Their service department is great.The staff at Everett are very friendly and helpful. Location is large and everything is easy to find and to discover more than you thought you needed!

I dont sew. I take my Miele vacuum to them for servicing and repair. They are always nice, and indoor confidence through their clear and concise communication.

I visited this location a few months ago and worked with Carol B. She really went above and beyond my wildest expectations with her knowledge and patience. I’m just a beginner with my sewing machine, but she never made me feel stupid for not understanding something. I can’t wait to go back when I start my next project, they have a really cool fabric selection!!

So glad they are now carrying fabrics since some of our other area resources have closed. There isnt a huge selection but its all high quality, and I was able to find a great gorgeous patterned fabric and coordinating solids for an earth-toned baby quilt! Large, lovely new store and very pleasant staff person assisted me (Im so sorry I cant note her name).

Great place. Extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. We bought a 10 neddle embroidery machines in a private sale and the women at quality sewing and vacuum went above and beyond to show us how it worked and best practices.

I took in my ancient Elna 5000 to be serviced and cleaned for the first time since I inherited it, and the clerk who helped me was very knowledgeable and dedicated to helping me without being pushy. I am just getting back into sewing, and so the clerk had some great advice about things I might need, told me all about the classes and events they hold at the store, and pointed out the machines which were good for someone at my level if I was looking to upgrade, most of them currently on sale, without being pushy about it. When I went back to pick up my Elna, I was amazed at how clean they got it--they even whitened the yellowing housing so it looks like new! They tested out all the programmed stitches and tweaked everything so that it would work perfectly. I spent all day Sunday quilting without a single issue! Very happy with my experience, and looking forward to making them my regular sewing accessory shop. Wish they sold fabric too!

Staff are always willing to assist me no matter what my question or issue is regarding sewing and sewing machine. Even if I didnt purchase my machine, they still help! I am very new to sewing but after a week of using my nanas old sewing machine I knew I needed an upgrade. I went to Quality Sew and Vacuum three days in a row and spent hours with the ladies that worked there until they turned me into an expert so I could make the best decision on what would fit my needs. I cant remember getting this great of service at a store. I love the ladies that work there and they really cared about educating me and helping me in every way possible. This is the place to go.

My wife and children love this place. Therefore, before some gift-giving occasions I would come here asking them what to buy and expect to walk out poor. The staff know my family by names (could be scary, I know), and they always suggested very intuitive items that I see my wife actually USES. Wow!!!

Yes they have Kirby belts. Wonderful service on phone and in person. Suggested changing belts after 9 months because the Kirby brush cleans better. Will definitely be back.

Called today to make sure they had the exact vacuum bags we needed so my husband could stop on his way home from work. They man I spoke to assured me they did. Well that was a lie. He sent my husband home with not only the wrong bags but told my husband that these special bags were what we needed. We will never be back thats for sure. Dont lie just to get a customer in your door!!

Cant speak for their sewing expertise, but their knowledge of Miele vacuums is unprecedented.

Just bought our vacuum cleaner there. Lots of selections of very fine machines. Got the Miele cat & dog model. Very pleased. Very good customer service.People need to withhold their own rude reviews and recognize when their own impatience is the problem. Seriously, these folks are totally on it and are truly good at customer satisfaction.Id give them six stars if possible!

We purchased our vacuum cleaner from them about 7 years ago. It is honestly the best vacuum that we have owned and the service is always great.
