Don’t enter the store during morning hours! Will never waste my time here again. Waited for more than 40 minutes for 2 drinks.... They had 8 people working.. 3 on the drive thru, literally one person doing mobile AND store orders, and 4 people doing random stuff. Great way to lose business. Would much rather wait at another place and get better coffee.
Nice staff, but this is the third day in a row that I’ve had to ask for a refund on half of my order! They definitely prioritize the drive thru over mobile orders. Ordered my coffee and a pumpkin bread at 8:15 am at 8:47am my coffee was ready but my pumpkin bread wasn’t! I can understand if I asked for it warmed up but since I didn’t, it’s as easy as grabbing it, putting it in a bag and handing it to me! Everyone is short staffed but if you can’t handle the volume shut off the online ordering! Simple bakery items that don’t need warming shouldn’t take so long to get out!
Consistency in their product. Starbucks is the same wherever you go unlike the other major coffee chains. Local can be hit or miss.
Don’t both on weekends during the summer. Mobile orders 55 minutes behind at 10:45am. Why they didn’t shut down mobile orders I’ll never know. Corporate needs to help this location function shut down orders when they are behind. It’s crazy. Closing the drive tho fixed nothing.
Waited twice in a row recently for 40 minutes for drinks on a Saturday, despite mobile ordering in advance. Would not recommend during busy hours until they decide to staff appropriately
As always I enjoyed my experience at starbucks, the staff are aways helpful and listen well. They never get my order incorrect and are aways quick, considering they are usually pretty busy. I will definitely come back here again and again and I would recommend others to do the same...
Always order online, the service is faster than waiting on line in the store.
One of the employees came out yelling and flapping his arm at the customers that were waiting patiently in the Falmouth drive through screaming “YOU HAVE TO GO EVERYBODY JUST GET OUT OF HERE!” out of no where. The poor lady in-front of me had already had her order taken and they kicked her out too. Mind you they were scheduled to be open for another hour..
Always kind and smiling staff who have never once gotten my drink wrong. Sometimes slow to serve drinks at promised time, but that’s being nitpicky.
I love coming here. The drinks are delicious and the service is great! A little pricey but I always finish any drink that I get from here. Sometimes I go to Dunkin to get cheaper coffee but I can never finish a Dunks drink the way I can a drink from Starbucks.
I just had a horrible experience at the Falmouth Starbucks drive through while on vacation. The staff clearly seem overworked and stressed which I understand however, I should NOT have to deal with condescending attitudes due to their lack of staff if that is the case. Customers return when treated well and I will not be returning to this location. Specifically, a young lady with bleach blonde hair and a pink bandana should not be at the window nor dealing with customers. She has zero patience and lacks customer services skills which should be a requirement of her job and position.
Fast coffee service !Always great
Great staff good drinks. The crowd on the other hand is annoying.
Consistent quality. Friendly service.
Absolutely the most terrible Starbucks Ive been too. Immature and rude. Awful service. Writing a massive complaint to corporate
Waited 40 minutes for a mobile order while customers who ordered in store after me got their drinks first. Ended up cancelling and going to coffee obsession.
Every time I do mobile orders, my sandwich is almost never done when I get there and it takes me longer to get to the store than it did estimating the time my food would be done, not only is it early in the morning, but they even pulled the sandwich out of the fridge when they asked my name, this is absolutely annoying. And not professional at all. I’m disappointed because it’s the only Starbucks I can go to near me.
They are understaffed but will always do their best to make your order right. Be kind to workers, here and everywhere else. Its a hard time for everyone.
Overpriced and they messed up my order, after waiting a half hour for it😑
Asked for 2 cappuccinos with chocolate powder. Got charged extra $1 for the powder, got 2 hot cappuccinos and 2 cups of whip cream with chocolate.....🙄
The older woman Liz who works the window is an absolute gem. Makes my whole day having a quick chat and getting my coffee from her each day. She shows the type of kindness we need in the world.
