Had guy put a new battery in my iPhone 11 because the battery life was bad. Got it back and now the face recognition doesn’t work. Guy didn’t do anything to fix or compensate me for breaking my expensive phone. Update: actually the guy either broke my iPhone screen or replaced it with a non apple screen without telling me. Do not ever go to this place. This store is either totally irresponsible or totally corrupt. So pretty much I just paid the guy $90 to break my phone.
