Very friendly staff. We stopped in right as they opened, they are under new management and were celebrating a reopening. A great location to sit outside and enjoy some cold ice cream. There is seating just in front, and plenty of tables across the street in the park as well. Classic Ben & Jerry’s flavors, and a few new that I haven’t seen before. Thanks for the great service, we’ll be back!

Wonderful first experience today! I got upset with my boyfriend because he didn’t want ice cream with me and i guess my attitude was visible when i walked off. Ulyssy (Guy with long black hair) pulled him to the side and said he heard what i said and gave him ice cream so i wouldn’t be mad at him. Very funny and more than great customer service i hope hes the manager because he managed that situation perfectly!!! He should look into couples therapy because he ended a long argument with that ice cream lol we will definitely come back

The bathroom was a bit dirty, but the serving area/where you got your ice cream was very nice. Also, the tables outside were a great addition! Now you can safely eat outside with your friends and family. Staff are very nice, but sometimes can mix up your order (mine has been mixed up 3 or 4 times and I come here like 60 days a year.) One year I ordered an ice cream cake and the wait was actually quite short, but they ended up mixing up my cake flavor order somehow. Anyways, nice place, nice people. Only complaint is that they mix up quite a lot of my orders!!

Nice place in the walkable fairfax corner area. Responsibly serving to go orders with plenty of out door tables right outside and at the shard patio area, great for families. New management this year that is very responsive and helpful. Several different ice cream based options and good number of flavors. 1 bathroom inside.

Prefer Ice cream sprinkled with jimmies not liberal dogma supporting Hamas. Just what American needs since we are facing an obesity epidemic: 2 scoops that serve up an AVERAGE 14 grams of saturated fat with 25 grams of processed sugar. Chunky Monkey? A cute name but a frightening ingredients list, it has 90 PER CENT OF YOUR DAILY SATURATED FAT IN JUST 2 SCOOPS, 18 grams! All for about $9. Ben and Jerrys: poster child for what ails America.

Loved the staff in this place. They follow all the COVID guidelines for social distancing and taking precautions. Ice-cream is great as usual!!

I ordered Salty Caramel Blondie this time. I Always come to Ben & Jerry’s at Fairfax Corner location. Ice cream and movie theater is always very good combination. Sometimes the family come here before the movie. Sometimes I come here to wait for picking up my kid and his friends because the movie they wanted to watch is not my type. 🤣

We were there yesterday at 9:35 PM (closing time was 10PM). Overall I have no issues with Ben & Jerrys ice cream however the customer service at this location was poor. The cashier told me ice creams on fridge number two next to the cash register were going to be put away because they are about to close in 20 minutes... I was very disappointed as we wanted two flavors from that fridge.... Couple of moments later a group of six customer walked in who were told the same... My question to the store manager or supervisors is why close the store at 10:00 when all of your products are not going to be available after 9:30 might as well just close everything at 9:30... Beside its not much of a effort to put a butterpaper on ice cream containers as part of closing process. This was totally understandable if it was a full-blown restaurant with a kitchen....

Ugliest cake Ive ever seen. Looked like lint more than clouds, no idea what happened to the lettering, icing was cracked dry, discolored, and uneven, almost no cookie crumb center, and still charged $60+. Had me over a barrel - either I have no cake for 30+ kids and adults that day or accept the hideous thing. NEVER ORDER A CAKE FROM THEM!

This is a really cute shop which has a variety of ice cream flavors but Ill always be sticking to vanilla!! They also have a variety of smoothies and shakes if youre not in the mood for ice cream. I love the area where this shop is located and I love the fact that they have outdoor seating! This is also a great place to people watch haha

First time visiting here along with a friend and I really loved their service. They have a cashier and a server. Their server was very friendly and kind and I enjoyed my time there. Most of their menu are combinations of flavors and few arent. I got a Mini Chocolate Chip for my friend and Chocolate Therapy for myself. Its a perfect place to visit for summer and they even have outside seating available.

Delicious, yet pricey, ice cream.

No complaints. Good place to get dessert after you eat out. Good location, very convenient, came here after my costal flats lunch.

The ordered product, a cake, was outstanding. They need to work on management, though, as it was not ready at the requested pick up time.

Ben and Jerrys is great for a small treat every once in a while. The servings are just right but the prices are really high. I know its high end ice cream but its not as good as some of the small mom and pop places in the area.

Always great, flavorful ice cream!! Service was good. Did have to ring the cowbell on the counter to get the employees attention in the back room, it was a slow weeknight. She came out in a timely manner, smiled and offered my girls samples of a couple flavors they wanted to try.

This Ben and Jerrys store has without a doubt the best service I have ever encountered in retail. The associates at the store allowed us to enter near closing and sold to us even though they were meant to close. Highly recommend to any or all ice cream enthusiasts!

I always take waffle cones and everytime I take one the ice cream in it leaks. Their cones always have holes and I have never finished an ice-cream without it leaking on my dress. I did not face this problem in other Ben and Jerrys.

There was only one person working today, but she was very friendly and even went out of her way to assist us in getting a specialty cone. And of course, the ice cream was phenomenal.

We ordered a custom ice cream cake for our daughters birthday. The process was easy, the staff was friendly, the cake was exactly what she wanted, and they even wrote our funky cake message exactly the way we asked. Very pleased.

Not what it used to be. The ice cream is good, but the portions and prices dont match up. Better off buying the pints at your local grocery store.

This place definitely needs adult supervision! No line but no staff to be seen. Had to wait for someone to come out. First time credit card machine was broken so they o ly took cash. Second time ordered a smoothie and ended up with a water ice with a straw! Next time Ritas!

Hard to complain when every employee is extremely friendly. Always experienced quality service. The ice cream cake ordered more recently was extremely well put together and tasted excellent.

Expensive while the ice cream was alright. Nothing great to justify $5 for a kids cup!!! Better ice creams at reasonable prices are available else where or may be this store doesn’t make the ice creams well.

Its a small store, so you might not find a seat. However, the plaza outside offers a beautiful place to eat your amazing ice cream or shake. Mmmm. This is the best chain store ice cream you can find.

This place has the worst customer service. I ordered a cake for my wife on 10 June with a 22 June pickup. I showed up and was told that there was no cake and the manager must have contacted me. I received no email or phone call. The employees tried calling the manager and they did not answer the phone.

Being an ice cream fan, I have already tried different ice cream bars in the area, but so far, I havent found any thats as good as this one. I will stay a customer for as long as I am an ice cream fan.

Awful. Long line, crowded, bathrooms were disgusting, the oldest person working there couldnt have been over 19. I ordered a shake and it was the worst shake Ive ever had. Practically plain milk with a few morsels of chocolate and it cost me $7! Unbelievable.

The turds working tonight ignored and didnt serve a 7 year old after he waited in line 2 times while I was outside with a dog. When a sweet lady helped him the 3rd time... after he came out crying, they shorted him $5 in change. This place is terrible
