I had a great experience buying a used vehicle! Will was very easy to work with and not pushy! He is easy going and made the process super smooth!
We had to get an oil change while traveling across country and went to Corwin Toyota. We have never received better service and treatment than we received at Corwin. The people were friendly and efficient. The made time for us to get our service done and we’re quick an efficient. Wonderful place!
Hunter and Jay were awesome and they are always hustling. Great service
We had a fantastic experience with Reece (sales) & Jason (finance). We were ready to trade in our old vehicle and had some “must haves” for the new vehicle. There was nothing on the lot that met those needs at our first visit but we did a test drive to at least make sure it was the type of vehicle we wanted. Then Reece kept us in the loop and we were able to snag the vehicle we really wanted and put down our payment before it was even delivered to the dealership! Jason did a great job of working through the financial side of things with us for both the trade in and new purchase. Would definitely recommend Corwin Toyota! Thanks for all your hard work guys!!
Customer service was poor at best. Good luck trying to get someone to return a phone call or text.
Worst customer service experience. I purchased my car in late May. The service department had to replace an airbag due to a recall. I was promised the car within a week. There were some delays in part delivery, then the service department didn’t install the airbag correctly and had to send it somewhere else, which caused more delays. I received the car about 5 weeks after I paid for it. They provided me with a $5 car wash coupon for the five week delay. Not quite an equal amount to my car payment and insurance that I had to pay in the meantime while waiting for the car to be delivered. I get the car home and after a week, I realize that the motor for the washer fluid doesn’t work and a rear seat belt doesn’t unlatch properly. I emailed my salesman and he says to bring it in to the service department. After about 4 weeks, I finally had time to bring the car in between family vacation and work schedule. The used sales manager refused to pay for the repairs for the deficiencies that they delivered the car with. The entire experience was a fiasco. I will not set foot in a Corwin again. They do not care about the customer nor do they believe in standing behind their product.
Zach was awesome 👌. He knew his vehicles and was a delight to talk to. Attentive and patient. His manager should spliff that young man for his outstanding customer service skills. 👏. Zachary Tooker is the man. Ask for him if you want top notch salesmanship. If you want a person who listens and then dials you in, perfect pick.
My last visit was a good reminder why I no longer bring my car here for any repairs. These guys charge way too much for something that the shop near me would’ve charged me half. They didnt have to replace any parts. The only reason I brought my car here was because the shop near me was booked. I only go here for oil change.
Once again, Corwin Toyota rocks. Tires rotated, car totally checked out, all part of the service! Love the coffee and snacks! Ha!
I found a car i really liked but made a clunk noise when i went over a bump, most likely struts. I made a deal that i would buy it if they fixed it. The next day I went to pick it up and on my way home I heard the same noise. I have delt with them in trying to get it fixed and its been nothing but a run around. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle through them. They keep telling me there is no noise when I have brought it to a specialized mechanic and he can hear it, my husband can hear it and anyone that rides with me hears it. They lie. I feel cheated. I am still waiting to hear back from them 2 months later. The car is still clunkung away.
We have bought two cars now through Corwin, their staff is amazing to work with. Very helpful and professional. Would recommend
My boyfriend and I walked in with the mentality of “we’re not walking out with a vehicle” but with all the amazing workers we walked out with a beautiful 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Marquay was absolutely hands down the best salesperson I have ever worked with. He made sure we were going to walk away happy. He made everything fun and made the three hour process feel like it was 30 minutes. Hands down recommend this dealership and we will continue to do business with them. Vinnie the manager also came by to talk with us and showed his excitement as well for us. 10/10 recommend Corwin Toyota!
UPDATE: They’re at it again! Lied to my father again telling him the AWD system needs to be serviced at 30,000 miles. Luckily he called me this time so I could advise him to decline. I love my Toyota’s but What a bunch of crooks. This service department lied to my father saying a brake fluid exchange is recommended at 30,000 miles on his 2019 RAV4. He asked why he was being charged if there was 2 years of free maintenance and was told it’s just not covered but still recommended. This is completely false and extorting money out of an elderly man. Toyota recommends 60,000 miles bound exchange interval. We will be going back for a full refund and never returning.
