I came into the Verizon store today for help with my voicemail. There appeared to be no messages in my mailbox yet every time some one called me, they got the message: “The mailbox if full”.Wayne fixed that for me and in the process offered me a special deal: trade in my I-Phone 8+ for an I-Phone 13 for $550 off the normal price. I decided to take him up on that so Wayne transferred all my data from the old phone to the new one while I left the store for about an hour to do some shopping.When I got back to the store we completed the transaction and then Wayne accompanied me to my car and paired my new phone to the Bluetooth.He was very pleasant, professional and helpful.

However, Wayne and Lucky over at Verizon Wireless in the Southcoast Marketplace in Fall River made it a piece of cake. They were knowledgeable and extremely helpful answering all my questions. I went in this store looking for a screen protector. The man working did nothing to help. So I picked up a phone they had on display for sale and asked if they had the screen protector for that phone without even getting up and looking he said no look for it on amazon how can you be selling a phone and not have any assesories for it? When are people going to start doing there jobs? I will never go into this store for anything ever again.

Bought a new Samsung phone as my older model was no longer holding a charge. I was shown the latest models and picked up a new A515. Luky Patel the sales rep was very helpful - help with the data transfer and setup and showed us how to save additional money on our plan so we came out of the store saving more money than the cost of the phone - a win win for the Verizon store and for us.

My phone was involved in a hit and run. I need it for work so waiting for a replacement wasnt possible. I went in there and he immediately helped me out, put me onto the s10+. I wasnt ready for an upgrade but another was so he moved some stuff around, boom boom and I walked out with a brand new joint. Not only that but he went way extra and went thru smashed phone to put it all on my new one since I dont have the cloud stuff set up. Absolutely would recommend 10/10. Ask for Patel. This place is legit.

I have been to this store twice. The first time I had a good experience. The second time, I had a different guy than the first. I went into the store wanting a certain color phone. The man goes “what? Why? It’s the same phone.” And proceeded to shake his head while he was with another customer! That was one of the RUDEST customer service experience I had! Since that time, I take my business to the Swansea or Seekonk location.

After visiting two other local Verizon stores, one was steering me towards a discontinued little known phone claiming it was one of the best phones on the market. At the other location, I was made to stand in the middle of the sales floor with a woman who told me We have lots of phones, which kind do you want? At the Fall River location, Robert was great, he knew the phones. I told him right away that I was switching to my first Android, and I didnt want to get a top of the line phone. He showed me less expensive phones, and didnt make me feel awkward about my choice. He also took time to get me started how to do a few things, and also installed apps. for me. He along with the other salesman there that night, were able to take my old Windows phone, and after several different methods, import all my data from my old phone to my new Galaxy . I left there very happy with a phone I love, and a feeling of satisfaction. I got a great deal, and great customer service.

I will not patronize this place again. I bought a phone case for a gift with cash. When I found out that it was wrong color. I attempted to refund it for cash that i made the transaction. I was told to come back two days later to deal with clerk who sold me it. BS the clerk on charge told me i had do deal with clerk who sold it to me. I returned two days later and did get my refund. Stick with a Verizon company which is not a franchise.

Billy was very professional helping us during this process of upgrading. He didnt try to push any decision on us, but did explain everything when we did make this decision. He is a definite asset to IM wireless and Verizon. He should be a manager if he isnt already. And he deserves a bonus. He stayed with us during a difficult period, and nothing to do with him. My husbands phone especially, which was a Google phone as was mine, made Billys job difficult. He stayed calm throughout and never showed any signs of impatience. THANK YOU

Went in there for the first time and my experience went extremely well. Robert helped me and my mom with my upgrade to the iphone x and was super friendly and helpful! Not only was he able to help me but able to help out 3 other customers at the same time! To be as someone who works retail that’s very impressive! My first time at the store was in July and got excellent service. Sunday I stopped by because my phone had a sim failure and I had tried everything to fix it. The representative took the phone removed the sim and reinserted it. When it still didnt work, I asked if it could be a faulty sim card. He said no it was the phone and suggested I bring it to the Apple store. I should have asked why Im paying Verizon $15 a month for Total Mobil Protection if I still need to bring it to Apple. I didnt ask. Instead I spent 2 hours on-line with Apple support and another 3 hours back and forth from the Providence Apple store. It turned out to a faulty sim card and the Apple tech had it working in about 10 minutes. Verizon needs to rethink how the authorize dealers.

My only issue was that I went in there for a broken home button on my iPhone and instead of showing me the workaround that would’ve fix that for me and allowed me to keep using my phone he sold me a new iPhone. I found that to be a little bit shady and I don’t really appreciate that from Verizon but I know that that’s probably what you instruct your sales reps to do.

I went to this store on August 14th at around 6:30 pm because I had lost my phone and wanted to discuss my options. After walking in I stood around for a few minutes because I wasnt sure who was an employee and who wasnt. Eventually a young woman sitting at a desk looked up at my and asked me if I had a quick question. I told her my situation and she told me that there was no loaners available and that my best option would be to go to walmart but the cheapest phones were up against the wall. She seemed to be waiting for another customer to come back with something so I went back to look at the phones she suggested and walked back up to her when one caught my attention. I had recently gotten a temporary phone from Verizon a few months back when I lost my old one boating and had some mix ups so I wanted to make sure I didnt make the same mistakes. When I asked her about the possibility of purchasing a cheap phone and then returning it if my old phone turned up within the next few days, a male employee sitting at a desk chirped in and said that they could not sell me a phone knowing that I was going to bring it back and that he wasnt going to allow her to help me because she could lose her job. At that point I was then directed to Wal-Mart. Note that he said this from across the room in front of about six other customers who all then started looking at me. When I tried to explain that I needed a device that had Cloud so I could save all my contacts for work purposes, she very rudely replied that I should just ask people for their numbers again. I should add that during this entire process in between when I walked in to the time I was denied service, neither employee even bothered to take down my account information or even as much got up from their desk.The phone that I thought was lost I found out today was stolen, and I couldnt even as much have that phone deactivated because it seemed like both employees decided that I was not worth either of their time. This incident was so shocking to me because Ive been a Verizon customer for years and nothing coming remotely close to this has ever happened. Personally, looking back I think that they looked at me and thought that I was someone who had no money (I had just gotten off shift at the restaurant so my clothes were dirty) and that if they put me on any payment plan that I would end up skimping. All I needed was a device where I could access Cloud (which I was eventually able to do on a Verizon tablet that I already owned but never setup). Instead I had to wait until the next day when I got an email stating that someone had changed my Verizon password. I then able to deactivate the phone by calling from my mothers phone.Like I said, Ive been a Verizon customer for years and nothing of this sort has ever happened in the past. But in this particular case, I was ultimately denied service for absolutely no reason. I was extremely polite, I never once raised my voice. And I asked a total of about three questions before they told me to leave. All the while, they never even once even bothered to even take my information which is what shocked me the most and was what ultimately told me they didnt want me there. That and the two employees repeatedly telling me to go to Wal-Mart. This was a completely humiliating experience and what could have been an easy fix to a problem was made much worse because these two employees made the decision that I wasnt welcome there. I cant even believe I am writing this because I myself can hardly believe this happened. I will still continue being a Verizon customer but I will never come back to this particular store.Side note: No this was not racially motivated (at least not that I know of) I think they just thought I was poor street trash.
