Yep got my hearing aids.great place people a great .now I can hear again.

I was visiting Falmouth and my earing aid equipment cleaner broken and they helped me out I didnt know what to do. The staff was so nice there thank you so much.

I got my first hearing aids from them 8 or 9 years ago. They immediately improved my quality of life and made it possible for me to go on teaching. Since then I have twice changed and upgraded, with generous allowances for turning in my old aids or being an established customer. The regular annual tests and readjustment of the settings are hugely valuable, as are the interim appointments to check the state of the aids. As my hearing continues to grow worse as I age, it is very valuable to be able to change the aids as one does eyeglasses. When one aid had technical failure of an essential part on one occasion, the immediate free replacement was all I could ask for. (This did not apply to the remote when that failed, however, but the agent at the time recommended that I save myself $200 and use the controls in the aids). The agents havthe biggest e changed three or four times, but I have been satisfied or immensely satisfied with all of them. And the company now offers insurance of the equipment, which was not possible at first. I Im happy to recommend Mifracle-ear.Martin Fido
