The process was a breeze because Tom was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. We were happy with our purchase and he even took the old mattress away for only $20.00. We had already been to Mattress firm. The matress we liked was $7,000. That was just the matress! We were heading to the Sleep Number store and came across The Bedroom Store.When we walked in, we were impressed with the selection. Lots to choose from. We wanted adjustable beds, but didnt want to break the bank either. Tom helped us find exactly what we wanted. My wife selected the mattress she liked and I found mine. And the we selected the base. We can use the same bed frame from before! After everything...the mattresses, bases, sheets, pillow, extra warranty, we paid half of what we would have somewhere else. Well be going back there again for any other mattress or bed we need.

We were expecting to spend all day looking for a mattress. We recently returned our purple and were unsure of what we needed. We were helped right away and found the perfect mattress in about 5 minutes! I needed something softer, while my partner needed a tad more support. Seth was amazing to work with. Late on a Wednesday evening (after hours) I sent a question on a live chat from the web site. Within minutes I had a reply from a real person. I thought for sure it would be an automated “we are closed please try us again later”. After several text and a lot of legwork, on Seth’s part, we were able to get a hard to find bed. This is the 4th new bed Ive bought at The Bedroom Store since 1989 and has been a great experience every time. Tom at the bedroom store is awesome. I called asking about new bed and had a little idea of what I wanted but not for sure. Tom while on phone went and looked and said had a few options in stock for what he thinks I was looking for. I told him I had bought there previously but it had been a while, at least 10 years and I was looking for something similar to my last purchase. He quickly looked up some history and saw other purchases but not the bed and he was already back 10 years. I told him I was on my way to look at beds and not to worry about digging for it. While on my way there Tom called me back to let me know he found my bed purchase and it was 15 years ago. He knew my time was important and took extra time to make sure he had something similar to what I had purchased previously and he did. The help I received from, Seth Thompson the other day was exceptional! My daughter needed new pillows as hers were quite old and his knowledge on how much a pillow can effect your sleep helped me to realize we all needed new pillows. I just purchased a mattress for my son’s first “Big boy bed”. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient. We had bought a mattress from the bedroom store a few years ago and had some issues with it, the staff was very helpful with resolving the issue and getting us a new mattress!! Highly recommended them....we will definitely be going back in the future!!

The folks at the store were very helpful and I enjoyed working them. What I am very unhappy about is delivery time scheduled! I asked for morning delivery just hoping to have it by 1 or 2 pm so I can go ahead with plans at 5 pm. When am I scheduled? 3-6 pm...the exact opposite of what I needed! So all their trucks start on the MO side and anyone in IL has to wait, I guess. Logistics over customer service and needs.Thankfully, the guys who delivered were able to get there earlier than expected!
