I don’t understand this location. I’ve been here maybe 5,6 times and the times I’ve gone are spaced out usually a week in between however no matter when I go to this location it always looks as if the store is about to be shut down because there’s nothing on the shelf.I understand the store being short stocked during the pandemic on tissue and certain items but for the most part every aisle outside of the food is the same; everything is either knocked over or missing and the staff doesn’t seem to even care.They sell items that work is if something has spilled over on them and they still just sitting on the shelf instead of putting them in the damages are selling them for a reduced price no one wants to buy sticky cleaning supplies.Overall, location needs to do better. Sadly I usually only see establishments like this in a predominantly black neighborhood and it really needs to come to a stop. I don’t understand why locations are not being properly managed.

Worst customers service ever. I was at this location looking for a case of water. When I asked employees for assistance, they’re response was I’m new so I cant help you” after receiving this response for a third time i walked out.

I needed some bird seed and as I approached the door and employee was standing outside with her mask pulled down, mouth and nose exposed. She said I cant come in the store without my mask on. I informed her I was fully vaccinated and she replied with go on about your business. Rude! Wont be shopping here in the future too ghetto.

This is the worst story I have ever seen ! Trash everywhere and went to pay for my nail clippers and the lady said she had no change.. Never going back.

I called this location seeking a specific item. The person answered the phone was very short and hardly allowed me to ask for the item. Her statement was No we dont have any, and we are closed right now for inventory, very short and abrupt. Bad customer service skills period

Store is usually in disarray, but this particular day they were in the process of stocking. Bought some butter danish cookies in the blue tin can and they didnt taste good at all. Returned them to the store and the manager only refunded money back on two cans. I bought 3. Probably wont be shopping there anytime soon!!

Associate Sheshe I guess that’s her name very rude and unprofessional was at the register when I tried to check out and she just abruptly walked away with some rude commentary before and after incident was not working apparently just standing around looking around

Employees continued to harass me during my shopping exper will not be back here again

Went for white t shirts l. They had them . But the price was marked up a entire $1.25 . And price wasnt shown. Only x out with a black marker. And was told at the register.

Family dollar usually has everything my family needs. I am enjoying the new location and more room. The staff are professional. Especially the managers. Tonight was a little busy and she was working alone. Please get them some help. Safety first.Thank you.

Clean store. Store layout is very organized. I go in and quick grab the things I need. One day I went the staff were not friendly, and the line was very long. My last visit the cashier was nice and the line was short and quick. So I guess they have their days.

Employees refuse to serve me bc I didn’t have a mask on when they were multiple people in the store without a mask on. Cashier also refused get a manager when requested.

Poor customer service. Dirty bathrooms and dirty building.

Today the young lady cashier was friendly and there were two registers open the store is getting better so I gave an extra star for effort they are still a little slow but they have gotten better so if they can find someone to stock and keep things organized & most of all get better lighting inside and outside of the store it could be an ok place to shop.

Personnel is awesome. When you cant find what you are looking for, just the workers. Without hesitation they will assist.

Every time I come to this store the line is out the door. Better management needed. Always full of scalawags. Listening to someone cuss behind me in front of the elderly and children and talking about getting high. I do not recommend this store.

Ive never had an issue at this store. Always find what I need and the employees are usually helpful. The lines to the cashier is usually long though never had a grab and go experience.

I was the last customer before they closed, and they couldnt have been nicer! Even made sure that I checked for any possible coupon savings. Great experience!

Walked inside Dollar Tree withy diaper bag and was told I could not shop unless I left it in the front I inform the cashier a monitor for my baby was there it helps me keep up with him n his breathing . Im a new mom why should my diaper bag be left in a front with a monitor watching my baby heart monitor be left in the front with strangers n my credit cards n the side pockets
