The people (Rhonda and another lady I call Lil bit) at this FedEx are always so friendly. They make me laugh and always make me feel comfortable! Ive been using them for a little over a year! I think they are a little cheaper than UPS. I am very happy with their services and thats why I keep coming back! Keep up the good work!!

The 800 Customer service poor plus the delivery drivers still your package and employees go through them. Every time my package go through Sauget ill Fed Ex something always happens i received emails saying delivered left at front door I go to check there is nothing there. I also had shoes shipped from Nike when I received the package from FedEx they went into my package because the put my shoes in a box that said please recycle and tried to put the same Nike tape from the original box on the cover up box. The employees know they can get away with it because the company dnt know who it was also they know all you do is make a claim

It wont let me give negative stars. We need that option...Every single time we have something shipped to us via this poorly run company, we have the same issue. They claim to have attempted delivery but in fact, did not. I was sitting on my couch not even 10 feet from the front door when they claimed to have attempted at 1:58. Furthermore, there is a construction crew down the road. They verified that no fed ex truck came down this road today. Theyve been there since 7 AM. There is only one way to get to our house - the road dead ends behind us. Never fails. Every time. And the customer support center is horrible.

I had been dreading completing a large custom print order because it had to be printed to exact specifications. Very grateful to Justin at FedEx Fairview Heights—he downloaded my file, ran a few test prints to make sure everything was just right, and had me out the door with my order in less than 5 minutes. Ive been coming to this FedEx office since 2009. Every time Ive come to this office Justin has been the consummate professional. Hes highly knowledgeable of all the tasks & services FedEx provides.  And always has a pleasant disposition.

Fed ex in Fairview heights has great service. They get me in and out with no problems. The prices arent as bad either. Great customer service. I definitely recommend this location.

We ship often and this is the worst Fedex location. No one is ever in any sort of hurry here. There are always comments made about packaging the box from the same woman, yet we have never had any issue with a package not making it, it just isnt pretty looking because it has to be secured.On the last visit I made eye contact with a Justin who looked at me and walked away without even a hello, or someone will be right with you. It appeared he was about to get off so that took precedence over customer service. We waited and waited, although there were 4 people behind the counter. Someone finally gets to help and Justin is still logged into the computer so we have to wait for him to switch the lady to the terminal. I find this funny because had he just scanned our items when he saw me come in he would have been finished and have left the building by that time, but by choosing to ignore me he actually had to stay longer.No one seemed to know anything, about anything.Each trip just gets worse and more obnoxious, I wish there was a closer alternative.

This FedEx location is pretty ok with everything, except the speediness of their service. Every time I have shipped a package from here, it has taken so long (15-20min) just to send a small 2-5 pound package. I always bring my shipping label filled out with all the information on it, but it still takes them forever. This 15-20 minutes is without a previous line at the counter. I usually get there when there is not a line, but there is usually a line by the time the person is finished with me. Please try to be faster guys!

They wrongly printed in b&w. They would “sell” me the 16x24 paper product, else it would go into the shredder. I said I would gladly take the b&w product and obviously pay for the color. No can do. Don’t understand that business model. Hmmm. They did try to make right with a future coupon but it’ll be a while before my family goes back to the store. The staff was very polite.

Great service and great people there. They handle a lot of people and shipping and printing, etc. There are not a lot of self service copiers in the area, so you could actually be waiting in line for a copier. Also, they stopped providing (smaller) tape for customers, so you will need to bring it with you if you need it.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I walked into this fedex office and all I needed was to send a small letter ground service level. I had my own envelope and made it extremely easy for them to process this and slap a label on it. The lady working the front counter told me they would not be able to accommodate the envelope because it was a fedex express envelope. It doesnt matter what the envelope says, all fedex cares about is the label. I will NEVER be back to this fedex office due to the lack of ignorance and disrespect given to me. Horrible customer service!

Rhonda has the absolute worst customer service skills that I have ever seen. Blames everything on FedEx policy never her fault, never the stores fault. Blames the Manager when not around or corporate for her ineptness. Rude staff that tries to hide by not looking up. Next time your there go ahead and ask for Rhonda. Then mark 2 hours off your day because you will be fighting policy forever. Get your bail money together if you have a temper. Every time I am there I have a problem with a package coming or going, and every time I am there someone else in line does as well. The only reason they are in business is that the only other FedEx drop-off that is near there has terrible hours and the 2 guys there are a ... uh.... a bit strange. Fedex needs to secret shop the nightmare and sell the property. Avoid like rush hour traffic!

Had an easy printing job. Made order online, called and asked if I could pick up immediately instead of 2 hours later. It was done by the time I got there 5 minutes later. Nice dude, too.

FedEx (Fairview Heights, IL), and especially Jusin B this month (July 2018), did an incredible job taking the information, uploading the files, offering recommendations for how best to improve our study guides (which we use to teach a PMP Boot Camp and each study guide has over 500 pages), was very professional, exceeded my expectations, and beat my timelines. Hes done this in the past for my company and each time does a great job. For example, earlier this year on another very large order, Justin and Stacey both did an outstanding job putting together 28 flawless custom study guides. Thanks very much!! Very Respectfully, A.J.

Typically don’t have issues with Fedex but when I called the guy on the phone kept talking over me, repeating the same thing about something I didn’t ask for over and over again. When I finally got my point across he just simply said “there’s no way no way no way” like ok lol there’s “no way” you are in charge of customer service if that’s all you have to say for yourself never calling or relying on this Fedex location again what a joke

They were supposed to open at 8 am on Saturday didnt show up until 8:30 then proceeded to lie to their customers that they didnt open up until 9. The sign on the front says 8:00 am. The guy there said they open at 9 an the sign is old. this happened 03/11/17 the guy there should be fired. He showed up late then lied to his customers.

When your shipment absolutely must be there on time you would be an absolute fool to trust Fed Ex. They cannot keep their planes in the air and while customer service personnel is excellent the management is typical of overpaid to underproduce, with a sense of entitlement. I am a disabled Vet with a medical emergency and was left in unimaginable pain for 24 hours when they failed to transfer cargo from a plane incapable of flight to one that could. Instead they chose to leave the cargo on the plane or wait til the following day to find a plane to transfer the cargo. Shameful.

Tried calling about my package, she kept referring to the online system in which could do everything. But after i told her i was having trouble with the online method she again referred me to the online method. I took it as she was too lazy to help me. Didnt care about the customer.
