Came in during the lunch hour rush. The store was mobbed. The hot food area had squat available, most pathetic display Ive seen in the food area. Wouldnt kill you to restock that stuff, cant be good for business to keep next to nothing out during busy hours. Wont be wasting my lunch break again

The horses are beautiful. The leaders are friendly and enjoyable. The ride however is pretty much uneventful. We took the two hour ride and saw three bridges. Heard some history. The views were look quickly missed it moments. It was mostly a nice ride through the woods if thats what you wish to do.

This place is usually busy and out of various items. Boneless chicken breast had a rather large bone attached to it. Those place isnt terrible but there are better options out there.

I went to the pharmacy. Five days ago I renewed a prescription on their app. I checked often to see if it was filled. I finally called today to ask about the delay and was told they would move it up. Not great service.

My review is specifically for Falmouth Hannafords contactless pick up service. This service is outstanding here. They pack high quality groceries and the people who bring the groceries out to the car for contactless pick up are extremely professional and nice. Wait, dont forget the person you call to say you are there. That person is extremely friendly too. My family opts to use contactless pickup service wherever it is offered and Falmouth Hannaford is one of our favorites.

This store is smaller than most Hannafords, so they dont always have everything you need but they do have great produce & the pharmacy employees are wonderful here

The West Falmouth Hannaford is, by far, the most beautiful store location. Its been remodeled recently, has a much more sensible layout than many of the new stores, and has a great variety of products. Its also located right off the Maine Turnpike (exit 53), and just minutes from Portland.

Very unhappy with my experience a week ago as too many shoppers were allowed in store with no masks on alot of employees. I did not feel like it was a safe enviroment for me or the employees. I now go to a different store that protects customers and employees.

On November 15, close to 5:00, I was waiting to checkout having unloaded my cart onto the belt. Sophie S was the cashier. Her register froze. After repeated attempts to fix the problem which werent successful, Sophie loaded my cart back up and took me to the service desk where she processed my order. Sophie was calm, courteous, and efficient throughout it all. Cheers to Sophie S!

Store clerk carded me for alcohol. Im 50 years old and had many other family groceries. It was obvious I wasnt young. She then made me pull my mask down. Were not supposed to touch our face or masks. Some customers were allowed in store without masks. Dangerous. Not helping the pandemic by being naive and careless.

There were way too many people in at once. No distancing. People not wearing masks right. Not following directions. Needed someone at the door to restrict people coming in

I’ve been a long time customer of this location. However, every weekend over the last month noone has been regulating the number of people entering the store and it’s overcrowded — counted well over 50 in the store, likely close to 100. Employees and customers not wearing masks and at least one occasion where I saw an employee returning uncleaned carts. Ill be filing a complaint and not coming back.

Good produce selection, clean store, had what I needed.Nothing to do with the store, but wasnt pleased with the 5 cent charge by the town for the disposable bag. I repurpose the bag, being a responsible pet owner, by picking up after my dog.

This was the worst, most stressful experience I have had at a Hannaford store. Had 30 items on my list, found 12. They were pretty big items and heavy, they were put into 1 bag even though I gave them 4 bags. Left Falmouth store and went to riverside to finish up. No problems. I wad even asked if I wanted all items in one bag! I told them no, it makes it too heavy to carry. That was no problem at all.

The new layout makes little sense with like items scattered all over the store and worse yet it changes week to week with little help or direction. Update, now that the construction is over and things are moved back to where Im used to seeing them its all good. I left one star off as their could have been more transparency during the construction.

Ill often pick this Hannaford in Falmouth over the one in Portland because I like it better - the layout seems easier to navigate. Produce is always fresh. Its not terribly crowded at checkout.

As far as standard grocery stores go Hannaford is my favorite. Good stuff and their probate brand is quite good. Its not Whole Foods but it isnt as expensive either.

Good grocery store. If youre out of state and visiting Maine (or new), remember to take your reusable grocery bags with you.

