Worst moving company ever!!! 15 years ago they were great, so used them to move in 2020 (my mistake). Guy in charge of packing our house was leaving the company (it was his last day). How well do you think our belongings were packed? The crew onsite used our furniture for their smoke break, nothing against smokers but we dont smoke. Extremely unprofessional and the quality of the pack was horrendous. Wanted insurance, they knew in advance we wanted insurance but the pack/documentation was so bad we couldnt get insurance. Walk away, no run away from this company!!!!

These three gentlemen are professionals, fast and careful they handled my house hold goods extremely well they just got done today and I have never experience how easy it is with sourdough movers would recommend to anyone they even helped me move some stuff that I am taking with me on my journey to my next duty station. They wrapped and boxed everything thoroughly to my preference and had no prob taking special attention to the way I wanted my things handed. 👏👏👏🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

We were extremely happy with Sourdough Transfer. Working with Karen and Monica was productive and enjoyable. Both were responsive and delivered what they said.The guys that came and packed us up were polite, friendly and did a great job. We have not had one glass or dish broken. Our st7ff was delivered well within the six week time frame.Also wanted to give kudos to the guys at Mcminnville TN Moving and Storage. Great to work with too.

I ship things for work and personal from here. Couldn’t be easier to ship a bedload of stuff. Get a quote over the phone, drive on up, and the forklift comes and unloads it. I didn’t even squint at the price either.

I called them for a conex van and the woman quoted me for a price. I asked her if they delivered and she said yes it included delivery. Then..... I went over to purchase the conex and she told me that there was a 250.00 per hour delivery charge!! And. She told me she could not deliver it for a week. The employee that showed me the conex asked me if I wanted it today or tomorrow.So, it was very confusing and I was treated like a red headed stepchild!!Looks like I will not be going back there anymore.No one was wearing masks and everyone was on their cellphones.Very disappointed.

4 years ago, we moved to #EielsonAFB with little entertainment but to include an #appletv I say this because after they left, it was no longer in our possession. We couldn’t prove it but where could have gone if little was there? They went in designated areas not to enter as well. As we recently moved from Alaska, I requested not to use them. By default, we had to. They constantly took breaks, disregarded instructions, disassembled prepackaged items and replaced them with unrelated items. They randomized our household goods, broke furniture, separated appliances seemingly like a joke. Over wrapped items such as brooms, Tupperware & tote covers (only), and virtually made our unpacking an extremely waist of time. In addition to that, if you don’t do a thorough walk-through, you may find items they failed to pack. 1 star because they packed it mediocrely, we got it broken but we got it, and majority of it hopefully all of it. 1 star for lack of confidence.

Movers came August 20th to package and ship my stuff from Fairbanks, Alaska to Olympia, Washington. My belongings arrived at my apartment September 23rd. Two large boxes with all my kitchen aides & dinnerware are missing. I filed the claim within 3 days. It will take 30 days for them to make a claim decision.

Received my household goods delivery in a very timely manner. Employees were careful and curious with my belongings.

Sourdough Transfer was phenomenal in packing up our home and moving us. We had them bring 3 guys and a truck and the guys were fast but very careful with our household goods! And they were courteous!!When we move again we will be hiring them to do the job! They are worth every penny and they charge a fair fee.

Sourdough moving company was fantastic. Karen made several home visits and provided cost, storage and time line estimates. The crew, was courteous, respectful, hard working and cleaned after the process. Lead man Brent was awesome, he laid out his 2 assistants with a work plan and everything fell into place. Our goods were handled with TLC all the way through. Needless to say all 3 crewmembers were outstanding. We highly recommend Sourdough Movers.

We move with the army a lot. Sourdough Transfer was the best experience weve ever had. They were on time, careful, courteous, and smart. Moving is always stressful, but this one was particularly bad due to work deadlines. The team at Sourdough Transfer took all the stress out of moving so I could concentrate on my deadline.

I went with this company because it had excellent reviews and was quoted the best price in town. I was recovering from a very invasive surgery at the time and was not able to properly supervise. Not only had I pre packed and staged my belongings prior to surgery but I had also made sure each toat box was secured thoroughly and insured it was under 40 lbs (marked). The result I was left with was more than twice the quoted price and more than 8 hours over for not a whole lot of belongings. Four 30 minute round trips with 1/5 of the truck full. When driving by the previous residence there was always alot of sitting and doing quite a bit of nothing being done. In addition I had 3 High Dollar tools missing once the move was completed. I was lied to, I was taken advantage of and stolen from. Seeing as I have the only negative review Im going to chalk it up to a generally good company that was very busy and had a crew that mislead and took advantage where they saw an opportunity. Use at wise discretion.

I have used Sourdough at least 5 times now, and will continue use them until the day I die. I have never used a company that well run in my life. From the time they first took care of me I knew this was a great crew. From the guys that pack your stuff to the drivers and Front office. Always polite, even if I was stressing over the move they still stayed calm and would assure me things would be fine. I am hopefully done moving, but if not I wll Call Sourdough and know things are going to be handled. Thank you Karen, you guys are the best.
