I love Rent-a-Center. We dont have much money, and they let you make weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payments, whichever is convenient for you. Very nice and clean stuff to choose from.

Love my local rent a center they employees are friendly fast and efficient. I wont ever visit any other rent a center that one is the best.

Very Unprofessional and rude. If I could give zero stars I would. Tried charging for pieces of furniture that we didnt even purchase. Then didnt even try to call us when the payment was one day late and starting calling other people telling them to tell us to make the payment. When I called in I got very Unprofessional and rude answers plus comments. Would NOT recommend them to anyone! Especially this store!

Ive got a family of five so you can imagine how much laundry builds up. Washer went down so I bought a whirlpool cabrio washer from these guys brought it home feeling relieved go to plug it in only to get an error code right off the bat now I still dont have a washer tomorrow is Sunday and there closed so I have to wait till Monday to get a hold of the store to have them fix the issue and who knows how long that will take mean while Im stuck they should have made sure the machine was working properly before trying to sell it.

Has bed bugs and still selling furniture spreading the infestation all over the county. I saw them with my own eyes.
