Google support recommended that get my phone fixed by this company. Visited their website, requested and scheduled a curbside Drop-off of my phone, arrived, they asked for my phone number and came to my vehicle, so I could drop the phone in a plastic box that some guy put near my driver side window of my vehicle. They contacted me every day with updates. Dropped off my phone on June 30, my phone was repaired on July 2, cost covered by Google extended warranty and I picked up my phone on June 3. I called before arrival and asked them to pickup the phone at curbside, they brought a receipt for me to sign, handed my phone to me and said that the receipt has been emailed to me. I confirmed that the email was sent to me before leaving the parking lot and the guy that handed the phone to me waited there while I check my email via my phone. Really nice people and they do good work!

Service from the store in Fairfax was exceptional. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly, very reasonably priced. This will be my go-to place from now on for tech repairs.

This is the best all of these other location. They are fast they are respectful and suggested a good screen cover before I left. Other ubreak locations take note of this location on how to be prompt and respectful. Not only that they had the part in stock and did lie about stuff. This is the go-to place

I was quite impressed on a fixing of a kids laptop screen broken. They gave me a quote that was the higher than the final bill since they found cheaper parts even with Covid shortages. Just that effort alone was a huge plus! The screens resolution was better than ever and the customer service was amazing. Would highly recommend!

My phone was water damaged so i got a new LCD screen and protector. service was quick, affordable, and courteous.unfortunately, a week after i got the new phone screen and protector installed, they began cracking all over in a way that had never happened with over a year of normal wear and accidentally dropping the phone with my previous screen and protector. called to ask about it and was told that they wouldn’t do anything about it because “it’s not guaranteed that the protector will protect the screen”. what?? i thought i got a good deal but it turned out to be sort of a rip-off. $100 and a few weeks of normal use later my phone works, but looks terrible.

Tried to repair a phone for the first time after I broke the screen. Call and they quickly diagnosed it over the phone and gave me a price of $159 to order the screen and repair it. Waited just 3 days for the screen to come in made an appointment drop the phone off and it was repaired in a couple hours very satisfied helpful staff and excellent experience.

I have been there 3 times now thanks to having 3 teenagers with iPhones. I always get the AppleCare plus, but since I am beyond the 2 year warranty on them, so awesome to have another great Brick and Mortar store that does an excellent job repairing the phones! They repaired a shattered cell phone screen. I made the appointment online and they immediately contacted me to establish a work order and order the required part. It took 6 days to get the part. They called to say it was received, got me in that afternoon and about 90 minutes later I was on my way back home.On the downside, I received a 10% discount coupon online but they did not honor it saying Samsung sets the price. I thought they would at least discount the labor. Just an empty corporate gesture, I suppose. Also, I had previously emailed the Contact Us link on the national website about electronics recycling. I was told any location will accept electronics and accoutrements for recycling. This location gave me a different version of that policy.

I dropped an extra phone off today for a screen replacement. The gentlemen in the store were quick, efficient, knowledgeable and kind. We had a great experience.

I don’t what to say about ubreakifix other than they are prompt and professional. They do good work on time using the right parts and the job is finished when they say it will be (or early). If you need a quick fix on an electronic device this should be on your list of go tos

Shattered screen of iPhone 7 was fixed within 40 min. Looks like new!!!. I was offered to replace a battery after testing and tempered glass screen protector. Considering that this phone will be used by my young son, I thought it was a good idea. The staff is very considerate and polite. Prices are reasonable for our area, I paid in total for three items around 115.00 after taxes .

My iphone7 Plus had a shattered screen and these guys made it like new in less than an hour for $89 + tax. Very professional, knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I had.They also put a screen protector I had brought with me for no extra charge. And it’s done really well without any air bubbles or such.They did some quick before&after tests to check if there are any issues. I was asked for the passcode but declined to provide it. So they did the tests when I was there while dropping off and picking up.I highly recommend them for this work.

UBreakiFix has been taking care of my.phone repairs for some time now, even when a screen popped out under warranty! They have been great at repairing my Motorola phones.

Contacted them when I noticed the battery expanding in my Moto G6. They were able to order the battery within a couple of days and repaired my phone within the timeframe promised (dropped it off during lunch, picked it up after work). Price was less than what I had originally been quoted and less than what it would have cost me in aggravation if I had tried doing it myself. Phone battery is performing like when the phone was new.