This was written late June 2018---------------------------------------------------Remodeled...but with no real advancement.1) SeatingYeah they didnt do the leg work and understand how ANTI SOCIAL people who visit Starbucks really are.SB is like a bus, no one wants to sit next to anyone unless its the last option.People will sit at a 6person table and MAYBE one person will take X point across and down the way.Placing counter seating, with stools, facing out the windows (which SHOULD HAVE BEEN one long bay window) would allow for single seaters to occupy, wait for it, one seat.Get about 6 ppl along the entrance wall alone. Then have tables.Oh, and whose idea was it to create the KIDS NOOK? Tiny chairs with vertical black keg tables. Im 6 1, Im not sitting at the kids table for holidays and Im sure as shxt not paying $6 to have my knees in my chest.Another poor design of space.*You DO realize ppl hunker down fir hours at SB, right? One orange bench seat for 3 ppl is the only adult option for those who feel wooden school seats belong back in school only.2) TrashThe only trash recepticle is near the pickup area//entrance/exit door. There are two holes in that counter. Both are trash.Oh wait, wayyyyyyyyyyyyy over the the right, where you wont see it, is an ADD ON round bin that has LANDFILL & RECYCLE options. No, they didnt build the L/R into the counter or even add labels to it so 92.7% of ppl will trash their potential recyclables. And liquid? Einstein wasnt hear to explain that a bag full of trash and coffee dripping like a water spout is going to create a mess on the floor, on the staff member and make a line across the lot as it drips unnecessarily.LIQUIDS bucket?Yup, small cafes have them. Not here though._________________________________Its Starbucks. Same as same as.Coffee obsession in town is better. Also Coffee O in woods hole.Go local!Mary Ellens behind Dairy Queen does a killer breakfast and coffee. 2 mins from the buckers and supports the local economy.Local owners will give you more, better deal and advice about the area. The 19 year old at Starbucks only knows their parents fridge and the beach. Uhm, sorry.==================================This was written July 15th 2018*picture of the Kids area crowded by boxes added today. The local news lived up the pure few advertisement that Starbucks would cease the use of straws (still in use today by the way). This was news?? Local coffee shops and local stores (Windfall market) have already gone this route. But oooooo Starbucks is doing it.Fascinating since their recycling efforts in every store Ive visited is ~fcuk you~ to nill.So a company who decides to back off on an expenditure is somehow patted on the back while their recycling efforts are on par with running a diesel engine to power the building.Stirrers?Let me let you in on a HUGE idea that I saw in Florida.... SPAGHETTI.Stir it with an uncooked spaghetti stick.Done..eat it, or toss it into the compost bin (yes there are companies that have compost bins) - they SMARTLY double as LIQUID bins so employees dont have to drag a bag of coffee-bleeding trash across the floor, over their clothes and across the parking lot. This same coffee-soaked employee makes your drink by the way.And today, the kids area seating section, named for its tiny chairs and keg tables, was overrun by boxes.Good news, they finally found the adult sized chairs from storage.I prefer not to sit on school house chairs when I pay $6 for a titanic-iced coffee.
Each time I go to this Starbucks, whether it’s walk in or drive-thru, I have to wait at least 15 minutes, usually close to 20 or 30 minutes.
Its Starbucks. Their coffee is always burnt tasting, but at least theyvare everywhere and u know what to expect. The line in drive thru was ridiculous, I parked and went inside, went super quick!
I do like Starbucks but the coffee is a little too strong and expensive from me
Staff was really nice and professional.
Been going here for years, always prompt, friendly, service. Order is always accurate.
Starbucks is Starbucks - the coffee is the same whichever location I go to so no issues with the product here.A couple of things about this location. If you remember the look and feel it used to have, it was nice and fit with the town. Personally not a fan of the modernization upgrade that was done.Biggest grip though is the managers choice to save the earth by not stocking the green stoppers anymore. Now there is this wonderful hole at the top of the cup for heat to escape and coffee to spill. It doesnt take much for some coffee to come out the top when full, and happened to me the other day. Surprising they sell hot coffee without a lid that actually closes. Maybe the choice was noble, but by not updating the lid to have a cover, honestly is a big negative to me. I really dont want to spill in my vehicle.
Decent location. Customer service is alright. The customer service is not bad enough to not want to go back but not amazing to the point where I am excited to go.The coffee is consistent so reliability is always good and it is conveniently located near my gym.The biggest problem is not being able to get to the drive through if you are already in the parking lot. That is inconvenient.
Only place that I was able to find whole espresso beans
HIGHLY recommended! The store was clean and inviting, and we were fortunate enough to meet an employee named Mike. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. We will be returning.
Usually good service. They say online they’re open until 8, which they have been for the years I’ve been coming. Unfortunately, I attempted to go through the drive through and was then greeted by an employee who wasn’t so friendly, when I wondered as to the time change. I won’t be back.
I order the same coffee. Every day. Trenta iced with 2 pumps of caramel and vanilla and 1 pump hazelnut. Went on a mini vacation to Falmouth. Yesterday, ordered a coffee from this very store through my app and it was great. Today, ordered same drink through the app all of a sudden they have no sweetened flavors. Completely unsweetened. Brought it back And they act as if they have never heard of such a thing. They don’t have sweetened syrup. Um. What?! You did yesterday! 😳🙄🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
Staff is great, always friendly and really gets to know all customers!
Love this place since the redo. Not as cozy, for lingering, I mean. Service caters more for the grab and go, which is better for summer tourists. Still the best coffee, whatever your taste.
