We came to Midwest Clearance Center on a whim looking for a firmer mattress. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted and asked about our needs. A couple of options were presented and then we were given time to try and decide with no pressure. Robert was available for all of my questions and gave his sound opinion when asked while also having an awesome sense of humor. We decided on a floor model mattress as it was the last one in store. Robert bagged it up and very securely attached it to the roof of our vehicle. One of the best purchase experiences Ive had!! Oh, and the mattress is amazing!! Best sleep Ive had in a while.

This store is strange in a very good way. When you walk in, they will greet you and leave you alone while you want to browse. The workers will hustle to help you immediately when you need help. This is good, you just really want to look around and try stuff out. You really dont want someone showing up saying, How about this? How about that?In my case; I saw a reclining sofa wrapped up in plastic that I cant try out and they ordered it for me. When the sofa showed up, I wasnt quite sure about the color so I looked around a bit more. Robert Stone was fantastic in helping me select the right sofa and helping me loading it. I end up getting the sofa that I ordered...funny enough.This place might not have a lot of items, but what they have is quality. If requested, they will go an extra mile to help you out and bring in the piece that you want. While walking around the store they show respect to all the customers. It is a breath of fresh air that a store that works on commission doesnt nag you. I am totally appreciative of this. If I need another furniture in the future, I will go to them first.

Andrew and Robert were amazing. First time going here Robert was so friendly and welcoming, because of Robert we came back again. The second time Andrew helped us and he was amazing! He did not rush us and was very patient with us when deciding what to get. He was understand when it came to our budget and helped as much as he could. Andrew and Robert are the reason I am forever only shopping at this location. I recommend going here and asking for Andrew and Robert because you will be taken care of!

A month ago I moved into a new house and started over. I had ZERO furniture. After almost a month I found what I wanted online and placed my order with a big company, only to find out a couple days later that it would be almost September before my order was filled, and then another 4-6 weeks to ship. I couldnt wait that long and cancelled it. I was on Facebook Market Place trying to find something to hold me over when I came across a Midwest Clearance Center posting for a living room set for a good price. After a few messages to verify they had it in stock, I went in the store. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted with smiles. I told them what I wanted to look at, and immediately Andrew jumped to help me. I found the set I wanted, and paid on the spot. I was so happy to have that stress relieved. I went home and had a look at their website, and found the bedroom set that I been trying to find at other stores. I came back in the next day and had Andrew look it up. They would have to order a couple pieces, but it wouldnt be MONTHS like the other places. He made it worth my wait and time. These guys are amazing. They sell quality name brand pieces (both my sets are ASHLEY) not cheap furniture like box stores, and no the big prices that come with the big stores. I will be using them again to furnish other rooms for sure! If you know what you want, take it to them and let them work you a deal. I promise you wont be disappointed!!

Just got done buying 2 recliners from here. This is my 3rd purchase from the store and has been successful with great customer service. This last time I worked with Ashley she was exceptionally wonderful to work with, also Went the extra mile for me.

We have bought multiple items from this store and you just cannot beat the quality you get for the prices! From mattresses to couches the quality is superior and the prices are just untouchable. Not to mention the salesmen do not push you into any items, they do not follow you around the store just waiting to pounce. Hands down the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Robert Bruce if a fantastic sales person. My wife and I went in to purchase a new mattress. We were happy with the first one we tried, which happened to be the most expensive. Robert could have let it ride and made a sale on the most expensive mattress, but instead he built the relationship and gave us other options so that we knew we were making the right choice. The other options were cheaper than the one we initially chose. So it was obvious he was more concerned about making sure we were happy with our purchase than he was about making money. He also knew all the right questions to ask to know what options to give us. I have been training people in sales roles for over a decade. Robert is one of the best Ive ever seen. Will definitely be back. All my furniture needs will be directed to him for now on.

