This is the best UPS store in No.Va. I have used them for at least 5 year and always experienced great customer serviceI just shipped an awkward 6 ft tall piece of driftwood to S.C. Alex designed a one of a kind shipping crate and arrange specialized handling. If you are ever considering shipping 1 or 2 special pieces around 150 lbs you should call the Fair Lakes Circle store and ask for Alex
My first time using this UPS store and it surely won’t be my last. Rienne (Ryan) was excellent to work with - great customer service - top notch employee!. The shop was clean and very organized. I highly recommend going to this location for all of your shipping needs.
This has been my “go to” UPS store for years. Honestly, it’s my “go to” shipping store of any kind. Everyone there is extremely helpful, professional friendly. They go out of their way to make it easy for you to not only ship, but print and a number of other services. There are times that I simply email them photos, and they will print them out, let me know when they’re done and have them ready for me when I arrive. Rain is especially helpful. When I revised my Will recently, he notarized, printed and emailed it to me. I also buy a significant amount of stuff off of Amazon, their bulk return service is so helpful. I don’t have to box it up, I just bring it in let them scan the code and we’re done. I saw a previous review about that service, and I don’t know what that woman is talking about, everyone who ships their stuff back to Amazon knows that you have to call Amazon with any problems, not UPS. They only do the shipping, and they do it efficiently and professionally. Also, I can’t tell you how often I have forgotten or lost a label, and they have been so kind as to just simply let me email it to then and they print it or they scan it from my phone. They don’t nickel and dime you, either. The cost is the cost and don’t charge for something like printing the label. They have saved me many times. Thank you for the support
This is a top notch shipping facility. I have used several other shipping stores and services over the years but this store is the best! Fast service! Great pricing! Tons of shipping boxes and supplies in stock to properly pack and ship whatever you may need shipped.

I love this UPS store. I moved to the area (from Seattle) 18 months ago. I have used this store since my move for my PO Box mail box address until I found a permanent place and permanent address.Also, I use this store to deliver all my packages. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. They handle all my packages with great care, and they are always ready and willing to answer any and all of my questions. This place is THE pace to ship packages and handle all of your shipping needs. They make it easy to manage all types of packages, no matter the size. I shipped a few items to Australia recently and the staff and ownership were very friendly and accommodating.

As soon as I walked in the staff greeted me. I had a lot of packages to send and one of the team members (Riain) worked diligently to help with me with my requests. Dropped off an Amazon return item and received a mailing label on 12/06/2020. On 12/15, no update had been made to the package location. I called the store for assistance only to be told that it is handled by corporate. It that is so, train employee to deliver the message in a more helpful way (e.g., although you dropped off a package here and have a printed tracking number, misplaced packages are investigated centrally by our corporate office. Let me give the number.). Instead of, you need to call corporate for that.

This place is fantastic! Usually I hate going to the UPS stores because my closet store has a policy of charging five dollars to print a shipping label. Madness. This store nothing but good vibes. I got a label printed at no charge. Raine even went as far as to email the label to the store on my behalf. The store has a great group of professionals. I will continue to drive out of my way to give this location my business.
Literally walked in there to ship two shoe size boxes out yesterday around 6:42. There were two gentleman working at the time, one was helping a client and the other quickly got up to assist me. I let him know I had to ship two boxes out I had one box all sealed up and ready to go, the other still needed the package slip to be put on top, he said dont worry Ill take care of it, gave me my tracking number and I was all set. Literally took 1 minute. Time is so valuable to me and to have someone assist me quickly and promptly is the best experience I could ask for. Ill be shipping things out of here repeatedly, I will be sure to update as I go along.
Today is 05-11-2020 and I entered this location approximately at 12:30PM.When approaching the door I noticed the three employees inside were not wearing masks and there was no plastic screen barrier as most other business have these days. At the threshold of the door I asked the employees, you guys dont wear masks?. One employee replied, no, if youre not comfortable with that you dont have to come in. The employee said in front of the manager, I asked the older gentleman if he was the franchisee of this location and he said yes.I think the employees response to me was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I understand there is no requirement declared by the Governor here in Virginia but I think out of an abundance of caution and for the sake of everyone doing their part to help get everything back to normal all people everywhere should probably just use a mask.If you prefer to be safer than sorry avoid this location.

