Bumped our car pretty good on the Merritt Parkway and they took care of us pretty much right away down to calling Enterprise to send someone to pick us up to get a rental. Car was ready looking/feeling brand new in a few weeks and it needed a fair bit of work/parts. Everyone was really friendly and easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone in that area.

As a funeral home, we must keep our vehicles in A+ condition. We recently scratched one of the cars and called Traynor immediately. Despite them being swamped, they looked at our car in right away understanding our urgency.Russ was very generous and was even able to fix the problem on the spot! So impressed by Traynor. Used based on reviews after getting in a fender bender and they were great about dealing with insurance, arranging for rental, etc....Without a hitch. BUT THEN--I ran over a boulder in the yard and the entire piece of plastic on the front of my Odyssey ripped off. Assumed it would be 1,000 bucks for a car with over 100k miles and didnt want to call insurance. Brought to Traynor for an estimate, told them the sitch, and on the spot, they took out a screwdriver and reattached the plastic RIGHT THERE FOR NO CHARGE AT ALL. Easily could have sold me on the repair, but intuited what i needed, and earned a customer for life. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended auto body shop - weve taken our cars there on a number of occasions and wouldnt go anywhere else in Fairfield. Fairly priced and they do excellent work. Weve worked with Rick and hes gone out of his way to help us on a number of occasions. Recently, Im embarrassed to admit that I messed up the drivers side door just two weeks after they had repaired it. They fixed it at no charge!

Very good quality of work, honest, and fair pricing

Terrible experience. Chipped paint in obscure places, new wheel well trim that was chipped, 3 days longer than originally estimated (I can actually live with this if it meant a quality job), broke my shift knob (and when I picked it up after they were supposed to fix it -- they accepted responsiblity and ordered the new part - they said that they wouldnt replace it and I had to bring it to the dealership), bent support bar on the door they had to repair, and left the car absolutely filthy (they dry wiped the interior after leaving it in a dirt lot with the door off...dirt smears everywhere and caked dirt in the creases of the seat).The most telling sign of the workmanship here is the shift knob. It immediately fell off when I shifted the car into Drive. When I walked back into the shop, the rep said that didnt happen here. If it wasnt for wet glue all over my hand and broken piece, I have no idea how I could have won this arguement. The cover-up attempt was poor, thankfully.Insurance verified my gripes (and then some). The entire job was re-done at another auto body shop. Save yourself a headache and avoid this shop.