This is Pharmacy specific. And Hannaford in Lewiston is getting the same review. Do yourself a favor if you have insurance and just go to a REAL pharmacy like CVS. Not the grocery store. Never had a problem with CVS but no one at Hannaford seems to know what theyre doing. Such a hassle for a refill.

Hannafords is the best grocery store in all of the New England. Recently, I have been a little bit unsettled with them. They changed the location of all their food and now I have absolutely no idea where anything is.

I go here a few times a week for the wing bar, they always have a great selection, store is kept clean, check out is always smooth.

They got free cookies here. Free cookies separate the boys from the men. Hannafords and Shaws cannot even be compared, and with Irving close by you can snag a snack on your way. Great place, great people, great food, great cookies. Hannaford. Enough said.

West Falmouth Hannaford store is the best and I feel like the staff is part of my family.Cheese, bakery, meats, etc...fresh!

I would also like to add that I think there should be no age restriction on the free cookies. I have to get my sister to go get me a cookie even though shes over the age limit too. Eliminating the age limit would attract more customers and overall improve my Hannafords experience.

This store is always so welcoming, the staff is great and knowledgeable. I can always find what I need, in the case of new products I can always get a service associate to guide me!

There is a beautiful nature trail on the edge of the parking lot here that leads to natural scenery.Reminds me of all the tranquil beauty of nature that exists in Maine since living in the city for so long.

I have been going to this Hannaford for years and one thing is continuously true, they are poor at restocking/reordering. It happens way too much that I am dissapointed when the item I want goes out of stock for a month or more. The store itself is nice but the most important thing is that the groceries I want are in stock.

Weve been shopping with Hannafords for decades. And theres reason for it. Quality products (produce, hormone free beef and groceries in general) plus a very well trained staff. Weve shopped at the Yarmouth and Falmouth stores and find them both excellent. Yarmouth has the Hannafords to go (which is 5 stars too by the way) and Falmouth does too but Yarmouth has a covered area for pickup but Falmouth doesnt yet, I suggest they invest in some area coverage because it does make a difference. Both stores are excellent and I must add that the To Go shopping is the way most of us will be shopping once you try it. First off everything is in the back so the produce has not been picked through and it stays at the proper temp till you pick it up. We have found that the produce is always what we would have picked out ourselves. And If they dont have something you ordered theyll offer you a higher quality substitute (but not at the lower price). And you can say no if you wish. You order online the day before and you schedule your pickup time window. There is, I believe, a five dollar service fee BUT ITS SO WORTH IT (just in time savings alone) that you wont care. This puts Hannafords in a positive competitive position with the other big companies who are also doing the to go service. You will rarely need to go into the store anymore (except for the pharmacy and to buy your lottery tickets;) Try it I think youll like it.UPDATE: this service has been, basically, put on hold during the coronavirus situation. Id like to make one suggestion to Hannaford, start up your home delivery service soon. Whole Foods does a wonderful job and is a must have if youre in their delivery area and Ive read that Walmart is going to go nationwide with their home grocery delivery service soon. Hannaford is a very good company with very decent prices and excellent selections. Id hate to see them lose out by not having a home delivery option because I believe that we are ALL changing, to a large degree, our physical shopping habits. As long as companies deliver the products that I would have personally picked out, then they will get our business on a very regular basis.

Chillest grocery store in greater portland. When people accidentally wham into you they always apologize, staff will stay with you until a problem is solved, and there is always parking

A great supermarket. The produce is top knotch and the prices are hard to beat.

Usually long wait in lines. Yarmouth Hannaford opens a lane pronto when they see more than 2 ppl in each line. At Falmouth store itseems they could wait until the liine is out the door before they open a new lane.

This one, like many on the southern Maine area is still under construction. Very frustrating to not be able to find things, have fewer selections and less inventory to choose from. This one is usually one if my favorite Hannaford stores but not until the remodel is done.