Always great courteous service. Im a new customer, but it didnt take more than a couple of weeks for most of the employees to recognize me, and they go check my mailbox before I even have a chance to do so myself. Good people, doing a great job.
Ive been to this store several times for printing and parcel drop-off. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Even when I arrived minutes before they were to lock the door, the staff still went back to help me just so that I can save another trip. Highly recommend!!!

Called this store to have a mailbox opened for my business. Unless it is a availability issue, a customer should have the option to select a box size per his business needs and volume. Somehow, the privately operated and owned local store does not agree. It requires a medium size box for business and blaming that on their computer not being able to take business name for small box. Illogical. Then i called another three ups local stores in the area. None of these stores have this requirement and the nonsense excuses. They had all confirmed that the box owner had the option to pick a size suitable for his needs. So I wonder why this local store is targeting business owner. Unfair practices, right? I am certain I will be welcomed as a new customer in other local stores in the area. AND cheaper!
Always come here since it’s close to my work. Usually cheaper than usps, and the staff is sweet and the place is organized. I’m always in and out within 10 minutes.
I was in a rush to catch a flight and called ahead to see if this location could assist me. When I arrived, they were busy, but had my print job completed and queued in the register so I could pick-up, pay and continue in my haste.Thank you for a great job!
While I have had no negative experiences thus far, I feel like a 1 star review is necessary based solely on the UPS owners responses to customer feedback through the rating system. While the owner is correct in stating that a business must take certain precautions to ensure a positive revenue stream, that is no excuse to treat customers in such a negative and harsh way through responses to comments. The harsh treatment of customers over the internet represents the ownwrs inability to treat customers with respect in person.

I met the owner, Mark, six months ago. I highly recommend his services to everyone. The staff is very personable and always giving genuine customer service. Mark and his staff now handle all of the marketing for my business including printing menus, direct mailers, coupons, magnets, and much more.
This store is a rip-off - they charged me $5 for a package to be picked-up in their location. The management was rude This charge was note indicated by UPS when the package was shipped, only when I went to pick up my package they informed me of a $5 storage fee. Rude and unprofessional for this surprise charge. The management even threatened to ship my package back unless I paid the fee. They literally held my package hostage.
I was there on a Saturday morning. The three staffs were super friendly and helpful, and one of them even helped me carry my package from my car to the store. I would very much visit this store again in the future.
I frequent this UPS location often for printing. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There has not been one time when I have walked into the store that I was not greeted, even when they are busy. The few times I had questions or needed assistance, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

I love that every time I come into my UPS, the staff knows me and always takes care of my packaging and shipping needs. Also, they are so very friendly and patient with me as I unload my hot pink wagon with presents for the grandchildren!

I experienced the Trifecta of bad business practices at this Fair Lakes Circle store - extremely rude, incompetent and over-priced.Avoid these UPS Stores whenever possible. They come in a distant second when compared to the regular UPS. The poor treatment I received at the Fair Lakes Circle Store prompted me to take my package (a return) to the UPS Customer Center on Stonecroft Blvd in Chantilly. There I was met with courteous, professional service - and the return shipment there was free!
Bad customer service, I lost my package which I sent on emergency basis by paying extra money. I had to transport it all the way from another country and handed over to UPS to ship it to a different location. But as they are supposed to talk to me or help me by following up on the package, instead they just said they cant do anything or call their other investigation department, but all they can do is wait. Worst experience ever. I would give no star to this.
Called and asked them about having them come and pick up a package from my house. Was told only the manager could do it, he wouldnt be back until next week, ad that its up to him whether or not he will do it. Will never bother this place again.

I called in twice today to inquire about a business mailbox. I didnt get either one of the employees names, but they both were extremely helpful, kind and professional. Needless to say, I will be opening my mailbox at this location.
