Ive been taking my vehicles to Chipps for several years now. They do great work. They have true mechanics who work there, rather than just service technicians who can only resolve a problem with a code reader and a step by step service manual. As an example, we have a hard top convertiable that wasnt raising and lowering correctly. The dealer didnt know how to repair it and gave me an estimate of $3000 + to replace every component. Chips looked at it and did the repair for under $200. Its functioned great ever since. From major repair to oil changes, I recommend Chipps.

Very Friendly and Fair. Drove up from Florida to help my daughter, who is at college, with her vehicle issues. Took to Chipps and they were very understanding of the situation and knew I had to drive back and took care of the vehicle and didnt fuss about it having to stay there a week until my daughter got back in town. Fixed the problem and wouldnt hesitate to take back again.

I highly recommend Chips Auto Repair. They are honest! I miss understood when getting an estimate, I thought he said $2,000. When I went to pay for the services, he said no, it was $1,000. He could have easily pocketed the extra $1,000 but he was honest. They also completed the work in a timely manner and are very customer oriented! I’ll be a customer for life and will always recommend Chips!

They found the problem with my car immediately and called each time to confirm pricing with me before performing any maintenance. I was very surprised at how fast they were able to fix my vehicle. After repairing my car, they explained to me what they found and showed me the faulty parts. They do honest work and are very polite. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Honest and Reputable Repair WorkI knew what was wrong with my vehicle and they verified it without trying to tell me I needed more work done than I needed. Charged me 80 dollars for an engine inspection to see if there was any oil leaking. After all that money they told me it could use some oil. Like they couldnt have added some after charging me all that money..

Took my ram 1500 in to get the exhaust welded. They gave me new hangers and everything but less than two weeks later both pipes broke at the weld. I dont know if they do better work but i cant vouch for them if they do.

These guys are great! Our transmission went out on our way through to go on our first ever family vacation. We dropped our vehicle off with them and rented a car to finish our trip. These guys were able to get our vehicle in and get a new transmission and the work completed by the time we finished our trip. They were a little higher priced than a couple other nearby shops, but I dont regret paying a little more for the service and quality work that we received from them. They saved us as much money as they could due to the situation and we are very thankful!! We made it home and they called to check on things. That means a lot.
