A friend of mine in another state had an amazing couch I wanted. She told me she got it at American Freight. I went into my local store and they didn’t carry it. Drew helped me figure out the name of the couch and the nearest location. A store 3 hours away carried it and had two in stock. Drew made it happen. He told me it would take some time, which worked just fine for me. He called me and told me they were making the trip and my couch was coming! I absolutely love it! Thanks Drew! Now I have my dream couch.

I was in need of a dryer. I originally went to American Freight on page but the selection was extremely slim. I came to this location and Drew took care of me. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help me choose the best dryer for my needs not just the highest price. His customer service was impeccable. I would absolutely recommend anyone to this location.

I manage a furniture store in the area and went here to see what it was all about. I saw they sell deep freezers. I sent a picture to my friend because he was looking for one. He told me to buy it and he would pay me back since we didnt want them to sell out. The salesperson Mackenzie was awsome! She told me about financing, warranties, and was overall friendly. I would totally hire her if we had an opening. They must have some good training program in place, because she seemed pretty confident in what she was doing.

Went in for a hard to find sized fridge. Drew was fantastic. He was very patient and started measuring all the French door fridges until he found the size I was looking for. He thoroughly explained the whole buying process, and was friendly throughout the sales process. He was easy to work with and not at all pushy. Great experience.

Great experience shopping here. Mariano was awesome!Update: weeks later I have yet to receive all of my furniture. I’ve had to drive 45 minutes away to pick up pieces that this store claimed they didn’t know when they’d make it out to pick up pieces of my furniture I was missing. I’ve now been back and forth to the Fairview locating 4 times since ordering and still my order is incomplete. I would not recommend shopping at this location at all if all pieces aren’t in stock there.

Went to the Fairview location after having a bad experience with another furniture retailer. La was the associate who helped me. He was super friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable and patient with me while trying to decide on what I wanted. I went in a couple times trying to figure out what I wanted. He helped me measure things and ensure I was going to be completely satisfied with what I was getting. I was nervous as I’ve never bought from here before and had the bad experience so close in my past with other furniture store. But after working with La I was very confident in my purchase and he went above and beyond to find me both pieces I wanted and set up quick delivery. Courtney was also very nice and got me rang out and taken care of once I finally decided on what I wanted. I would recommend store to my friends and family.

It was well worth the drive to Fairview Heights from StL. I was looking for a washer at similar stores in St. Louis, the stores were rough and the sales people were sketchy.So yourself a favor and check them out, their website was also accurate for what they had in stock.

Cahokia was closed. Fairview was open. Drew greeted us from the other side of the store.and accommodated us about everything we needed to be done. Great store. Coming back next week.

The salesman helped us pick out a washing machine and dryer and shown us which one to get. They were very helpful in the sizes and capacities. I would recommend at least stopping by to see if anything you need is at one of these American freight stores. They are scratch and dent some are new. Some scratches are beyond. Most are just sacrificial. We got a very good deal and a very good warranty. I give this place five stars because of how the salesman treat their customers.

Bought a dishwasher from Drew. Unfortunately the first one we bought did not fit in our kitchen and Drew worked with us to find something that fit. Prices were better than the box stores and there was several options in the price range we were looking for.

I went to the store looking for a top load washer and purchased, what I thought was a Kenmore Elite. I was sold a regular Kenmore and received poor customer service from Courtney, the assistant manager and Doug the store manager. They just didnt care about me, as an customer and didnt know how to fix the problem. I had to get in contact with the district manager to get my issue resolved. I will never buy anything again from this store. Please take your time a pay close attention to what your buying from American Freight. They will make you feel like you did something wrong if you dont catch there mistake.

My husband and I had been looking for a refrigerator for about two weeks. All the other stores were ridiculously expensive. My husband remembered that we purchased our mattress from here and thought this would be a great place. We were greeted immediately by Jimmy. He showed us the perfect refrigerator. We left happy. (this was last weekend) Today we stopped in to purchase a dresser. Jimmy helped us once again. We told him what we were looking for and he took us to it. Jimmy was great.

I had ordered a chaise sectional from another store and they kept pushing back delivery so I decided to check out American. Drew hooked me up!! I had my chaise sectional setup in my living room within an hour of walking into the store.

My visit to the store today was very pleasant. Jessica and Jimmy both were very knowledgeable on the products and the protection plans that come with them. The store was very clean and organized, and let’s not forget the awesome deals! Would definitely recommend this store if you’re looking to replace an appliance.

Run! Every refrigerator has severe damage to the front. We found one that had been there since February (its June) for $1504. I had to go to the desk to let the sales woman know I was interested in one and she was on her phone. I asked if they could go down more on the price. She stated if we got the extended warranty through A&E for $125 (read their awful reviews). So Im standing their the guy comes up Im guessing hes her boss. They are standing there looking at the computer and looking at me not saying anything. I ask So how much is the total with tax?. She doesnt bat an eye and says $2054. Really $125 for a warranty and $425 in taxes? Went to Lowes bought a $1499 refrigerator with a 3 year warranty and taxes total was 1806. Stay away from this shady store.

I went into sears outlet today looking for a refrigerator and received the best customer service ever. I would like to thank Nichole and Collins for greatly helping me with my purchase. They took their time to help me find Exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an appliance to come here. And if you do ask for either one of them to assist you you. Do not even bother buying from sears outlet don’t waste your time. We came in looking for a refrigerator and Collin helped us chose one everything was great. Until we install fridge the thing just won’t cool. Now keep in mind that this thing is heavy and not easy to just come in and return. I’m not going to wait a week for insurance come fix the refrigerator. They should test their appliance before they sell. I confirmed with Collin before buying. I asked him if everything was working as it should. He said of course we can sell something that isn’t. Look elsewhere but not here!!!! Sears warranty is horrible customer service!!Update: they are current working with me to fix this matter. Once item successfully returned I’ll update.

This was what I would expect from an outlet store. The salesperson greeted us right away but let us shop as we pleased which is what we wanted. There was a lot to look at. It is mostly scratch and dent but there were very good deals. When we were ready for help, the salesperson came right away and was knowledgeable about the products which helped us settle on a model. We bought a beautiful kitchen aid dishwasher for half the price. Checkout was smooth. Overall a solid outlet experience and pleased with our purchase.

Ive been looking all over for an reasonable deal and they were able helped me locate a simple yet nice washer. (which is what I wanted). I was looking to get a lease but when that fell through Shaniece was very was knowledgeable and gave me an second option of opening a credit card with 12 months no finance !!! making sure I was able to walk out with a washer today. She also took the time to wrap my washer and load it!!!! will be back to purchase myself a washer and dryer in the future.

I am very please with my experience today. I spoke with Jessica on the phone, who helped me locate and price the washer-dryer set I was looking for, answered all the questions I had at the time, and seemed genuinely engaged in helping me.
