Bought a high end washer for an apartment I own. Didnt get the unit rented for a few months. Then during the second month the unit was in use it stopped working. Pat worked with me on the warranty because I could show them it didnt start getting used until the new tenant signed the lease.

I had issues with my dryer and Pat went out of his way to get the issue taken care of although it was out of the warranty window (which I didnt realize). They offered to pick up the dryer and repair it in a very timely manner. It is nice to know our small town appliance store is willing to help and value their customers. Thank you Speedway Appliance!

Absolutely horrible experience. Bought a fridge, stove, washer, and dryer from there and had nothing but trouble. They didnt even deliver it on the day agreed upon. The washer leaked immediately meaning they hadnt tested it before selling it. took two weeks for it to get fixed. The dryer had the wrong lint trap and still hasnt been replaced. The fridge stopped working 2 weeks after having it and it took 6 WEEKS to get it fixed. A month and a half with no fridge. Pat the salesman is a crook. DO NOT BUY FROM them. The prices are good but they sell you broken appliances and promise to fix them or replace it but they offer no refunds. They shouldnt be in business.

I would not recommend going here you will be wasting your money we bought a washer from them 8-20 an we paid $300 they even hooked it up an a wk later it quite working we have called several times. They kept saying we will be there by the end of the week. Which with each wk passing our 30 day warranty has now expired so we have no washer now we’re out $300 an we have to go to the laundromat. So please please don’t waste your time or your money there not worth it. I will never return there an never recommend another person to go there. These are hard times for us all an $300 was literally all we had to our name that day an then to just be crapped on by this place really hurt us financially! And now I have to get this washer out of my house have it hauled away to a dump so even more money will be spent we didn’t deserve this I don’t understand how they get away with this! But live an learn I guess!

Bought a refrigerator from here and it has been the WORST experience of my life.. Purchased the fridge over a month ago and we are still waiting for someone to come and install the drawer that is missing. Always getting excuses from the owner blaming the maintenance guy but the owner told us that is he does not come last weekend then he would come install it himself but that was also a LIE. Now he calls and says that the part is there and we can pick it up and install it ourselves....HORRIBLE PLACE...DO NOT GO THEIR FOR ANYTHING...Would leave no stars if that were possible

Purchased a Maytag Neptune dryer with upper dryer cabinet and did only 1 load in it and it stopped heating on the lower dryer. Called the guy today and we have to REMOVE AND BRING THE DRYER BACK TO THEM IN FAIRMONT OR CLARKSBURG ! Very angry that we cannot get a refund since we had it only not even two weeks and only ran ONE LOAD. They took $425 of our money and I have no dryer. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!

2 washers I got from them leaked and they don’t do refunds so before buying make sure it doesn’t leak. They want you to keep bringing it back to have it fixed like it’s easy to just keep moving around. Dryer I got from them had bad heating elements. Won’t purchase from them again.

Had broken double wall oven. Guy showed up, parroted what I already knew, told me many things it could have been, and left. Was there about 10-15 minutes max and only charged me a service fee of $95. Knew no more information after he left than before he arrived. Double D fixed it in about 90 minutes.

Bought a washer and dryer in November. It was a disaster from the start. Delivery guys didn’t have any screws to connect pigtail to dryer. Washer was making funny noise and leaking. The so called repair guy did come out and fixed the leak but the washer just didn’t sound right. After 30 day warranty was up of course it has quit working. Called repair guy to come look at it. Made appointment and he never showed up and now will not return calls. Do not buy other peoples junk! Never again!

What a ripoff... bought a cleaned and tested washer from them. The hot water line was packed so think with junk nothing was getting through there. About a year ago I also bought a dryer from there. It was tested there before the sale. They assured me of this. I got it home and had to return it immediately because it NEVER heated up! Fool me once.... shame on you.... Fool me twice.... shame on me.

We went searching for a washer and dryer as a young, newly married. The woman was very helpful and we were excited having found a washer and dryer. It was delivered and it immediately gave us problems. We had a repairman come look at it and he said its way older than we were told it was. Now we are left with no washer and a loud, almost dead dryer. It might be a cheap deal but its not worth it.

They have a knowledgeable staff that helped diagnose our oven problem. But they didnt have much of a selection. They have NO kind of payment plan. If they would have I would probably have walked out of there store with a new stove and refrigerator. Instead I will have to purchase my appliances somewhere else.

They were very helpful. I had a heating element for my oven I took in. They said that the element was good, but the tip was good. They gave me a tip and wires.

Speedway Appliance has been super good to us. They just gave us some parts to fix our dryer. Above and beyond, they even offered to bring it in and fix it the same day if we needed. Great people, great service.

I called Speedway on a Friday morning with a broken washing machine full of water. The gentleman on the phone was very courteous, took all of my information and said he would pass it along to the guy who would call me sometime that day or the next to schedule a time to come look at it. After not hearing from the guy we have decided to go a different direction. Thanks guy! You just cost your company the cost of a service call and whatever the cost of repair would have been.

Dealing with Speedway appliance has been a trying experience. At first it was great because it seemed they had just what I wanted. After that it was all down hill. They did show up in a timely fashion, however one of the workers came into my home with no shirt. When I requested him to get dressed he did and was apologetic but still, very unprofessional! Then, after they left and I used the machine I realized the paint was wet! They painted it right before bringing it! Again, unprofessional. Then I realized the lid switch was broken. I called the next day and they made arrangements to come do the repairs and stood me up not once, not twice but three times. The forth (and final, show up or not) they did show 4 hours after the time given. The machine is beat to pieces and I dont expect it to work long but will not deal with Speedway again. Ill just use the machine till it dies, then find a new dealer.

I purchased a refrigerator from here less than a year ago, and it is already going bad. Youre better off spending the extra money and getting a new fridge that will last much longer.

Called Speedway Appliance in Fairmont for a chest freezer, they not only let me know they had one but I was able to pick it up right away. Special thanks to Jody for all your help! They were extremely helpful and kind, would definitely go there again and refer all of my friends there!

Bought a washer and dryer on June 1st, they delivered it 2 days later and weve done one load of clothes before the washer quit working! Now weve been over a week trying to get someone to replace it and theyre just playing games!! They will never get my business again!!

Bought a refrigerator from them and it went out after a few months. The next refrigerator we got very dented up when it was being moved. If you have another choice then go somewhere else.
