Love love LOVEThis store was literally heaven! I can’t express how excited I was to come here. They had brands like “Young nails” and “Kiara Sky”! I feel like everything was well priced and the staff was very nice and quick on their feet. Although a lot of their products and shelves were a little crowded, I found it pretty easy to find what I needed. I can’t wait to come back!😍

I didn’t need much help but the lady who checked me out was really nice. I actually came in for one gel polish base coat but got the top coat as well and spent less than I expected. The variety is huge but you do have to ask for pricing or they may mention how much it costs before you buy it.Update 10/1/21My first visit was great but my second visit was terrible. Went in and was completely ignored waiting to get assistance for items behind the counter. Everyone was too busy having side conversations whether with the customers or employees. They saw me and made eye contact with me and still didn’t ask if I needed help except for one person. She was helping someone else and then when she finished, she walked off and didn’t come back to assist me so I had to go to the man behind the counter to ask for help and he acted like he didn’t want to even though he did. Won’t be returning.

This beauty supply store is very friendly and good service. We would like to come here to buy all kinds of products. We hope they close at 7.00pm on Sunday in spring and summer, we will have more time coming here .

The store is cramped and has too much going on with not enough quality products on the floor to choose from. They keep the good stuff behind the counter,and in the clear cases packed with other stuff. I walked in and nobody greeted me or asked if I needed any help...store so cramped and the service is non existent I went elsewhere

I enjoy coming to Skyline. Ive even referred other whove enjoyed coming her. They are restocking so its a lot of coming and going. Their is a huge selection of almost everything. Polygel doesnt have a big selection. I am new to doing nails and I have found everything I need here and more FAR CHEAPER than on the Amazon website. Any one can shop here not just professionals.Products do not have a price on them but you can just ask an associate. Items are priced great!

They follow me around like I’m going to steal then when I pull out a lot of money they want to be friends and carry my stuff to the car out side of that they have great stuff

The staff were nicer than the US Maxim supplies near by. Store is much cleaner and organized.

This place, or rather the male staff who served me, has the worst service. They acted like they dont need customers and treated people as if they come in without paying when in fact I had been coming here for the past 10 YEARS until the most recent visit.I bought an electric nail drill machine, and the machine did not work properly, so I brought the machine back to the store. The male staff whom I talked to insisted that it was my own fault, and someone must have broken the part because they never sold defective merchandise. No one used the machine. The problem was that the part where you change different attachments got stuck, and I brought it back, not even asking for an exchange nor did I ask for a full refund. I simply asked for the machine to be fixed, and would gladly take it back after they fixed it. The guy yelled at me in front of everyone multiple times and refused to even look at the machine. Mind you, he is much younger than I am as well. I have never been treated with this much rudeness and disrespect at any business.The machine costs $250 and will be sitting there as it never worked in the first place. As a nails salon owner, my spending for supplies at this store is about $15-20k annually for the past 10 years. I would gladly take my business elsewhere as they should know they are not the only store in the DMV area who provide supplies.

I bought a nail dry machine called Color Club with 6 month warranty. The machine did not work after 2 months. I brought it to the store, but they did not exchange for me. They told me call the company. I called company, but no help. I would not recommend this store and this Color Club company. Bad product, bad service.

They a wide variety of supplies. Although, their customer service is poor. I dont even know who to talk to and they are not attentive. I asked once and they are not really talking to me. I was asking regarding prices but they are ignoring me so I end up not buying anything. I am only giving them stars because of their selection and nothing else.

There was no sign of Final sale or No Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy anywhere. Usually beauty supply stores have 30 days of original purchase date return policy, but this US Skyline Beauty Supply store, Falls Church, Va. doesnt allow it even with proof of receipt.I came in a day after, with a receipt after purchasing many new polish bottles and wanted to return/exchanged them after realizing I picked the wrong colors. He said that those arent his polishs and old. That upset me the most and thats BS. They should have be more organized and labeled each item to avoid the mistakes theyve made. Instead of labeling himself a liar and rapaciousness sale person in the customers eyes.The whole idea is you cant decline when your customer have a receipt and blame the customers directly for returning an item. This is a beauty supply store theyre selling to professionals, not a yard sale.Seemed sneaky and shady.

The service is very bad. The palm tree buys 34 $ but the distorted click does not work. Ra said to correct it, saying that clicking on the opposite style could not work. I came here but I havent used it for a while, but I just said that when I clicked it, I could say that I didnt want to say anything.