Ive always gone to toyota to get my car maintance done. Corwin was always my #1 to go to. I booked my appointment on the 17th of september to be checked on the 20 of september for oil change, breaks and balancing my tires and head lamps. Took my car at 10am, called a few times no response on the status of my car. They didnt have no record of what was done after 5 hours of my car being there i went to check up on it. So they took it to the back just to add oil to my car i was so mad i told the guy just to give me my keys. My car was back there when i left and when i came back it was parked in the front like it was done. Nothing was done with my car spend hours waiting for it. Ive never had this kind of service. I guess my car was just there for SHOW. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ Now i gotta do this all OVER AGAIN. Tomorrow. I wonder if it will happend again🤷🏻♀️
Awesome buying process. Corwin always impresses
Giving 2 stars because the guy who contacted me was nice and honest. I can’t convince myself to purchase a vehicle (new or used) when the owners wife has been taking them out on the weekends. I’m not sure what the circumstances are for that; but who would be ok to let someone drive their cats and then still call it new? I mean is it even a new vehicle at that point? To top it off I was told there would probably be no money taken off (even though it being used now); in fact, it would be over MSRP due to limited stock. Interesting business practice but again already they’re honest. I am not sure I’ll buy from here. Maybe I’ll make a trip to the twin cities.
Great experience, friendly people but office was either to cold or a bit to warm lol
I would never lease from corwin Toyota ever again! I haven’t even had my brand new 2021 rav4 for a month and I’m thinking about trading it in somewhere else because of my experience at Toyota. My partner and I both got new rav4’s, Sandra was great ! But the main person we dealt with was a “manager “ who on the first day of meeting with him as we came to a close on our deal threw his hands on the table as an intimidation tactic which left both my partner and I very uncomfortable and unwilling to come back. A few days later we had a different manager working out our deal Omar who was great. But then again as we were closing the manager from before helped us with our closing paperwork. After seeming to be preoccupied with personal phone calls and worrying about other staffs conversations outside his office he never talked over my lease mileage or service plan as I had been with my Toyota, a Tacoma from another dealership. We were hurried through paperwork again feeling as if we were a burden and hurried out of his office. MY LESSON HAS BEEN LEARNED NEVER GET A CAR THROUGH TOYOTA CORWIN AGAIN! Also I have been very persistent from the beginning about having weather tech flooring for my leased vehicle as I have a 2 year old and the vehicle is LEASED. I was told that would be no worry from the beginning and that they could just “steal them from another vehicle on the lot” but as of almost a month later they have not contacted me about them even though I am paying for them! Very disappointed and honestly disgusted at the whole process. Wish I would’ve never stepped foot in corwin Toyota!
DO NOT PURCHASE USED VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE - Date of Vehicle Purchase was Friday Feb 26, 2021 . At that time we were assured that the dealerships mechanics had already looked over the vehicle in question, and that Corwin would stand behind any issues that we had. We took a leap of faith and purchased the vehicle and found out on Wed March 3 that the front differential had to be rebuilt and there was an oil pan leak. Estimates for repair were well over 3k and the dealership refused to assist us as it had been over 4 days (only 2 of those days were business days) We then were encouraged to purchase the warranty and turn it in and the warranty refused to assist due to pre existing conditions. I believe that once this dealership sold us this lemon and had our money they didnt really stand behind anything. The business was not honest with the existing condition of the vehicle and refused to make it right. When speaking with the warranty company they told us that they would not cover our repairs because it should have been fixed at the dealership.
Gave me a 30 day drive out sticker when I purchased the vehicle and then took 2 months to send out the title paperwork. They only sent it after I had called my county DMV and had them tell me that they hadnt received it yet. Once I called Corwins title department, it took them 2 weeks to tell me that they hadnt gotten it finished yet and then had just sent it out so now I have had to buy temporary stickers for my truck twice now.
Belal was polite and all. But the high pressure tactics put a bad taste in my mouth. Wouldnt send a guy I didnt like there.
Richard Jackson is a great salesman! 10/10 recommend going and doing business with them. You will not regret it.
