. Very unprofessional, no sense of order, terrible customer service.

Lets Be Honest there are prob better places you can go to that are more price friendly and all around have a better vibe then this place, I asked an employee for some information and when he went to ask his superior for info he was yelled at right in the store, I also have a friend who works there and claims that they are forced to push the memberships onto you, this is why they try to trick you into giving them information they are like those telemarketers its frustrating not to mention it takes like an hour just when there are three people in line

Staff is helpful and friendly. Purchased a work desk here for my work and the desk was horrible. It was missing parts, screws were stripped, wrong size parts. The whole thing was so stressful and a mess to deal with.

Asking for membership status when it is not needed, it is slightly annoying when the membership status isnt really worth much but is insisted upon, I know wallmart does the same thing but there rewards program isnt something to write home about. As For taking down my review i find reasonably Legit eh we will see but here we go. Office Max is an okay if you dont mind paying an extra dollar for supplies. Or waiting in line for 15 min, perhaps a slight over exaggeration. Even so for a store that sells basic office supplies you wouldnt think it would take so long to check you out. I wouldnt go to this store for computer information or to purchase one myself the computer selection is tiny and the information about the computer is less so. The employees dont really seem to be doing anything because several times i was there i was not offered help people just seemed to stand around and talk. i stand by my reviews I can be a bit Cut Throat but i hope to touch upon points where stores can improve upon themselves. Watch out for LeAnn at the print center. She will flat out b*tch you out if she disagrees with your order, or paper choice in my situation. I placed an online print order, and she was very unprofessional to my sister who picked up the order. VERY rude, and told her off for no apparent reason, told her the paper choice was stupid, and then was very snarky to her about a fellow employee. Then she charged her double for the print order that wasnt even printed on the right paper. I called to complain and the manager was VERY nice, apologized multiple times, and refunded the money. I usually dont go out of my way to complain, but her behavior was beyond belief.Ive always have had much better customer service at the Office Max in Moorhead on 10. This location just happened to be more convenient.
