I would highly recommend this store for people from the South Korean community. Sales people and signage around the store are in Korean. My sales person was very confused I had some trouble explaining to her that I needed a replacement cable for my phone charger. In the end what should have taken 5 minutes max to ring up took 25 because she needed to look up my account and asked me my password just to buy a charger. I will never go to that location again.
I do not recommend this store. I tried to make a return and they acted like it was not an att store and they didn’t wanted to do business with my kind, they told me that I have to go to “an att store” down the road. Smdh Stat away and go to a “real ATT store.
I had a great experience getting a replacement phone. Much better service than the Mall.

Horrible manager who has 0 tolerance for complaints. If you ever have a complaint do not even try talking to him. I have been a customer of this manger for years and whenever you bring up a complaint he will interrupt you and have an excuse at every corner of your complaint. It also makes it that much worse if youre a Korean as you cannot talk with an older person casually or with a slightly more aggresive demeanor because they take that as a sign of disrespect. Thus after I said Hey man he therefore concluded we were even after I put in a complaint in person.
I always go here because the service and the staff is always exceptional. They always try to give you the best deal and always offer options. The manager was very helpful when I went in to upgrade my phone. No wonder I’ve been going to the same store for almost 5+ years. The staff has always been helpful and I know that once I have to upgrade or get a new phone, I’ll be going to them before anywhere else. Always the best. Thanks guys!
I had called a few times with no response and after the 3rd or 4th call the manager answered projecting his anger after dealing with a difficult customer before me. I can understand if he is going through some frustration but it isnt difficult to pick up and politely ask to hold for awhile as he deals with the client infront of him and to project his anger at me because of another customer does not make me feel welcomed nor is it right/fair

We went to the store this morning to upgrade 2 phones and get 4 new phones. The staff were professional, highly skilled with the new products including S20+, courteous, and provided outstanding customer services. We were so pleased with the services we received from Manoj and Ricardo. Cannot thank them enough for their patience as we not good at technology.

Slow, rude, not helpful
The store was very clean and organized.The owner was very knowledgeable with company system and with phone.He spend hours to upgrade my husbands and my phone until were satisfied with all processing.I greatly appreciate with his kindness and patience.
My 87 year old friend, limited eyesight, with an iPhone on my Att plan went into the store with an easy user problem on her phone. She was humiliated, pressured to buy a newer phone and embarrased. There were no other customers and the only thing she interrupted was a movie,The solution was very simple for anyone with good eyesight and some knowledge of the settings. Did I mention she is 87 years old and trying very hard to learn new things her friends don’t even attempt?I won’t send her there ever again for help.
Im sure it is a fine store if youre Korea. Because I was not Korean no one would wait on me or help me after 20 minutes of being there. They told me I had to wait for others ahead of me. But as new Korean customers came in they kept telling me would take longer and longer before they could help me. Finally I left and went to a different AT&T store and bought my new phone there.

Today My dad and I went to this Location to look at phones, when we went there wasnt any lines and wait time. Jay Lee is a awesome, caring and professional worker .if he doesnt know anything on Samsung Watches he asks the owner for help.
The owner is rude. He leaves out informations just to sell the products, and is not clear. He does not listen to clients problem, instead he just repeats his statements which was you must have misunderstood me, possibly because you cannot speak korean well.
I get a lots of calls and take heavy photos for my job sites, this store always took care my phone update or new phone. Always BIG Thanks!
Had no issues when going here. Nothing bad but nothing excellent. I went in to get some info about cellphone plans. Prices given were normal but I didnt intend to buy anything since I stopped in since I initially was in the area to get duck donuts

A security deposit of $ 500 was required for opening a new number.After opening, I contacted the people around me.If you have an I-20, most of the time you did not require a separate security deposit at another location.After that, I went to the store and asked for a deposit refund.There are no instructions or explanations.
All staff are friendly. It was great that the staff explained kindly to other plans as well as what I wanted. It is especially recommended for Koreans.