Easy to order, easy to pick up. There was constant communication between us and the store. There was a small issue with the chairs, they told us about it, and then they fixed it. Would go back again

Very disappointed we picked out a Loveseat and recliner in June 2021 We absolutely loved it they had the recliner in stock but not the Loveseat so we were going to go some where else but they made us a deal they gave us s discount off the loveseat snd let us take the floor model that was broken on one side till ours csme in at the end of August and they would swap it for our new one then we said ok Well I got a call at end of August that they would be bringing our new loveseat we waited all day no show snd the next day no show I kept calling nobody would ever call us back then the next week we got a hold of someone and kept getting a run around we even went up with our receipt finally we got our sales person and they could tell us what happend to out loveseat and who knows how many more months it would be for another one if we could even get the same one well we were very upset so we thought we love this one so much we will just deal with one side not having power recline and ask them to make us a deal for keeping the used broke one snd you know they offered us only $50 off what a joke so we returned the broken one snd off coarse they charged us and then cheated us about $150 on top of that so Id be very careful and not make any deals with them unless you see what your getting and csn take it with you

Overall great service. Sales staff were very helpful. Movers tried very hard to get furniture set up in what was a faulty construction of a stairway. Some damages in the move but Midwest management was responsive and worked out a satisfactory arrangement. They were really good with keeping us informed about delivery. My husband loves the recliner that was purchased.

Very friendly, helpful without being pushing. Delivery men were the best. They came promptly, set up the bed frame and mattress, gave clear and concise instructions along with guarantees that the warranty will be fulfilled if anything fails. Overall a great experience from entering the door through the delivery of my merchandise.

I ordered a firm mattress from this place almost 2 years ago. When I originally purchased the mattress I was told the mattress warranty will last 10 years and if the mattress sink they will come out to do a mattress test. If the mattress sink 2 inches it will be replaced. So now Im responsible for uploading pictures and doing the mattress test myself which I told the guy I tried to do it myself and it didnt work. I shouldnt have to go through all these hoops. I didnt have to go hrough all these hoops when I purchased the mattress so NO I will not recommend this company!

We bought a mattress, box spring and two mattress covers from here. They didn’t have in stock the mattress we wanted but was able to get it from another store in just a couple days. The gentleman helping us was very kind, answered my million questions and made the process quick and easy. Can’t beat the price either. We definitely will be going back if we need anything else.

Also, they worked with me on a payment plan so that when I completed paying for my sofa I was able to get it without owing an arm and a leg. I had a very good experience with Midwest Clearance Center. The selection was reasonable, prices were fair, plenty of payment options, and staff was very helpful. If I had to pick something to complain about, it would most likely be the wait time for my furniture, but this is relatively common…especially during this Covid situation. I recommend that anyone looking for a decent set a decent price give Midwest Clearance Center a shot.

I am very glad that I decided to purchase my mattress here. The service was excellent. I appreciated that I was shown different styles and prices but in no way made to feel that I had to spend a lot of money to get a comfortable night’s rest. Robert was great and very accommodating! I just received my couch that I order the first week in May. I must say the couch is great. However, the process and service received to get the item was not desirable. The delivery was set for June, then later June and then July14. We actually got it deliver on July 19. I paid for delivery option and was told up front they could only porch deliver the item due to COVID restrictions, which I agreed to. So why did the delivery guys offer to set up for additional cash? The delivery was very unprofessional and when I declined the set up, they intentionally mocked my wife for offering to help. I would stay away as there are many other options for similar pricing.

Took almost a month to get the full set that I bought, but the quality of the couch is fantastic. Sometimes it was hard to get in contact over phone to check status of things, and the delivery guys didn’t necessarily set up couch in the spot we asked but was put together really quickly and the guys were very polite otherwise. Overall for the price and quality I’d give 5 stars!

Great selection of bedroom sets, sofas, love seats and recliners. We knew what we were looking for walking in and Moose was very helpful in getting us what we wanted. He unboxed and assembled a recliner of another color just so we could get a feel for it. Prices were really good, too. We paid cash, so can’t speak to whether they do financing. They also have a pretty good extended warranty, which I picked up. If we need any new furniture, we’ll come back before we go elsewhere.
