Can definitely work on the price, but other than that, pretty neat and tidy place.

Customer service is atrocious! I went in needing a small repair on my hinge for my shower door and they kept telling me the problem that I was having with the rubber falling out between the glass and hinge was not possible. At this point I am afraid the door is going to break because the metal hinge is hitting the glass every time I use it. That they had never heard it happening before. He told me I shouldnt try to fix myself but would charge me $225 for them to come out and put a piece of rubber under one hinge! And he continued to tell me it was not possible for this rubber piece to fall out! Do not go!

Avoid this place at all costs. Had a simple plexiglass piece made and they got both the width and length wrong and didnt even trim the edges. Brought it back and they gave me attitude and did not fix it right away so I took it home and fixed it myself. Bunch of amateurs and idiots.

Called to inquire about service, told me they were busy for the next 2 weeks and then hung up on me. You can draw your own conclusions.

No one is ever at the shop. I ordered two panes of glass and have called several times and even stopped by to pick them up and no one answered. Not a way to run a business.