Friendly service department. Fast efficient service.
By far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! My salesperson, Justin T, was patient and even took the time for a test drive 5 minutes before closing just so I could determine which vehicle I wanted to purchase.
Was ensured the car we bought was thoroughly looked over by a mechanic. Didnt notice anything funky while test driving it. 3 days after purchase clunking noises were heard when turning the wheel. Called Corwin and they basically threw me under the bus and said the car is as is, they were also quite rude during this phone call. Cost me 2 grand to get repairs done despite having a warrenty. Not to mention I felt completely taken advantage of in the financial office. Should be ashamed. You should take pride in your work and ability to help people buy a necessity, so people return to you or recommend you. Instead youre all money hungry wanting the sale and dont give a damn about the people that walk in, all you see is dollar signs.
Great service experience. Beautiful facility!
Andy and Ethan were my salesman. He went above and beyond. I never felt pressure. He made buying my vehicle a great experience.
Took my neighbor car shopping found a nice truck for him. He just needs to pay for it.
Four trips to have a coolant leak fixed, charged over 1500$. Still is leaking so I’m taking to different repair shop. First issue was 2 days after I bought it and had not put 50 miles on. They covered 300$ of the 1500$ bill and it still had issues.
I am really thankful for the amazing service I receive at Corwin Toyota of Fargo. The sales and service staff always go above and beyond their call of duty when it comes to their customers. I was recently in the market for new tires and received quotes from a few places. Kelsey at Corwin Toyota made my decision easy with her exemplary customer service and knowledge She helped me find the perfect tires at a great price. She represented Corwin Toyota well! Thank you Kelsey!
Found a vehicle at Corwin Toyota and went to look at it. When my wife and I got there the salesman said someone else was interested in it, had submitted a credit app and waiting for approval/denial for financing. We told the salesman that we would wait to see if the person was approved and if it wasnt we would like to submit credit application for loan for a on this vehicle. Salesman came back about 45 minutes later told us that his manager said loan wasnt going to work for other person. We then started our own loan process. Long story short we got approved but the first person went and got someone to co sign so corwin sold it to them. If we would have known that we wouldnt have had corwin do a credit pull because that was the only vehicle we were interested in.
Steve Kleven is great to work with.
So so so impressed! Ive purchased many vehicles over the years and for the first time did not feel pressured or rushed into anything. Erik A was great to work with and I wish I remembered the name of the sales manager who was phenomenal and finance guy that helped explain the numbers to me. Absolutely wonderful. A+
Fantastic staff and facility.
Their sales staffs and their services were pretty great. No complaints yet.
Let me spin you a yarn. I recently had my car stolen and needed a new vehicle. First thought was check marketplace and craigslist but everything cheap was broke or rusted out. So I decided to head to a couple dealers. Went to 2 or 3, told them I was looking for something cheap and was mostly dismissed. Then I stopped into corwin toyota. I wasnt expecting anything but I was immediately greeted by David Eslinger. I told him I was looking for used and cheap. We sat at his desk and he gave me all the options he had. Went to talk to his manager to see if there was anything else he didnt know about. Got the keys for several vehicles to test drive. He mentioned one car that was slightly out of what I was looking to spend but I gave it a go. Ended up buying that car. I could not recommend David more. He was never pushy. Gave me facts, helped where I asked, cleaned up the car and thanked me for coming in. I cant imagine he made much commission on the sale but he treated me like I was buying a new Lambo. I cant speak for the company as a whole. But I can say David made it an excellent experience. (I cant remember the name of the finance guy I talked to but he was also great to work with). Short story long. 5 stars.
Horrible. Friend bought a used Pilot. Been nothing but trouble. Timing belt, valves, now rings. Isnt there a lemon law in ND? You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Corwin has a great reputation and we left with 3 cars!! Tony listened to our needs, made the numbers work and always had a positive response to any negatives we threw at him. His patience, ability to listen and professionalism, made him a pleasure to work with. I just wish we had more family members to buy more cars from him. We have referred several people to Tony already, and will continue to do so.