Great service, fast work from all of the individuals I spoke with. I am very skeptical of electronic repair places and at first I thought a mall outlet like this would be a dime-a-dozen quality wise but I googled best repair in the area and ended up here. I have a PS4 Pro that had a broken hdmi port, usually I would try fixing myself but this specifically requires soldering skill. Sent it in by mail, free 1-day shipping printed from their website. They called and let me know what the expected cost was and that payment isnt due until they test it and its confirmed fixed. They called and let me know that the hdmi needs to be replaced but the disk drive looks broken from liquid damage I was unaware of, at that point would be so expensive to fix I should just buy new one. I told him I couldnt afford to pay for the hdmi to be fixed just to see if the disc drive works and to throw it out or recycle if they need to, conversation ambiguously ended with rep saying he would update me. Lo and behold he called later and they went ahead and fixed it and made sure the disc drive worked even though they knew I wouldnt be able to afford to pay for the hdmi if the disc drive didnt work, I figured they would just throw it out but they did it anyway - great service!

UPDATE!Brenda the owner is awesome! I talked to her about the issues we were having with the iPad and she asked me to take it back to the store. If it was determined the battery they replaced was faulty they would give me a new one. Just picked up my iPad and things seem better! Thank you Brenda for your help!Took my sons iPad in for a broken screen. They called and said the battery was not working to full capacity and since they had it open already they could replace the battery along with the screen. We agreed. This was in September 2020. The iPad has never been the same. My son would get two hours tops out of a complete charge. Now we get twenty minutes. I called and because we are past the 90 day guarantee they said the best they could do was replace it for half the price. I’m sorry but a brand new battery should NOT die within three months. His old battery worked better then this new one and that was 5 years old. Terrible customer service! Don’t recommend at all!!!

Great service! Sadly broke my phone screen the other night. One place I was going to take it estimated 3 days. This is my only phone and in case of emergency or anyone trying to reach me that was not feasible. I scheduled a home visit with ubreakifix and they showed up in the designated window and had my phone back in under an hour. As good as new! Would definitely recommend (but hope to not need again!)

Everything almost done right... the fix itself brought the phone back to life... the only exception to the process was not being contacted via email once the repair was completed... I had to check the website to know that the repair was finished. Given the phone was being repaired, a text or a call proved useless... that said, please pay attention to the customer directions when they provide information on how to be contacted.

My iPhone X had the manufacturer defect where the touch screen becomes completely unresponsive. I couldnt back up my phone because I couldnt unlock my phone to allow accessories to be used. I took my phone into UBreakiFix to have my data backed up for me. They said they would call in a couple of hours when it was done. A couple of hours pass and they called me letting me know that they had fixed the small issue resulting in the screen not working and that I could come pick it up at no charge if I wanted to back it up myself at home. They could have backed it up anyways. They could have charged me anyways. But they just let me get my fixed phone for free. Thats great customer service. Highly recommend them if you need anything fixed!

Super professional staff. Had water damage and they cleaned my phone and told me what was wrong internally and what would needed replacing. They were honest about telling me that I would probably need a new phone after a week so it was probably best just to get a new one. Gave my phone back free of charge!

These people are great! They are fast, courteous, knowledgeable and totally reliable. At my first visit they helped me resurrect my 4s by replacing the battery while I waited at a better price than anyone else I called. I went to them at the strong recommendation of my teacher in a class I was taking on cellphone photography. Im trying to get six more months out of my 4s until the iPhone 8 comes out. The second visit was because my 4s was recording video with barely audible, muffled audio. They ran a diagnostic (which is always free) which was normal and checked the online iPhone forum for me which had nothing on this issue. At this point they were very intrigued and determined to solve my problem. As it turned out they found that the tiny microphone inlet was clogged with lint, removed it and my phone was back to normal! And here I was thinking I would have to turn it in for a 7s when I wanted to wait for the 8. This problem is rare since people dont hang on to their model as long as I do. They spent a half hour with me and refused to charge me anything saying that they enjoyed the challenge and were delighted that I was delighted with the result. They are exceptional!

I dropped my phone 5 times and completely shattered my back and front glass. Finally got it repaired because the screen stopped working properly.They replaced my screen, back glass, and battery, all for less than 1/3 cost of the phone.They were very friendly and did it in just about an hour.I highly recommend their repair work.

My screen on my Pixel 3a was broken. The guys here were extremely friendly and the repair was done very fast. They are certified by Google for repairs so that gave me a lot of comfort for the quality of the replaced parts. The staff explained the repair to me and made sure I knew what I was paying for. Wow. What a lifesaving location! I work for Instacart and my phone is my job, so when it fried and needed to be reset, the team at this location helped me get back on my way as fast as they could. The staff there conveyed and displayed genuine customer service, care, and compassion for how upsetting having a broken smart phone can be in this day and age. Brenda (the owner, I hope I got her name right) was especially hospitable and honestly made me forget I was in an electronics store.