Fast and friendly service even during their busiest time of the day!
The barista have no personality, kinda rude. The coffee was awful, it was better a year ago.
This place has a great selection of coffee and other drinks 😊☕🥤🥛
Service was horrible15 minute wait for 1 hot coffee with creamNever againYou dont deserve 1 star but I had to enter 1 to post
Quick and tasty, ambiance suffered from last update, now it feels to corporate/sterileDo takeout the beach is close
I mean, its a Starbucks... Although, this one is built inside an old bank building, and the staff are nice, so those set it apart. There are places to sit, and charge your electronics, and theres always a newspaper to read.
Friendly staff and remember your order you normally do great experience I always have there
This Starbucks is slower than molasses and even if it is not crowded, its slow. I stopped in one morning and the line wasnt very long but by the time I got my latte, the number of people waiting for their drinks filled the entire side of the store. Maybe its all the complicated drinks that people order that takes so long, but whatever......I did see at least a couple of people walk out when they saw the crowd.
Great service. Coffee was childish but it was so busy I didnt bother to change it. I have to say it was also stronger than the usualblond I always get. The servers were very pleasant however
Staff are very friendly and fun. Always nice to see them in the morning. Drip coffee not so hot but variety drinks are good.
This is a really nice Starbucks, but also really busy. I try to order online wherever I go, but I feel like the systems at different places are better than others. I honestly dont think Im saving any time by placing a mobile order rather than ordering with a barrista in person or at the speaker box. It really just makes it easier to list any modifications in the app instead of verbally listing them to the order taker. It might be more effective to have customers request their order to be ready at a specific time as that seems to work well for Panera, Chipotle, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Five Guys and others. If I arrive late, I have no one to blame but myself for my order not being at its freshest. And if my order isnt ready when I arrive, at least it is normally in progress. I can understand not preparing the drinks or warmed sandwiches too far in advance, but bakery items or bottled drinks can be placed in a holding area before the customer arrives, then all that needs to be done is prepare the fresh items.Aside from the armchair quarterbacking, I think everyone who works here does a great job and are friendly, patient and efficient. Ive seen Rocco at the drive up several times recently and he is always pleasant and helpful. My drinks are usually straight from the menu, but even if I do order something with modifications, it is made perfectly. Overall, a very good place to stop if you have the time and patience to wait a bit.
Always insanely busy during tourist season, but use the app and order ahead...give yourself a lot of time if its the weekend, but itll save you a lot of waiting. Even the drive through gets very backed up, so use the app!
Quick service and great people
Over priced. The food taste and looks like the same stuff you can get at Cumbies for a lot less.
High prices as we all know already and names that are hard to pronounce correctly but cant deny their coffee is one of my favorites
Starbucks is the epitome of terrible. Support private cafes. Appreciated
Very fast and correct, and very delicious.
Iced coffee is 99% ice making it I at prices and taste like water
The woman at the drive thru here was nice but she pet my dog and then handed me my coffee cup without washing her hands. So I had dog hair all over the rim when I went to take a sip.
If you like Starbucks in general, youll be happy here. The atmosphere, as the staff, is always pleasant. One of my favorite spots.
This Starbucks is one of my favorites! ive been going for over 7 years on a regular basis and they are always awesome. The staff that have been consistent there over the years are amazing and those that have come & gone were always a pleasure too! consistently GREAT!!
Not a fan. Coffee is too strong.
I just spent the week in Falmouth and went to this starbucks every day at least once, sometimes twice. This was by the far, the SLOWEST service I have ever experienced at any starbucks worldwide, and I have been to many. There was no sense of urgency, no hurry or hustle. It took 20 minutes to get 2 drinks at the drive thru with only 4 cars. The staff were pleasant and they got the orders correct but don’t stop here if you are in a hurry.
Ordered four drinks at the drive-thru at 6am. Unsure what to expect I was pleasantly surprised. Starbucks is hit or miss, but this location was great. Service was good enough for this half-asleep gal. Drinks were all correct and quick.
Very clean. Fast service. Nice employees. Great clientele.
Great coffee! But, and this sad to say, the remodel makes you feel like youre being rushed out. Its just not the same comfortable hangout spot. The price used to be worth the location but it just isnt. If you want cheap prices go to Dunkins, if you want good relaxing feeling go to coffee obsession on mainstreet. If you want great coffee and that Starbucks taste go to Starbucks.
After waiting in the drive threw for 17 minutes the woman at the speaker told me to pull up to take my order. When I arrived at the window she told me I would have to go back around because she couldn’t hear me and couldn’t have other people waiting (again I was waiting for 17 minutes!) she was extremely rude and uncourteous, when I attempted to go back around there was 5 more cars in front of me after she stated there was “only 2 cars”, I’m very disappointed and of course couldn’t wait in the obscenely slow line again as I was late for work, this woman had no customer service skills.
