Great selection of merchandise. World Market section virtually gone. Just a lot of coffee products, mostly Kcups.

I have had to return 2 items bought there last month. One was too small, bought because we couldnt see it in person. The other does not work. Not happy.

One of my all time favorite stores for so many things. The fact that you can use as many coupons as possible and they take expired ones which is awesome. I’ve saved so much money there using those coupons along with their clearance items that you can find a goldmine at times in. I’ve never NOT had a more than excellent check out experience there too. I’ve shared coupons with people behind me since I always have plenty. I think they do have the best customer service people of anywhere. Always go out of their way to help find what you need or suggest something else that might work. Love this store!

I was buying a curtain rod and could not find everything I needed. The sales lady was helpful and stayed with me. We were able to piece the needed pieces together. She let me purchase the display finials. The checkout was flawless, even though I had multiple coupons. I bought wedding gifts from the registry and wrapped them on the spot. I love that about Bed, Bath and Beyond! I gave 4 stars because everything in oil rubbed bronze was tough to piece together because they did not have it in stock. Clean store too!

I was shopping last Thursday evening for a bridal shower trying to locate the items when a young woman came to ask if she could help me. She was amazing, very patient, even though it was not her Dept. Before I left, I asked her name, it was Hannah. I told her I happened to be shopping for a Hannah! They are only good for 1 item, but rung every expensive item up with a different coupon. The lady ahead of me save $180 today with coupons

Employees were very helpful in assisting me with getting an item shipped to my house. They were out at the store, and I thought that I just wouldnt be able to get it, but they were good to check other areas and have it sent right to me with free shipping!

The store was set up that transitioned easily into the next department. I was at the store approximately 7 - 8pm. The staff was helpful and polite. The merchandise is nice, not upscale. The prices are too high for the merchandise.

I do not go here very often, in fact, it is usually only around Christmas time. But here is why I love to visit them this time of year. They have pretty good price reductions on things people are actually looking for this time of year, plus you can stack a 20% off coupon on top on that discount. As long as they allow that, Ill be back.

BB &B is one of those stores that I dont go to very often. The reason why is because I fall in love with several of their more luxury items. I see the 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and I attempt to justify the purchase by imagining the AH-MA-ZING sleep Ill get. I see the thick, thirsty towels in a vast array of colors and try to convince myself that a $15 towel will last forever, look absolutely stunning in my linen closet (like anyone will see) and feel warm and wonderful to wrap up in after a long hot shower. But then I snap back to reality and survey my budget and I continue to browse and dream.They do have sales every so often and then you can score some great deals.

I have not gone into many of these stores and was intrigued by the things inside. I was with my grandmother and the time and she wanted to use some discounts and other things. Employee at the register tried to be helpful, but ended up being sort of rude. She insisted she knew what was best on entering the discounts and coupons. We left and had to return because my grandmother purchased the wrong candle and she had been charged 3 times for just one candle. The shelf had multiple candles and different wicks, employees hadnt bothered to move the product to the right location.

Made registering for our wedding easy and care-free. Enjoyed working with them!

Thank You Lyndsie from the Fairview Heights store . I had contacted the Cuisinart Company about a replacement part on the Smart Stick * Two Speed Hand Mixed . I had dealt with three different employees there that stated the product I inquired about didnt exist . The third employee however SCREAMED at me and gave me an email address . I finally called your store and not only were you PROFESSIONAL ; but you were very concerned about how horrible Cuisinart had treated me. You quickly located the product that they denied even existed . Thank you so much Lyndsie Ill be in this afternoon to pick up the part Ive been trying to replace from the Company for months . This store offers free wrapping for wedding and bridal gifts. DIY, excellent wrapping paper, tulle bows, cards, tape, scissors, two wrapping stations. Saved me $20.00. Totally loved this service and very thankful.

I needed to return an item for a friend of mine. I had to stand in line and wait for 10 minutes before anyone would even wait on me. And I was needing to go to work and I arrived light.

Went to get new keurig because my old one died. They said to bring my old one in and get a store credit. Wonderful surprise

Nothing is labeled. So no ideal what the prices are. Found one sign for a pillow said $30 when i got to the register it was $100. Didnt even look for much more because i couldnt tell the price of a anything.

I attempted to return 6 items and the customer service cashier picked the wrong receipt, despite my repeatedly asking for her to pick up the correct one. She had the sweep the floor and the receipt ended up in the trashcan. The service was horrible as well as the attitude of the store staff. Bed Bath and Beyond can kiss my ass !
