Inappropriate conversations are more important then customers here!!!! Morning crew did not help, go to the one in Dartmouth instead…… Better shoes for me and my husband, and had our sizes.

Went their yesterday to check if they had nike shoes for my daughter, they had a minimal selection but both the gentleman on were extremely swift, it was busy and a darn of a wait but i was assisted & wasn’t rushed which was great!!!!! Will be going back to check the newer brands.

I have no idea who manages or trains here but the staff is always horrendous… just went in and the one staff on the floor at the checkout was staring off and didn’t realize multiple customers had been waiting .. another girl came out to help and I asked for a size, she handed it back as she was seeing me struggle with a toddler (for me to walk across the store and put it back) saying they don’t have it in a very annoyed tone … not the first time, every single time they 1)have no/rude staff 2) don’t have your size 3) act like they’re annoyed that you’re attempting to buy something

I walked around while the sales staff engaged in conversation about other employees.They glanced at me but never offered help. I went somewhere else and got a better deal, Anyway Id never go to this overpriced and misnanaged store again. Your sales staff really sucks!

Customer service is not that good. Bought a pair of shoes today. Was never told that because the item was on sale that it could not be returned. As a retail manager I always tell my customers that all sales are final or exchange only. Never once was I told that. Now I’m stuck with shoes that don’t fit and can’t exchange for anything cause almost every shoe I like they don’t have my size. Will never shop here again.

Grandchildren love this place but not enough choices for boys younger and expensive.

Nice selection of clothes but very pricey

I only go for clothes seems they do not have much to pick from or sizes for footwear. They tend to focus on a limited selection of footwear.

Its a good store to get new hip clothes but its very expensive so I would go when they have sales cuz they do have a good sales once in awhile you just got to be careful that its priced right because they like to put signs up and it only applies to one shirt on the whole entire table but thats the only sign on the table

This eblens could be a gold mine but they always fall short of fresh product. Seems they dont get many orders or variety of there more exclusive lines.

Wish I could put zero stars. I am literally so disgusted and shocked at the experience I just had at Eblens in Fall River. I was at the store shopping around for some clothes and I picked up a few jeans and body suites and a worker at the store who I believe is the manager (with red hair up) told me I could try stuff on but not the body suites. I said okay no problem & that I was still looking around & I put the body suites back and grabbed a sweater and asked the other employee (with red hair down) to show me to my dressing room. As I’m getting changed someone is banging on the door and asks to see the clothes I have and she said “I TOLD YOU, YOU CAN’T TRY ON THE BODY SUITES AND YOU NEED TO CHECK WITH SOMEBODY BEFORE YOU TRY STUFF ON”. Mind you, I have no pants on and I’m trying to change so that I can show her what I have which was only 4 items, there are people standing near the shoes outside the dressing room so it’s not like I could have just opened the door while I’m half naked. She didn’t even give me time to tell her to hold on that I needed to put clothes on. She was saying to people “oh I saw her with body suites in her hand she still has them”. She talked right over me. I told her that I told the girl with the red hair that I was trying them on and at I showed her. She said very rudely “IM THE ONE WITH THE RED HAIR SWEETIE SO GET OUT” I’m like this is ridiculous I’m a paralegal I work for a law firm do I look like a thief to you?! I open the door and the whole store that saw me ask the other lady to try on clothes is starring at me. The only other people at the store are high school kids not even shopping they just stood in the back near the dressing room Just talking not sure why the manager of the store was letting people hang out in the store where people would need sit and try on there shoes and clothes. I’m literally mortified right now. Finally the girl that I showed the clothes to before I tried them on was there and I hand her everything and said “can’t you tell her I asked you to try these on?” She literally didn’t say a word to me and the whole store is starring at me. Rant over. I am NEVER coming here again! I recommend that you never do either. I walked out and the store and as I am walking out the girl that was yelling at me was behind the counter on the phone probably calling the cops on me. 🙄 never been so disrespected in my life. But forgive and forget I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️ I couldn’t help but smile and say thanks on the way out the door.

Eblens of Fall River I have a good track with most businesses but your manager with a fishy bottom ruined my experience. The red headed manger reminded me of anger from inside out. She should be guillotined and fired immediately.

Love the whole store! Hi quality and affordable. Staff is super cool and friendly. Definitely be back.

The manager Karen is an absolute disgrace to the costumer service field. I had went in to inquire about a refund for a price drop on a purchase I made 3 days prior with my receipt in hand and without even listening to me she immediately started with an attitude. She said she would not help me. Then I said fine then I can return the purchase of the shirt get my refund if $29 and then just repurchase the shirt for the sale price of $15 and she said she would NOT let me buy the shirt! How can you refuse me a refund and purchase if I have my receipt and I am following the return policies to the t? She said she would have to call the DM and I better hope I have some time when I come back because its a very long process to return. Really? I have NEVER had such horrible costumer service EVER! I spent $500 here in the past two weeks for my husbands birthday and that is the LAST of my money they will ever see.

They need to stop making assumptions about customers and learn some customer service skills. Both woman working Sundays need a new job.

They never have the sneakers they have on the wall in the right sizes and they dont have enough people to help everybody I had a horrible visit had to buy other sneakers that I didnt want
