I’ve been searching for quite sometime for another spare vehicle and it just so happens I saw a Ford Explorer without any pictures? I grew up in Fairmont, have been gone a long time. I now know what hometown feel is all about. Everyone at Fairmont Ford went above and beyond, including Kyle our sales person. My husband did not make the trip to Fairmont with me. Fairmont Ford allowed me to take the vehicle home so my husband could see and drive it. We were trading in both of our vehicles but I had only one with me. Fairmont Ford had gentlemen who had brought a vehicle up to the cities and were kind enough to have them stop by my house and drive our car back to the dealership in Fairmont. Who does that in this day and age? We discussed numbers the next day and set the deal in motion. Their finance manager called me and took care of that paperwork over the phone because she would be gone by the time we got there. Everyone went so far above and beyond to make this happen for us, I am forever grateful to each and everyone of you. If I need another vehicle, it will be Fairmont Ford I call, no question.

My current truck broke down, and was going to be a very expensive repair prompting me to replace it with a different vehicle. I was a little uneasy about it considering I could not shop around but my salesperson Gregg and the staff made the experience comfortable considering my situation and gave me a fair trade.