I had Jay as a service representative yesterday, and although it was expensive (this is a given) he had my best interest on what needed to be done with my vehicle. He was very friendly and gladly answered all my questions. Thank you Jay for your wonderful service I will definitely see you again!
3.000 later and my car still dont run right. I believe they said something way wrong with my car and there really wasnt. I had to go back there 3 different times and it still doesnt run right. They ran something over with my tire went back in to have them fix it the guy got a attitude. I get to take my car back in again for the same thing once again.
Bill helped me out to find a great car that would work well for me. He was very friendly and very easy to work with. Highly recommended.
Great fast work.
Curtis the General Manager was great to work with and made sure everything ran smoothly along with Steve Kleven.
Great people and cars! Ive bought 4 different vehicles from them!
Jared Miller helped us get the special vehicle that we wanted.
Nobody wearing masks (customers or employees) Ive been here for 45 mins for an oil change and have only seen maybe 5 people wearing masks including myself in the entire building. Obviously Corwin doesnt care about Covid 19.
I went with my brother to help him choose a new vehicle for his family. We were instantly greeted by DJ Elliott upon arrival. He was very professional and took the time to understand what my brother was looking for in a vehicle. Afterwards DJ helped him find the perfect vehicle! A few days later I decided to go back and meet with DJ to get a vehicle of my own! Great guy to work with!
DJ was extremely kind and helpful through buying both my husbands and my vehicle, I would come back only for DJ! He sympathized for me when I continued to say the inconveniences were okay and even offered to pay for my lunch when my mother came to town and we had to wait for an hour in the parking lot. However the customer experience we received afterwards was a wreck. Between another salesperson losing the original keys and having to come back several times only to be told it wasnt ready, then waiting two weeks for the second key to even come in, and then neither of my keys working to even lock/unlock my vehicle [after getting the second key reprogrammed] -- my husband and I were extremely disappointed and irritated. When my husband wanted to talk to a manager, he was brushed off to the parts and tech department and was told he would only have to wait a bit and waited for 1.5 hours, cancelling previous appointments he made that day. My husband and I work for retail companies that strive for the best customer experience and we will either be more cautious to make sure we have a never driven car or just pay extra gas and drive to Bismarck or Minot. Ive gone through several Toyota dealers and I was expecting Fargo to be no different in great service, unfortunately this circumstance and the actions reflected afterwards were disappointing.I hope DJ is recognized for how kind and helpful he was for us, even through this whole mess. He was our little beacon that made this a little more bearable.
I bought a vehicle from Zach. He was so thoughtful and great. He cared more about what kind of car I was looking for than he did about making a quick sale. Not pushy or impatient at all. Best experience Ive had buying a car
Great dealership. My husband and I have purchased all of our vehicles here. We always work with Sandra Harthan. She is very knowledgeable and always helps us get into the right vehicle. She listens to us and never pressures us into anything. We will continue to recommend Corwin and Sandra to all of our friends and family!
It’s so disappointing and sad by giving them 1 star. If I could I would do zero. My cousin dropped his car off for a RECALL on his car. After lying to him for two hours and give a young gentleman stress. They ended up not doing anything for him. We were told there GM would give us a call to resolve this problem. We never heard anything. I can’t believe we’re living in this world where people get advantage for being young and NOT UNDERSTAND HOW RECALL ON CARS WORK. ITS A RECALL ITS NOT ONLY SAFETY OF THE OWNER OF THE CAR. ITS A RISK FOR OTHER ON THE ROAD. THANKS TOYOTA FOR RESOLVING THIS IUSSE.
Always great here. Full service. The guys are great. They do an excellent and professional job.
I needed to buy a vehicle, and Cindy Stone was more than happy to assist me in finding the right one that suited my need. She asked excellent questions to know what I needed. She was very professional and great in presenting me with different choices instead of pressuring me to simply make a purchase. It was nice doing business with you, Cindy.
Just needed some help to operate some of the bells and whistles in my car I bought at Corwin Toyota. 2 different sales people helped me. They were both very helpful, giving me the help I needed.
