I had the most wonderful experience with this location. The sales team went above and beyond what they had to do. The first gentleman sold me a part and was extremely helpful, sadly the part did not fit so I did go back and ordered the one I needed. It was quick easy and hassle free. I was worried about the shipping cause I would be out of town for awhile and the 2nd gentleman assured me they would hold it till I got back. Well today 10/27 I went to grab my part and the 2nd gentleman who helped me was there. He remembered me and even put the wiper arm on for me. These guys are amazing and definitely deserve the recognition. Thank you again!

Excellent customer service each time I come in the store. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted and asked if you need help finding any products for your car. And the staff is really nice. The only parts shoppingtown that I go to because of the extraordinary customer service!

Great experience. Robert was able to help greatly!! He had great sitting and ended up getting little assistance at the end; he didnt want me to leave until everything was secure and safe 👍 even another customer commented on great service when they tested and replaced my battery for just the cost of the battery!! Was so awesome 😎 highly recommend

DO NOT EVERY BY PARTS FROM AUTOZONE!! O’reilys Customer Service is friendlier and helpful and if they don’t have your part, you’re still better waiting for them to order it for you then to deal with Autozone. Forget trying to return anything, you’ll be screwed and out of funds for whatever part you where trying to return. Even if you just got the part the day before. Unfortunately no stars was not an option. F-

All is nicely organized and clean.BUT though there is a sign at the door in order to provide safety facemasks are required, no one of the employees wore one. When brought up to their attention I was told it is safer NOT to wear a mask. Hah???

It took me a few trips, but these guys helped me diagnose, repair, and then repair the damage I did repairing the truck I was working on. I was given the wrong part a few times, but they always accepted my returns without question or comment. They also recommended products relevant to what I was doing which helped a lot. ORilies, on the other hand, overcharged me, refused to take back a wrong part, and didnt tell me that a part could be installed 2 ways but if you installed it wrong youd break it. So yeah, go with Auto Zone.

Ordered parts and was told a call would follow upon arrival. No notification was made. When I went to pick them up after the time limit no order could be found. I guess that was why they never came in. Don’t waste time here.

One of the few places I can count on to be disappointed in any interaction. From not ordering parts to selling the wrong part to only having one person working the register with 7 people in line, I always have to spend more time here than I want. Whatever, its just my time.But the people are nice.

2/2 this location sold me the wrong items for my particular vehicle. Consequences could have been more dire had I not discovered their errors.The fist time I was changed a shipping fee. When I returned the items I wasn’t refunded shipping cost. Contrary to what I was assured during the sale.The most recent error they made was today. They sold me the wrong power steering fluid. Luckily I thoroughly researched this fluid because this location has lost my confidence. Had I installed this fluid, I may have found myself on the side of the road on a cold winters Alaskan night having to return only to spend more time and money buying a power steer pump. Resulting in more unnecessary maintenance.They don’t care if they make errors. They do not have customers concerns at heart.

Ordered parts for a Trailer hitch. The parts were ordered bit got canceled and never told me. When calling to check, they reordered and did not meet the timeline they promised. And now come back to have to the the store manager provide a refund.

I had a battery tested here. They said it was clearly dead. I went to the dealership to see if itd be covered by my warrant which it would be if it had been the battery. It turns out the battery was in good shape and the problem was something else. Beware of their battery testing, i suspect that a lot of good batteries test poorly so they can charge you for a new one.

Had a battery charged there and wanted to get it tested just in case. Had a employee try couldn’t get it to work so a manager looked at the battery and just said “ its dead” when I asked if he was sure and if he would try it he said “nope” its dead.I ended up taking it to the Autozone on Airport way and had the best service the parts manager there worked on my battery and tried everything to get it to work. He even gave me advice on how to go about replacing it.

The employee at this location were extremely helpful, I am 6.5 months pregnant and they went out of their way to help me when I got a flat tire and was unable to change it due to not having the key. They took about 2hrs out of their day and made sure my children and I were safe to make it home. Thank you so so much

Theres usually a long wait if you have to pick up something off the shelf. Youll have to wait behind the lines of people who need parts researched and ordered or picked up. I try to avoid this store if Im in a hurry but the people are nice and they usually have the parts that I need.

Worst customer service ever. They told me to buy my old alternator core back.I purchased a new alternator and brought in my old core to bypass the core fee. The part was wrong so I made another trip in town to get the correct one, but at a different Autozone (convenient side of town for me). The 2nd store refunded me for the new part that didnt fit, but not for the old core. At this point Im still out an alternator so if I buy a new one I will have to pay the core fee for not having an old one. I return to the original store (which I was at 2 hours prior) off of College road where my old dead core is. I ask to have my old core back and Im told I can either buy my old core back, or buy the correct core at another auto store and have to pay the core fee. I didnt have a receipt since I surrendered it to the 2nd store and they failed to give me a receipt and a refund for the old core. I guess the transaction voided out electronic receipts since it wouldnt show up in the Autozone database? And I can see that the manager Paul and his associate might think Im scheming to con the store for money. But: they called the other store and confirmed I didnt receive a refund for my core and were not wanting to work with me to fix this. Paul eventually refunded me for the old core, but not very politely or willingly even though I was being helped by him earlier.What I learned today is always get receipts and save time and money by not going to Autozone.

I really needed help and after I had received assistance finding what I needed, the Parts Clerk out of nowhere began insulting me after he asked me if I was military and talked down to me because of my lack of knowledge on what I needed. He told me “You come in here acting like you know things when actually you know nothing at all.” I’ve been going to Autozones all across the nation for well over a two decades and I’ve never been treated with such disrespect in any other establishment by anyone. I’m very disappointed and I still need to fix my truck.As I was walking out I thanked him for his help and he ignored me then began a conversation with the other associate and was saying “F@&k that guy” numerous times concerning another customer who had just left the store before I did.

I’ve been going here for 2-3 years now.Josh has been definitely the best help that I have received across the board with the different auto zones that I have been too. He’s very knowledgeable with his job, and knows vehicles. If you ask a question about your car he will not hesitate to go outside and help you and assist you.I have an older vehicle and every time I get time we go outside to look at the vehicle, and he advises me what I should buy next without the hassle of the salesman act. He is very laidback and extremely honest guy that I could rely on. I request him, and will only go to him in this store. I called this location to inquire about a part that i was needing The employee that took my call was not helpful in the least bit. I asked him if he had the part he immediately said No we dont carry anything like that. After this i was looking at the autozone website and found the part i was looking for. I then called the Airportway location and they were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above n beyond to help me get the part i needed. Airportway location i will rate 5 stars.

Never as busy as Napa. But, Autozone isnt known for its Top Shelf component quality (Especially Electronics, ie: starters, alternators, etc). But, for a quick quart, bulb, wiper, etc. I have found my trill, on Autozone Hill! (But I still get my higher end items from Napa). Its Alaska, dependability is worth standing in a line and paying a few dollars more at the other guys, (Napa).

I thought it was odd that I went to them to find the code that my truck had a week ago and they told me it was a MAF and Reset the check engine light while they checked it. I replaced the MAF and come back and they tell me that they can’t reset my Check engine light. It wasn’t a big deal because all I had to do was Disconnect my battery cables but I didn’t want to have to reset my radio.
