Always very helpful, in & out within five minutes to pay my bill. I never have had anyone rude towards me. If I needed help with anything with my phone they have helped me and was patient with me when chosing a phone due to the fact I knew nothing about them. They told me about everything I asked about with multiple phones with out getting frustrated with me. Always very polite. Wonderful customer service.

I gave 1 star because he was willing to help me with wifi calling but he gave me the unlimited plan from the 5 GB plan for the same price. But significantly slowed my speeds. Hate the sales for sales sake. be careful.

RUN to the nearest competitor!Paid to renew, re-up our monthly plan on Wednesday. Then bought and installed a new battery, with phone OFF. On Friday got a Cricket warning: 75% of my 5Gs of data was already used up. REALLY?In speaking with the youngster at the counter, shed seen my Youtube useage was high (month leading up to renewal) and, together with her boss (via phone) blamed the useage on that. MY PHONE WAS OFF FOR TWO DAYS! Its your Youtube. And why are you yelling?Warning: DO YOUR HOMEWORK!

They serviced my needs by providing me with a new SIM card as I requested because my old SIM card was faulty but they charged me 10.61 that I dont believe I should have been charged.

Be sure to ask questions and never ever throw away the box that your phone came in!