Bought a used vehicle from them and check engine light came on the third day. Went back to talk to the salesman and the response i got was it is a used vehicle and it happens sometimes, i am just a salesman. He refused to give me give me the managers number either. Not helpful at all. Took it to a different dealership and had the oil pump replaced. Luckily it was still under factory warranty.I dont recommend at all.
I thought I was having car trouble. They were busy but they worked me in since I was 3 1/2 hours from home. They were so nice and friendly. They found the problem ( stop lamp switch had been somehow adjusted), and got me back on the road.
BUYERS BEWARE!! Corwin Toyota sold us an overly priced used vehicle and LIED about its inspection. Within a month of owning the vehicle, the rear main seal needed replacing, the left wheel bearing sensor stopped working, and the $200 battery needed to be replaced (all of which simply do not go bad within a months time)...even though it passed “full inspection”. This costed us $2,000 in repairs (Despite purchasing the warranty) within the first two months. They refuse to except responsibility for this, and tried up-selling us to something outside our budget instead of rightfully buying it back. They legally have the option to buy back, but they choose not to. They will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Extremely disappointed in this very unprofessional and dirty company. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. Or to a trustworthy company. We don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Learn from what happened to us and spread the word! We sure will...
They quoted me a price of $39.95, sent me a signed contract by the service lady. Then when went to pay it was $50.32. Needless to say I was very unhappy and displeased. Not sure I want to do anymore business there after doing all my service work for my Toyotas there for 25 years.
David Eslinger helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He spent a couple weeks looking for just what we wanted and was great at explaining things to us. He is friendly and we felt like he really cared about us and wanted to find the right vehicle for our needs. The whole process was easy and enjoyable!
Would be 5 star if it didnt take 90 minutes for oil change only....very thorough on explaining repairs needed and urgency. Always friendly staff.
Steve Kleven goes above and beyond. I told Steve what I was looking for and how much I could spend and he found it and made it work for me. Thanks Steve! Great customer service from Steve to the finance dept: Tyler. Everyone was fantastic! Very lucky to have great service plans with purchase as well. 05/13 We were lucky enough to get another vehicle today for our son. Steve and Tyler once again came through and got us a great car!
Excellent dealership. Worked with Indira Beciraj and she found me the perfect car. Everything went smoothly and I love my new car. I am a previous customer of Corwin Toyota so I already know they have great service. I highly recommend Indira at Corwin Toyota!
This is an update on Mike Wasfarets post, we contacted Bob the general manager of Corwin Toyota and he was very willing to help us. Bob had a technician take a look at my coolant leak, and due to the situation the leak was taken care of. I was very impressed with Alex the service manager and the work that was done. I would recommend Corwin to my friends.
DJ Elliott is one of the most Knowledgeable Product Specialist At Corwin Toyota. He’s not pushy every Understanding. keeps its Honest about any Questions. And is looking to put you in something Safe.
Darrell Elliott was a real pleasure to work with. Hes patient and listens extremely well. He was patient and didnt try to push the most expensive vehicle on me. He was able to work out a deal that got me the car I wanted and more important, one I could afford.
Thought it was a good company not anymore. Tried to get the sales guy to make a appointment to get the car fixed after having it a week. No call backDont buy a car here.
I am an inexperienced car buyer. The last day of June 2020 I felt pushed into a car I didnt want while my trade in keys were no longer in my possession. It felt as though because I was in the position to buy a car at any time that the team there longed very much for it to be that day with them. I eventually gave into the pressure.I could not unwind the deal the next day. The sales manager that pushed the deal quit within the week and the GM was on vacation then was fired.I unwound the deal myself by selling the car back at trade in value and buying my original trade in back at sticker price at great overall cost to myself. Taking on all costs and preserving the company’s profit margin.I understand any response to this review by the owner or the corwin team will appear even handed and reasonable to prospective car buyers. There appeared to be kind and reasonable salespeople there. The new GM Curtis and internet sales manager Justin were both very kind and empathetic. Not at all dismissive. But ultimately it is a situation where everyone is powerless and unwilling and you will not get any of your hard earned money back.Do not make the same mistake. You will not be able to back out or renegotiate and keep looking for the car that meets your needs once you sign. There is no right of rescission on vehicles. Cooling off period. If its not the deal and the car for you and your salesperson isnt hearing you on this then attempts to turn you over to his sales manager... Immediately demand your keys back if they have them and run if you have to. Call a friend to help you. Run and do not return to that dealership. If you sign you will be powerless. They are pushing for you to take sole responsibility of what is a liability for them the longer it is on their lot. When you purchase and take on thatResponsibility it should at least be at your own pace and on a car you want. Do all your research before setting foot on the lot. Understand what a four square method is in car sales. Know the car you want before even arriving. My salesperson was Marquay and his sales manager was Tyler.
