Seems as though this place has survived from a bygone era. Entering into this unassuming-looking little shop, you can get the best donuts in Fairfield County. The doughnuts are baked fresh every morning (they close after they sell out), and all the major classics are represented: old fashioned, cinnamon, creme-filled, jelly-filled, and each are executed as though the recipes were perfected a couple generations ago (which probably is true). The coffees are pretty tasty as well. To boot, everything is really inexpensive and the staff are fantastic.

Doughnut Inn makes the best coffee around and their doughnuts taste much better than Dunkin Donuts hands down.

Good food. Good & quick service, friendly staff. They have a small Parking lot which is convenient and seating to eat in. They make sandwiches & have fruit salads. Great alternative to big chain coffee spots. Highly recommend.

The absolute BEST creme filled donuts anywhere, ever. I crave them, so lucky for my waterline they usually sell out so quickly I can only grab them a couple of times a year. So delicious.

Counter people have No Personality. Donuts are good. Not awesome, but good. Employees suck, they dont know what it means to be in sales or the service industry. Good service makes the food taste better.

The employees are super nice, and if you make a habit of going there in no time theyll remember your usual and have it ready or ask if thats what you want and they are quick.

Best pumpernickel bagel around, in fact you cant go wrong with any of their baked goods. Wonderful coffee too. Also this is a drive through location so you dont have to get out of the car. Well worth the wait.

Great donuts! Ive always had a quick, pleasant experience here. Ive been coming here for about a year. The coffee is alright. Im not a huge coffee lover, but I dont think its better than Dunkins. I only drink iced coffee and its much better than Starbucks. I ding know how the hot coffee compares.

Have gone there for years but the quality of the coffee has gone down. I have returned coffee on several occasions as it tastes like they ran a gallon of water through a tablespoon of coffee. Not worth the money or time spent waiting.

I prefer Doughnut Inn for their pricing and quality of coffee. Recommend to just go inside as the service is often quicker than drive-thru because many prefer the drive-thru option. The reason this place is not 5 stars is well within their control. With customer service, I should expect to be greeted kindly and not have attitude flung my way because I order an iced coffee from drive through. There is one employee in particular who never seems to be in a good mood, and treats customers like an inconvenience. While the majority of employees are really polite and cordial, this one tends to give the entire establishment a sour taste in my mouth. If you only care about the quality and prices, I strongly recommend here; if you want to consistently be treated respectfully and with dignity, maybe this isnt the place for you.

The honey dipped donuts are just fantastic. They do run out of donuts early, so dont expect a big selection any time after 9:30.

Had a a very bad experience. after about half an hour after drinking my coffee i had jitters really bad and my heart rate sky rocketed!!! i went to a doctor and my heart rate increased to 128 heat beats per minute which is very very bad for a person my age. their coffee must be extramlu strong because i always drink coffee and this never happens to me. never will i ever go back here and i dont recommend it to anyone.

Worst place in history... poor service! Very poor service... I went in around 3 oclock yesterday to get tea and a bottle of water. the two young sloppy girls were distracted with a man, i was at the drive thru, idk what made them become so rude with me as opposed to the man on the inside, however the girl gave me my tea and said have a nice day she slammed the window shut before I can even say thank you or anything at all I stood there waiting for my bottle of water since she was clearly distracted. After waiting for a good minute or so she opened the window gave me the water shut the window again aggressively, looked at me and said youre welcome again I didnt even have a chance to say anything because she was so aggressive and eager to get back to the man I guess she was trying to show off in some sort for this man or maybe she just had a bad day whatever the case maybe she should have not treated me that way I come there often and whatever I am Im still a customer and it is based on customer service I did nothing wrong at that point I was so frustrated I just cussed her out. Not only did they look very sloppy physically sweatpants nasty hair piercings whatever it may have been but they also acted very sloppy had she smiled politely or been kind I wouldnt be so arrogantto judge them by the way they looked. Which is totally irrelevant. Im not a young high school student Im a grown woman who did nothing wrong to these girls and for them to have treated me that way really really angered me. last time for me. ill take my couple of dollars somewhere else, Im sure they prefer male customers better anyways.

Excellent, fresh doughnuts available here at Doughnut Inn at Fairfield circle next to McDonalds. Good coffee and friendly people. Better than Dunkin. There is always a line at the drive-thru and the inside is usually busy. Great butternut, cinnamon, powdered sugar, etc.
