The store is very clean and appealing. Variety of chocolates and delicious chocolate covered strawberries are available here. Look out for sales as you can find good ones at times. Definitely a good location if you are looking for a treat for yourself or someone else.

Was meaning to try the trufflata for some time as its not available where i live. Was so excited to try it and so glad. Tasted so good and rich and chocolatey. Got my chocolate fix :)

Went there to meet tinder girl she thought I was a customer. The chocolate sounds like it tastes good, but I cant afford it. She gave me chocolate strawberries though and they were pretty good. GODIVA CHANGED MY LIFE.

Tiny store in the middle of Fair Oaks Mall that has lots of chocolate selections including a soft serve ice cream machine.

Freshly made chocolate.. mouth watering test.. little costly but worth.. please try at least one time..

The place is nice..But the people are not so friendly. They think of themselves as if they are coming from some European Royal family. Thats why Im taking 2 stars out.

I recently quit Godiva at fairoaks by how unfair they were and how bad of a place they are. Key holders boss the choclatiers around as if they are the manager. Even my coworkers saw it and thats why people were quitting. Key holders refuse to mop, wash dishes and even take out the trash. Since I worked there i know how it is. Staff can we rude to customers. The berries that are dipped have had mold on them and when I told my DM and manager they told me I could use the ones that were not touched by mold making me never want to eat their fruit again. The DM cut everyones hours and gave the newest employee the most hours. Im pretty sure that was sexist. But aside from that when asked for more hours he said we didnt have the money, but then hired new employees. Godiva is a horrible store and would recommend not going.

The place is out of employees.. a lot of times you waiting for too long to get a piece of chocolate because someone is taking their time at the register and their only one active register so it’s sucks

Horrible staffThe manager is very immature. In one of the reviews posted here was said very true about Godiva staff espicially the manager. The co worker who quit was told by another worker there that the manager said he would bash her name for the things said about them. For a grown 40 year old man to bash ( which were his exact words) an 18 year old for saying facts online and quitting is childish. She has texts from the coworkers saying it and have them saved. If the manager continues this it will be reported to a higher rank in Godiva for such immature rude and bullying behavior. Those are the people who run the Fairoaks Godiva. The fact that no one can apologise and fix the problems that need to be fixed show how bad the customer service is. Again be noted that there will be higher complaints if the manager and or other staff continue to say these things to their current employees about the past ones.