Mo said best salesman great customer service
I had general purchasing questions, and decided to call the dealership. I was greeted by a Darrel Elliot and he was awesome! He answered all of my questions and provided additional information. He helped me make a sound decision, and I will be in the office Saturday 01/19/2020 to purchase a vehicle through him!
Good place for oil change
Its a large, business focused car dealership. Dont expect personal conversation as you may get from smaller dealerships. The staff was focused for that which I brought my vehicle into their service bay. I was offered more service than I needed. The staff was polite when I refused their upgrade suggestion. Customer waiting area was quiet, large, and contained the usual snacks + beverages.
Bought a car here a few weeks ago. They tried to change the price on me three times after we agreed on a price. Scummy business practices at this place. I will go somewhere else next time.
While in the process of looking for a new vehicle. I spoke to Mr. Elliott, and he was very professional and knowledgeable, able to answer any questions I tossed his way. Mr. Elliott also understood my budget and provided great options within. When I make my final decision ill be sure to contact Mr. Elliott to get a deal finalized.
Darrel Elliott was very helpful and professional. Never once rushed or pushed anything our way, great energy and always kept a smile. I’ll be referring him to my family in friends for whenever they decide to purchase a new vehicle.
Today my husband and I drove to Fargo from mandan to test drive a vehicle. My husband received a text in the morning asking if we were still coming. We also received a call asking if we were coming. Then when we arrive we are told the vehicle sold and the salesman we were working with was not in. Not once did a manager come to talk to us or apologize. We were shown another vehicle and asked about a lower price and was told absolutely no wiggle room. Not impressed with the total disregard for our time.
Hard to drive around. Didnt have needed part despite saying they did. Make sure to tell them the exact make of your car and even then they still might screw it up.Otherwise same as every other car dealership.
A friend referred me to Marquay, I was really nervous but he made it really an enjoyable experience! Informative on everything we looked at (we looked at a lot!) Definitely will be referring him to all my friends and family!
We went to Corwin Toyota trading 2 vehicles @ 320,000 combined miles. Luckily, Trey H was are salesman. Trey was great at listening and was fully aware of our wants, needs and budget. We ended up leaving Corwin Toyota w/ 2 vehicles @ 50,000k miles. Thank you so much to everyone involved in helping us with this process. Our family is so much happier being able to function as five!
I recently bought a Vehicle at Corwin from Steve Kleven. Steve made buying a vehicle a great experience and he got me exactly what i was looking for at a very fair price. I will definitely be going back to Corwin auto and Steve when i need another vehicle.
Bought my vehicle from Indira. She was very knowledgeable and had a few lined up for me to see before I even got there. Was a great experience :)
We always get amazing service at Corwin! Salesman DJ went above and beyond for us after I bought an older van and came back a few months later asking about an accessory I felt should have been included. He got it ordered and installed for free, saving me about $100! I defintely recommend. I enjoy getting my car serviced and just sit and enjoy the snacks and drinks they provide.
