Im so glad I found a better pharmacy across the street. I always recommend that everyone avoid this place.

Review for the CVS Pharmacy at that location. Horrible place. Waiting with no end no matter when you come. Unprofessional and rude employees that behave and look like they are doing slave labor. Hate to come to a place that you feel like you are bothering employees to do their job. Avoid if possible.

I used to be a CVS Pharmacy customer fr years and left them to go to Walgreens because the staff were very rude and horrible to deal with. I came back to CVS again thinking that with the new look their staff also must have undegone a major change but it has gone worse. They are terribly short staffed and the ones that are working there are hopelessly overworked and you can see that from their attitude. I am planning to send a letter to the CEO of CVS to be a mystery shopper and look at how horrible his customers are feeling. Need more courteous staff at the pharmacy counter.

Management needs to schedule more staff at the pharmacy. Only one employee was doing 3+ jobs with a huge line across the store. Been waiting for over half an hour just to drop off a script

I work with a doctors office and how rude is it that they wont even answer a call. they will purposely hang up calls and push you to voicemails. they claim that it is extremely busy but its no way you dont have 1 person designated for answering phones. this is unacceptable to the patients and also the doctor trying to call in a prescription or even give a clarification regarding a prescription. this needs to be taken care of immediately. no doctors office should call a cvs 50 times in a day just to speak with someone for less then 3 minutes. seriously.update. The staff is stating that they are short of staff as well as hours. the woman that i spoke with is stating that they do not want to give hours or hire anyone to accommodate them. being that ive called a bunch of cvs offices, ive never experience this as long as ive been in this field. cvs has never ever given me a problem when it pertains to getting a pharmacist on the phone until i started calling this location. its horrible and they make a lot of excuses.

CVS on fair lawn ave the worst in Fair lawn, the not picking up the phone from patients and doctors. They always runout of staff ! Poor customer service

My wife and I got our flu shots here. I made an appointment online however our info was not in their system. Staff was very helpful in correcting the issue and the pharmacist who gave the shot was very friendly and efficient.

You should train your staff more efficiently. I called to ensure that the moneygram machine was working, the lady told me yes. So I asked again are you 100 percent sure its working she said yes. The reason I asked more than once is because I went to 3 other CVS locations and the machine needed maintenance...so I took her word for it but when I got there the same thing the machine was out of order . Train your staff correctly ouble check on things they just say yes yes yes without even knowing whats really going on its really sad ... I drove 25 min out of my way to waste time out of my day

This CVS is quite big and most of time already have everything I need by prescription. So usually I go directly from a doctor to the CVS and my bag is already waiting for me.Sometimes there are issues with prescriptions but it happens to me only couple times.Also here you can buy something in non-pharmacy department that is not small too.Photo facility is not well organized and usually you will not find anyone there to help you.Parking is huge and there is always space left for you.

Came here yesterday to get my flu shot. Person took my info and sent to drop off window. They were out of flu shots. Told me to return today. Came on today - apparently i need an appointment (you’d think they would tell me yesterday!) lett without a shot. Horrible service.

How do you run a store with no cashiers, no change available, lines out the door, and you cant take credit cards in the middle of a pandemic when nobody wants to touch money. Switching to Walgreens permanently.

The pharmacy is extremely unprofessional! Left on hold on the phone for over 15 minutes, they REFUSED to call my MD for a refill request when they are supposed to, they did not transfer my Rxs per request when I asked them for days, and MD prescribed a medication cream and they dispensed a lotion without my consent or notifying me! Horrible

Great thing about this location is that it is 24 hours. The pharmacist & the staff is wonderful! One of the staff I believe her name is Fouzia is also very tremendous at her job and very helpful!

There’s ALWAYS a problem with the pharmacy here. Even when I’m not using there pharmacy! They didn’t have my medication in stock so I took my script back and they were still charging my insurance company so I couldn’t refill it anywhere else! It took me 3-4 hours to get it fixed!EVERYTIME I try to give them another chance they screw up!

This place needs better management. They are always out of stock. How do you run a business without product? Total loss of sales if I must say. As convenient as this place is for me I still drive miles away to buy what I need.

