Low price and great service repair for my car window

Was convenient that you can make an appointment to get your glass replaced. I didnt get to shop around because $200 for a new windshield sounded reasonable to me. I still had to wait about 20 min before they took my car, I guess they overbooked? And I noticed the weather stripping around the windshield wasnt 100% in place. I worry water may leak in and mold leading to other issues such as rust etc. Otherwise satisfied.

We have had several windshields from different cars fixed here. Great prices, good service, reliable work. The shop and waiting room arent fancy, but that is how they keep priced down. I highly recommend you contact them before you contact your insurance company. So far their prices are better than our co-pays.

Great prices and friendly staff. Called a second time, got a different quote 🤷🏼‍♂️ The place was fairly fast and they accept credit cards. Located directly next to pick and pull. They got me an appointment the same day that I had called. They offer used windshields at a discounted price.

First one in at 9 hour and a hour and a half on the road again man this is my second time theyre getting a front windshield and service was great and quick and very friendly people highly recommended and the prices were up to $100 less great place for glass auto glass that is

My car got broken into on a Thursday around 10:45am. Frank’s place was the only place that could get me in THAT DAY. Everywhere else couldn’t get me in until the following Wednesday. I had to drive to Lexington, KY, so obviously that was not an option. My car window was fixed in an hour. Go around the corner and check out the hot rods at the transmission shop. The owner there let’s us check out the cars while we waited.

Good people, good service, fair prices, usually done ahead of schedule. Conveniently located next to the junk yard so you can get your geek on while you wait junkster diving for other parts to fix your ghetto bucket.

They r really nice, but they dont wear any masks, and the office is very dirty with only to chairs to set in and they r not sanitized, waited 25mins to find out they sent the glass back, was supposed to call me the next day and they did not. None of the workers wear masks eather. Will not go back.

Great service and saved me 200$+ out the door over a new window along with 200$+ for a bracket that was needed. Ill definitely check with them first next time

Called around 11am and was quoted a great price, but he had to check stick and would call me back. When he called back he said yes and I could come in today. I arrived 20 mins later and was out there 15 mins later. The guy was friendly and extremely h helpful. I am usually uncomfortable dealing with any auto repair issues, but this guy was wonderful.

Great price. Timely. But on way home on freeway, hurt a slapping noise... i guess the passenger side trim was not attached properly.

Got to have the bay area experience and had my small rear door window broken for a little thievery. Thought a weird little window like that was going to be hard to come by, I was going to have to drop my car off for a week, and was going to be super expensive. Nope! From calling them to having my car completely fixed was under two hours. Only 30 minutes at the shop. And it was cheap. Not only that but he also fixed the window that wouldnt roll down as a bonus! 10/10 would recommend.

Took 3 attempts to finally get work done to my front windshield...then a couple days later one side started coming loose...

These folks are amazing! My car was broken into and I needed a window replaced. I called a bit before 5 (they close at 5:30) and they got my car done that day. They were friendly, super helpful and the price was amazing! I also like the idea that they use recycled parts from Pick & Pull next door, as well as new parts. I searched all over for the window I needed. The other places were gonna be a week to a week and a 1/2, waiting on the part. Low price auto glass was able to get it the same day and they installed it the next day. The greatest glass place around.

Sign says open 7 days a week. Website says 7 days a week. Went to see about getting a windshield on my car, called both numbers on their website. The 800 number does not work and no one picked up the local number. Asked the neighboring business and the guy said they havent been open on Sundays in a while.

Great prices since theyre adjacent to an auto junkyard. Got my sunroof replaced here quick and cheap. Got an estimate for $1000 elsewear and this place gave me $230 total. Didnt even charge for the part. Whole thing was done within 30-45 minutes. Highly recommend that you check the lot next door for the part you need. Pick N Pull charges $2 to peruse their big lot of salvage cars and will look up your cars make and model. After you find the part you can give the Auto Glass people your search receipt and theyll retrieve it for you.

My van got broken into and they were able to find me a used replacement and got it installed within the few hours I had available on a busy work day. Very reasonable pricing!

Called last week for a windshield quote and was given a very amazing price! Called yesterday with a little more seriousness about getting it fixed and was given a new quote that was about $10 more, still not bad so I made an appointment for today at 2pm. I arrived about 15 minutes early and thankfully they werent too busy and my car was driven in before 2. They said about 60-90 minutes so I said Id wait. To my amazement right at the 60 minute mark my car was done! The owner gave me the instructions for the next 2-3 days and let me go on my way. i definitely will recommend this company to others and when/if the need arises Ill be back for other fixes!! Thank you guys for your hard work!!

I went to Low Price Auto Glass to replace rear side window on a mercury tracer wagon. I drove from Sacramento, because I loved the price they gave me. I was so happy with that deal I got a windshield too! The boss even gave me a calendar with cool fast cars! Ill be back there if I need anymore windows for my cars.

Had an appointment for glass when I arrived the next day they informed me they did not have the glass and never called me. I had offered to call in the morning to make sure glass would arrive and i was assured not necessary and windshield would be there.

The name says it all! I was recommended Low Price Auto Glass by SHARP Automotive in Benicia when I needed to get a (smashed) window replaced quickly. The price they quoted over the phone was a little over half the price Id been quoted by the big guys online. I guess the big guys have to pay for their higher overheads and ads! It was quicker and cheaper for me to go to their location in Fairfield for the window replacement. There was no waiting - I was in and out in about 30 minutes and at the quoted price.

They were the ONLY ones who could replace my glass in a 99 Buick!!! Everyone else said that they couldnt fine it anymore. This store had it in stock and for a VERY reasonable price!!

Not the fanciest of places but very fast and do a great job and reasonable prices . Same day service with appointment but can leave auto and will be done next day with glass in Stock. Next to Pick and Pull auto dismantlers.

Had my windshield replaced and afterwards, saw an intentionally 2 inch cut in the windshield frame. Seems like the guy cut into the frame to make removing or replacing the windshield easier. Thats intentional damage and just poor business practice on his part.Showed it to the manager and he said he didnt have proof that it was caused by his worker so there was nothing he could do. How about fire the worker, replace the frame or reimburse me for the damage?! Lazy, irresponsible and untrustworthy workers who dont care about your car.

The cost was what sold me to this place but the outcome was definitely what I expected. During the installation, they ended up scratching the heck out of my dash. Just because somewhere is cheap, doesnt mean the quality is as good. When I went and complained about it, they ended up reimbursing me almost 90% of what I paid.

Located in Fairfield they can put any broken window in for an extremely reasonable price!

They could have vacum the glass out of door panels and window frame and wipe down dash.

I scoured the web and these guys had the lowest price + installation I could find in Solano County. I was quoted upwards to $400 to replace the windshield on my 2012 Honda Accord, they charged me $200 out the door.
