This ice cream is a guilty pleasure have had just about every flavor

I wanted to support businesses that are open as much as I can since they have been affected negatively due to covid. I was at the mall last Friday and decided to get a smoothie from HD when I saw there was no customer in the store. The young lady working there was very helpful. I didnt know there is a diary free smoothie, and she asked which do I prefer... Diary or non-dairy. The mango smoothie was delicious!! I am really glad that I got it. I am also glad that I can tip with my credit purchase since I didnt have any cash with me. Highly recommend the mango smoothie. 😋

I love haagen-dazs ice cream,Coffee is my favorite flavor, I think everybody should try this out you can make sundaes, frappes. The shop is beautiful and super clean, the service is professional, I always feel satisfied to come here :-)

What a lovely classic ice cream parlor! The service is top notch, we were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in. We never waited more than five minutes to get our ice cream.(And we went 3 days in a row, 4 if you count the airport location.) You are handed a menu when you arrive so reading all of the options occupies the wait. The ice cream is fantastic, our favorites were the rum bisque and the butter pecan!

Its just great ice cream. The cashier/server was very polite. She could use a hand in there from time to time as it had gotten a little busy in she was on her own. Again its Haagen Dazs....

The best shakes at the mall. Must stop here and grab one . Excellent music always being played inside the store. Amazing customer service.

Came in at 8:55 on Friday evening. My son tried to order a milkshake but was told they weren’t making milkshakes because they had already cleaned the machine. I asked what time the store closed and was told 9:30. I asked the young woman at the register if it was normal practice to shut down the machines 35 minutes before closing and she said yes. She also told me management was aware of this practice. If this is true, this is terrible practice and will not give you repeat customers. I ordered one scoop of Rocky Road in a cup and it was soupy from melting before I left the store.I don’t recommend this location at all.