Great service .......let me sample the new shortbread syrup
Staff is always kind and speedy! Awesome service as well.
Best coffee out there!
The timeshare internet was slow. Sbux had great upload and download speed for free provided by Google. Saved me for a mandatory work training... all while I sipped my white mocha and nibbled on my cheese danish.
Theres no question, Starbucks has the best coffee in town. I had my regular drink, a venti blonde roast with a shot of blonde espresso (as expected its the best). I also had a breakfast sandwich, which was great too. My four rating is because lately this (Falmouth) Starbucks is under staffed. Mistakes were made on orders while I waited for my order and everything took much longer than normal. The supervisor did give the customer a gift card because they messed up the order. Thats why I gave 4 stars instead of 3.--great save. As much as Im a fan of Starbucks, I believe that if you have the most expensive coffee in town, you should have the best coffee in town.
Nice
Non-standard layout for a Starbucks. Looks like it used to be a bank. But the way theyve done it actually comes across as fairly charming inside.
Too Expensive and you have to add sugar and cream to your coffee? Ill stick with Dunkin Donuts.
Long lines and rude staff. Whats wrong with these people. Dont waste yoir time or money.
The young man at the window was so kind and patient. He explained to me the difference between caffeine, blonde and decaf. I always drink decaf but since I was bound for the ferry and the Vineyard, I decided I would try the blonde. I read somewhere that it was an additional choice due to his mother saying her sons coffee was too strong for her, that he created it for her so I ended up trying it with cream and hot. It was delicious. Maybe I got a little boost, not sure but I wasnt grumpy dealing with the drama of getting home ( often I am and wonder why I live there). As I was about to drive away, I asked the young man if I could have a dixie cup of water (thinking I probably wouldnt like the coffee), he replied no problem, I will get you a glass! He didnt even charge me. I had already told him I was an elder and often have difficulty holding a large paper cup so I wanted to purchase my coffee size by whether I could hold the cup. He replied no problem I will show you the options at the window . That was my first time at STARBUCKS drive through but I will be returning on my next rotation to the mainland and back. It is a bit confusing how to get to the outside window once in the mall but now I will be a pro! I even have him a gratuity for his service details and good manner. Thank you
Favorite, love the staff and they get along great with each other . They always know your name and also the size of the store is great. 5 stars
Its not even good coffee overpriced
Need to have a second oven station to cover drive thru and call in orders. Also dont put new employees on the register when it is crazy busy.
Gave it three stars never been but they always busy
Horrible. I waited 15 mins even the store wasnt much busy. Had to leave with no drink since I think they might forget my order. Didn’t even ask for money back.
Closed at 7 on the 4th of July, but no notice of closing early was posted. Web site says they are open.
I go to this starbucks every day. Not just because they make my coffee PERFECTLY for me, but because of the amazing staff that works so hard to make all of their customers happy. Ive worked in customer service my whole life and I know how hard it can be to work in places where people will complain about the smallest of things. But the staff and the managers always handle everything in the best way possible to make sure that youre happy when you walk out of the door. Whether it be the busiest summer day, to the slowest winter day, everyone works together as a team to make sure their customers are satisfied. Theyve gone above and beyond for me in the two years straight that Ive been a customer here, and I have never had a better starbucks experience anywhere else. Thank you guys for working as hard as you do, youre all AMAZING!
Great chai. Coffee could be better.
I dont like the cost. Its a great place to sit around and catch up on work while having a coffee, but that price makes my heart beat faster without the caffeine.
WiFi: 38 Mbs down, 8 Mbs up. Decent coffee.
Always on point
Quick drive thru. Friendly staff.
Gmos omg
Always friendly and fast with my drinks.
Really nice Starbucks with a drivethru. Seating arrangement inside is comfortable and clean.
Great food quick stop
Everyone knows Starbucks is overpriced but if you have a need for a good cold brew with heavy cream then we need Starbucks to stay around
Your standard Starbucks, but very cute in an adorable cozy building.
This place has a great atmosphere
I love Starbucks their drinks are very very good
Love the coffee, staff is always friendly!
As I walked in the door I heard this extremely loud voice and I look behind the counter and one of the baristas was telling her life story as loud as she could. And she was mad at one of her kids and she kept saying I was so pissed she just kept repeating it and repeating it and it was horrible horrible horrible horrible experience someone needs to talk to her about her mouth
Good coffee free Wi-Fi
I placed an order for a coffee inside and proceeded to wait 10 minutes while they filled 10 mobile orders in front of me that sat on the counter.
20 min later got a nasty coffee... 2 coffees $11 and one was gross unacceptable
Good service, great coffee but very $$$$
