I am an 83 year old man with hearing loss and I have both vaccinations . I had an appointment with Lianne Carbone the owner of simply hearing on September 9 2021. I walked in the front door of the office and there was no mask required sign and no one asked me if I was vaccinated not even Lianne Carbone. The receptionist was masked as was Lianne. Had the hearing test and we talked about test etc and I asked her if she was vaccinated and after a pause she said no and I asked her why not? Her answer was I don’t believe in them .This an FYI for all the elderly and otherwise that are concerned as am I.So needless to say I as not going back to Simply Hearing.

I was not looking forward to my hearing test - the experience was without fault, handled by a professional, efficient, informative, attentive and pleasant team. Impressed!

I actually went to another private hearing center and had my hearing tested there, but it just wasn’t a warm and comforting experience. The focus was on the sale! So, I did much more research and made an appointment with Simply Hearing and immediately knew that I had made the right decision! Dr. Jessica Soccio got me set up with the right hearing aids and them got them “dialed in” perfectly! It’s very clear that her focus is on helping people achieve their hearing goals. She’s made a big impact on my quality of life! I highly recommend Simply Hearing and Dr. Jessica Soccio!

I love my hearing aids! I put them in as soon as I’m dressed and they are the last things I take out at night. Best thing I ever did and nicest people ever.