In response to your post: I paid a fair price for the car, Corwin had it overpriced to begin with. Corwin also serviced this car for several years before the owner traded it in. So the Dealer knew what the issues were. Dont hide behind an archaic law. if you are saying you didnt inspect the car when the previous owner traded it in, you paid them the actual used car price they could sell it for? Did you make up a dollar amount out of thin air? I have a car that I need to sell. I will trade it in for 15,000. That should be fine since Corwin doesnt inspect the car when you trade it in.There are many complaints like mine in the reviews section. I can only hope that it saves someone from the getting underwater on there car purchase.zero stars. purchased a 2011 Toyota Rav4 about 4 months ago, with 78,000 miles on it. I was told an old lady traded it in. I get it, a used car is as is, but a dealer should have the decency to tell you something is wrong with the vehicle before you buy. I know ND law says they dont have to but that is just plain bad business. dont tell me you didnt know. When the old lady traded the car in, you did an intake of what was wrong with it so you could get a low trade in payout. Sure, the dealer would be more than happy to sell you a 2,700 extended warranty, but its a Toyota and no one should need it.I know I should have had a mechanic look at it instead of trusting a dealer thats on me. After two months I had to have the rear output shaft seals on both sides replaced($600). Two month later the rack and pinion had to be replaced (2,600). . who knows whats next to go out. The dealer does! By the way I tried to call the used car sales manager several times, went straight to voice mail, never even got a call or email.. Do not by a used car from Corwin, ever!
I am leaving a review on our sales person- Eric Johnson. He was great to work with! We went in there not knowing exactly what we wanted- but he listened to what our wants/needs were, let us test drive a couple different options, and was patient with us the whole time! I would go back to him for sure! Thanks Eric! I hope you see this!
Absolutely horrible customer service.
I live in Bismarck and found a F150 that I liked at Corwin Toyota. My sales person, Indira helped me every step of the way. She was a pleasure to work with and highly recommend her!!!
Excellent customer service. However, emission test was very expensive.
My son bought a used pick up, the engine was spick and span. But when we got home found oil and coolant leak. They wouldnt do anything for him. We will never buy another vehicle from any Corwin dealership. An update. Corwin has repaired my sons pickup, thank you.
Corwin Toyota completely exceeded my expectations. AJ was polite, friendly, and made me feel welcome. My oil change took only about half as long as other places. I recommend them highly!
When I spoke with your representative, D.J. Elliott he was very polite and knowledgeable regarding vehicles the the finance options. Ill be heading to your location once I decide to make a purhaces. Wonderful service!!
I worked with Zach and even though I didnt end up buying from Corwin I wanted to let everyone know that he is great to work with and was super helpful in my SUV buying experience. He let me test drive multiple times and answered all my questions. He was very patient with a first time SUV buyer.
Great service from Steve Kleven. Called early morning, by early afternoon we already had the deal done. Keep up the good work🙂🙂
Had soe misunderstood info about pricing but yhey eventually woked it out to my satisfaction
After buying my Toyota FJ there I was a loyal customer but I soon discovered that a lot of times in their service department overcharges you for parts compared to what you could go up to the counter and buy them yourself. my recent experience was selling them my 2008 total land cruiser, Kelley Blue Book gave me an offer of 22710 Corwin Toyota decided that it was only worth $19000 now they have it listed for $26500 making a profit of $7500 where all I got was $460 so between overcharging for parts and concern with profit over people.I also feel they have no intention of honoring the integrity of Kelley Blue Book this is why Im giving them a one star I would give them a negative but thats not possible
We have worked with Jason at Corwin Toyota in the past. Both Jason and everyone else at Corwin Toyota have been a pleasure to work with. They have gone far out of their way to accommodate us. Jason gave a thorough explanation of the car features, helped us sync our phones which would have taken us hours to figure out on our own. He was able to easily answer any questions we had.Corwin allowed part of our payment to be charged to our credit card so we would get the rewards. Corwin was able to get the additional options we wanted and install them within a couple days. We hope to do business with Corwin in the future.
I had my vehicle service at Corwin Toyota and received excellence help from James Scott. Recommended all the optional maintenance in the vehicle in a professional manner. Not pushy at all and felt very welcoming. We had pretty good conversation. The technicians were excellent as well, taken care of my car in such a timeless manner. Overall, I am very happy with my service and I will definitely go back to get my next service done again at Corwin.
Very lousy dealership. They act snarky and aren’t willing to work with us customers. Matthew McBride made our day so much worse, especially since he was too persistent and didn’t listen to us when we weren’t willing to take their unacceptable offer. Overall, I would avoid.