This location has exemplary customer service at the pharmacy. I spoke with Michelle today about changing an rx from one refill to a three month supply. She had to special order it and I received a text within minutes that a special order had been placed. She also told me I could sign up for carepass and it would be eligible for delivery. When I have visited the store it was wonderful as well. Clean, well lit and courteous and knowledgeable staff, hence the 5 star rating.I appreciate everyone working there and at all the pharmacies since they are on the frontlines during this crisis. Thank you so much to all of you and to Michelle, a huge shout out for your service!

I was in panic mode when my doctor wasn’t providing the right refill amount and this cvs was a godsend! They were so caring and did their best to get in contact with my doctor. A lot of pharmacies (in my experience) have not gone to such length to help out. Thank you cvs for making me feel much calmer in this frustrating circumstance!

Simple-minded employees and pharmaceutical professionals. The speed at which they work is that of a snail. There is always a line at both the pharmacy and the main checkout. Prescriptions are never ready on time.

There was an elderly employee who has been rude to us multiple times. Just today this woman started screaming at us for something that we didn’t to. What was our transgression? Having a drink without a cap. I do not recommend going to this CVS when this rude woman is there. Hoping she gets fired so I can go back to my awesome CVS experiences.

Went to this cvs on Christmas eve with my best friend to buy last minute stocking stuffers. I go to this cvs multiple times a week and believe it or not pay with actual money. This time I was being followed around. Felt extremely disrespected and stereotyped considering we were one of the only people of color there, especially when we were being followed by a women in her 50s who still works at cvs. Last thing we need to do steal is AFFORDABLE makeup!!!! Ignorance us such a sad trait to possess should focus on educating their employees rather then making assumptions.

Very expensive, I try not to go there, only if I have no choice, all the managers should get together and figure out how to do things the same.... bought a discounted item 2 for 80 but I only wanted 1 the cashier called the manager and he pressed a button and I was on my way, the next week same item different manager said couldn’t do it...? How come the first manager could do it, I kind of argued with him and told him that I already bought 1 last week but it didn’t help... so I went somewhere else

I asked a specific question and she thought she answered my questions and as I walked away they all started laughing . Hello how old are we again ? Will never come to this cvs ever again . The lady at the fromt counter she had brassy hair that was greasy and the other girl was white who had a cat tail hair .

This CVS pharmacy is definitely the worst I have ever experienced. All CVS pharmacies are the pits, but this one in particular, in Fair Lawn (just like all the others) had the pharmacy line going out to the door. In addition, the staff is inefficient, lacks customer service skills, is super slow, inattentive, rude and dismissive. They mishandled my prescription, lost it, then gave me the wrong quantity, and made me wait for well over an hour. Run away... Run quickly and go somewhere else!

If ZERO stars were possible, that is what they should get! I called the pharmacy 5 hours ago to call in a prescription for a patient. I spoke with the pharmacist directly. The prescription was not there when the patient came in to pick it up, and they had no record of my calling them. I called the pharmacy again to have this medication filled for my patient, I have been on hold 20 minutes to speak with the staff, as I write this review the pharmacist has not picked up for OVER 25 minutes. This is disgusting and appalling, and UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES would I ever recommend this pharmacy to anyone. As I continue on hold, someone picked up and when I said that I needed to call in a prescription for a patient, they put me on hold AGAIN! Well after 30 minutes they finally took the prescription for my patient, while speaking with the pharmacist about what had happened, the line went dead. Enough said!

I am there every month and youre pharmacy team, from cashiers, assistants, technician, & pharmacists are always willing and able to help me out if I have questions or concerns & I had always gone to Walgreens but January 1st of 2016 they stopped accepting my insurance and was happier to find out that the closest pharmacy to my house, CVS, accepted my insurance.**************************************Pros & Cons - only from my opinion**************************************PRO-the team is ALWAYS willing to help, however, you just have to understand they are constantly dealing and working with many other patients simultaneously so therefore be patient and you will be tended too.CON-4pm-6pm weekdays is usually when Im able to make it there, but even though they will say 20-25 min, aveeraged out its more like 35minutes.PRO to this CONThat being said shop around a little if need be or grab a slice of pizza next door.My favorite pharmacist is a new pharmacist whos name is Matthew and he is so intelligent, multi tasks unbelievably well and never panics in any situation and i admire that EXTREMELY on a personal basis.

This store is dirty, messy and the isles way too narrow. I am amazed that CVS would allow any of their stores to be open in such a decrepit state.The pharmacy is even worse. Its to packed with medication all over that small space that looks like they would mess up prescriptions.
